"Mini Lic" transferred in the U.S. after threats from Sinaloa Cartel

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat from RioDoce TY Gus!

After Dámaso López Serrano the Mini Lic , revealed a conspiracy against him to harm/kill him  thus prevent him from testifying against members of the Sinaloa Cartel, the United States prison system (USBOP) immediately relocated him to medium  security system.

According to US Department of Justice (USDOJ) sources, when the government affirmed  the threat was real,  Mini Lic only returned to his cell to retrieve personal items, while being heavily guarded and taken out of the Metropolitan Correctional  Center, in New York, and taken by air to the Oklahoma Cty FTC medium security.

Just Monday of last week the son of Dámaso López Núñez, el Licenciado  testified against Jesús Raúl Beltrán León, Chuy Raúl or Trébol, noting before Judge Ruben Castillo that the defendant was a violent person, and that he offered $ 25,000 to the Four Corners Hustlers gang in Chicago to “break his head. ”

“I met him (Beltrán León) in Sinaloa, and I always knew he was a violent person, even at a Christmas party I saw him firing an AK-47 rifle that was bathed in gold, so I didn't want him to testify against him,” said the godson of Chapo Guzmán.

A day after those statements, Beltrán León was sentenced to spend 28 years in a maximum security jail, although spokesmen of the federal court of the Northern District of Illinois revealed, the Mini Lic's accusation did not influence the judge's sentence.

"You are fortunate that the prosecutors did not prove that you ordered the gang members to attack a key witness of the United States government, because if that had been the case, the fact alone would have merited a minimum sentence of 35 years," said Judge Castillo .

After his statements, made under oath and before a jury of 14 people, López Serrano was taken back to his cell in the Oklahoma jail, where he was waiting to be sentenced, although before it is very possible that he will continue to testify against members high ranking of the Sinaloa Cartel, because according to the authorities, the Mini Lic will be one of the key witnesses when it comes to testify against them, as happened in the case of Chuy Raúl .

Beltrán León was accused of being the guard of one of Joaquín el Chapo Guzmán's children, and of being responsible for coordinating the transfer of at least 50 kilos of cocaine to the United States, and since 2009 the DEA placed him as one of the operators of the Sinaloa Cartel.

In November 2014, just nine months after Guzmán Loera's arrest in Mazatlán, the drug trafficker was arrested in Culiacán by elements of the Mexican Navy.

After the arrest, Beltrán León was held for almost three years in the Maximum Security prison in the Altiplano.

In January 2017 he was extradited to Chicago, Illinois, where in early 2019, he pleaded guilty to all the charges he faced.

"I regret your honor of the role I played as a member of the Sinaloa Cartel," he told the judge before he was issued his sentence.

Daddy is too much of a big shit,
but some on the US don't know it,
and those who know can't say anything right now,
but the sentence speaks for itself.
Never mind the other juniors, they are the most powerful of the lightweights, because daddy is a Heavyweight.

  2. When it says being a guard of on of Chapo's children, does that mean he was personally on point protecting the principal or coordinated the guards.

Question 2 - How does one go from being a trusted guard to coordinating moving weight?

Considering there was no security at the kidnapping in PV, do they normally not have armed guards around that stay in separate rooms, etc..?

    1. There was about 6 cds guards outside La Leche they were caught off guard and quickly subdued...they had pistols under shirts and the attackers came deep in three vehicles all with AR-15s. The footage we didnt see shows even more gunmen taking the guards hostage also.

    2. He was only personally on point on certain occasions, he coordinated the guards more than anything. If he is the personal guard, there is a high level of trust. Which means he will be compensated by getting products (drugs) at a lower price than most, thus allowing the guard to move his own weight. It is more than possible to do both jobs at the same time. As the guard will have other people moving the weight. He simply coordinates both until called upon to personally guard chapos son.

    3. All top narcos and their family have guardias personales in Mexico. But, you just dont show up and submit a job application. No my friend, you have to have blood lines or family lineage tying you in to mob families. Trusted associates have risen to be top lieutenants leaders bosses like Chino Anthrax and Chapo himself who started off as a chauffeur to El Padrino. Your basically born into this secret society.

    4. Trebol was not an actual guard. His dad and uncle are both bosses, old school bosses. He grew up with Chapitos, they are compadres. They are family with Guero Palma. He is not low level enforcer.

    5. Panu and trebol were childhood friends with ivan and alfredo, they were pretty much heavy weight players because of the privilege of being so close to them.

    6. He most likely had and armed convoy at his disposal, maybe about 10-15 trucks with the sole purpose of taking care of an assigned zone. At any moment chapos son could call upon him to activate his commando. He was already moving weight beforehand, he most likely was given a commando after the fact. Very rarely does a bodyguard graduate to moving weight.( chino antrax) Lastly in PV they were not in their territory, so the plan is to move quietly and low key with maybe a few guards.

  3. What did the Lics think when they tried to take control of the Sinaloa Mafia with their small crew? Chapo and Mayo would have never let that happen in a million years. It was a guaranteed death sentence. Lic and Mini Lic deserve everything they are getting, they had it very good in Culiacan and they got greedy bit the hand that fed them and sealed their fate.

But then they tried too hard to keep theirs and more, basically a problem of No Respect both ways.

    2. Bureau of Prisons must publicly make available a searchable database of all inmates it houses, which they do online. See Chivis' photo in the article. So they may keep the name of the prison out of the press release, but most anyone knows how to go online and type his name and locate him.

Secondly it had to be a medium facility. Low security the security is too lax and inmates congregate for better part of the day (not to mention the risk of Sinaloans breaking him out of a low security facility). High security facility typically houses gang members and murder inmates, who are more likely to take up a contract on his head from CDS. I'm guessing that oaklahoma facility housed least gang members and more white collar crime type inmates, while secured enough to prevent escape attempts.

    1. Hispanic isn’t a race there are technically only 3 races caucasoid, negorid, and mongoloid Hispanic is a person who’s native tongue is Spanish and No Mexican isn’t a race it’s a nationality.

    3. Of the answers sent in---and some were way out there---i posted the one above that I feel is most accurate.

it is complicated. and Mexicans are mostly mixes of races. my father who is half Italian is registered as MEXICAN on his California birth certificate. My mother half spaniard, her father a criollo first generation Mexican born, is also listed as MEXICAN on birth records. But all three of us offspring are WHITE.

all that said-- the government is trying to find a way to distinguish between white and latino white. Some having a box in addition to WHITE offering Hispanic WHITE as a choice

  18. I’m not surprised that “mini lic” snitched, and is awaiting “further details to continue testyfing against other high ranking cartel members” what I am surprised about is that this guy TREBOL took his shit like a man and plead GUILTY, contrary to the many comments that were posted on previous discussions about “fairy tales” and “fiction” and how NOT snitching is all Fantasy.. hahahah this is PROOF THAT MEN WITH BALLS STILL EXIST in Sinaloa.. my respects to him, and his family. his actions of taking it like a man, and not a rat, speak volumes about his honor , dignity, and HUEVOS . I’m just curious as to how many more people mini bitch will Continue to point the finger at. And what percentage of those guys will
roll Over... Trebol will get out some day and live out the rest of his life w out fear, and if you don’t think that his “homeys will show him and his family LOVE” for taking it like a GALLO
FINO, then just slap your retarded self in the face. He could of easily ratted (or possibly still is) on CHAPITOS, or other “high ranking cartel members” this guy is for sure informed.
