El Menchito lawyer asks AMLO to intervene to avoid extradition to the U.S.

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat TYGus ElSolMexico

Víctor Beltrán filed a complaint for the alleged illegal interference of DEA agents in the extradition process to the US facing his client

The defense of Rubén Oseguera González El Menchito , son of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes El
Mencho, leader of the Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG), asked President Andrés Manuel López Obrador for his intervention to prevent his client from being extradited to the United States, where a District Court of has charges against him for  the crime of money laundering.

The lawyer Víctor Francisco Beltrán García, legal representative of El Menchito, went to the Attorney General's Office (FGR), the Federal Judiciary Council (CJF), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE), the Ministry of the Interior (SG) and the Presidency of the Republic to lodge a complaint for the alleged illegal interference of DEA agents in the extradition process to the United States facing their client.

In his complaint, he states that his client has been a victim of the neoliberal government that allowed the violation of autonomy in the determinations of judges and magistrates who
through "judicial terrorism" violated due process, as well as human rights for the benefit of the requirements US authority.

On October 28 he went to the headquarters of the FGR where he accused "judicial terrorism" and the alleged interference of agents of the DEA, operating in Mexico, in the extradition process against his client.

He notes that agent Kyle J. Morí was present at the Second Collegiate Court in Criminal Matters of the Thirteenth Circuit, residing in San Bartolo Coyotepec, Oaxaca, during the session in which the appeal for review 363/2019 was resolved.

"Morí told the magistrates of the second Collegiate Court that by presidential order they should deny the protection of federal justice in order for both countries to be in agreement," he said.

He said that his client, accused of money laundering, should have been granted amparo so that the procedure against him could be restored and 14 evidences that the judge admitted would be relieved.

Last August, a federal judge acquitted El Menchito of the crime of organized crime; however, he is still being prosecuted for money laundering.

A month later, in September, El Menchito was transferred to the maximum security wing of the Federal Center for Social Readaptation (Cefereso) number 11, located in Hermosillo, Sonora. He was held in federal prison number 15, based in Chiapas. [transfer images above right]

Beltrán García emphasized that the allegations are also against Judges and Magistrates who lost the autonomy of the PJF and violation of due process and human rights of El Menchito, "which has been repeatedly acquitted of various illicit acts that the past administration manufactured.", said the litigator.

    5. Hey thank you. I am sure the comment was from this guy who uses a name ToChoco or goes undercover as anonymous not realizing we can tell.

He sends many death threats to me and saying he is going to find me and decapitate me. It is the only death threats I have had for a long while. I think it was him sending the ones before and also to my family.

I did, with help from a special friend who was a "special agent" contact the FBI and have communicated with a specific agent. I advised that I would go forth with a complaint if I felt it crossed the line further.

Stupido has a google account which is no problema for the FBI to trace.

    22. Hey Bulldog! Long time "no see"

Trolls are part of the territory, and I really don't give them a second thought except to wonder if they ever move about in society.

BUT when someone articulates in detail what they will do to you and daughters, and say I am going to be the next "NenaDLaredo" and he is in the process of locating me, well I have to take that seriously.

Sure he is most likely a pasty pimply faced willito dwelling in a basement somewhere----but what if???

  12. Guarantee if it was that other guys kid, AMLO would be all sympathetic. Saying extradition is inhumane. He already let that other guy's son go. Extraditing menchito ain't showing they aren't corrupt. If anything it confirms that they are. Taking out his cartel's competition.

    2. People have always underestimated Chapo. He always makes an appearance when you least expect it. He is very powerful and I wouldnt doubt if he cuts deals behind bars and gets to talk to his kids. You gotta remember the DEA is shady you never know what they are up to.
