Elements of the Attorney General's Office (FGR) arrested Edgar or Julio Alexandre in San Luis Potosí, 'El Caimán' or 'Cabo 8', one of the closest men to Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, 'El Mencho', leader of the Jalisco Cartel (CJNG).

'El Caiman' was arrested along with a woman known as Maine, also a member of the criminal group; who had arrest warrants against her.

Both are accused of crimes against health, in their drug trafficking modality. Edgar also has an arrest warrant for extradition to the United States for crimes related to such activity.

“According to the Police Report, elements of the Federal Ministerial Police located Maine in the city of Querétaro, “Said the federal agency.

In the structure of the CJNG, 'El Caimán' is in the first level of operation of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, 'El Mencho' and, according to investigations of the federal Public Ministry, is considered as one of the eight main operators of the 'Mencho' .

  1. El Caiman was on the black list ! He was a high value target for Gente Nueva Special Forces ! My operators had him on the criss hairs of a Barret sniper rifle but the FGR got to him and to avoid collateral damage we aborted the mission.

    6. 7:20 well, zeta chorrienta and zeta chillona have gone places,
Almoloya is one of them, but they could go out in about 30 years.
Zeta from Birth and former SLP SSP Enrique Francisco Galindo Ceballos, aka "La Quica" went places too, back home in SLP after he was found guilty of the crime of state Tlatlaya where as director of the Polesia Federal he got about 50 innocent men murdered to avenge his fallen choppers and personnel loses in jalisco trying to arrest El Mencho...
when la Quica was in SLP, you did not get admitted to the Academy of Police if you did not have zeta sponsorship.

  5. There are "Neutral Safe Zones". Monterrey used to be one before all hell broke loose. Queretaro and Yucatan are safe cities, narco family members of different groups live there in peace.

  6. If this criminal relación is true I believe 80% Mencho will be dead or taken by criminal or militar before 3 meses from today. But I estimate only 10% this relación is really as they say with Mencho. Either way they will be suffering very bad to get the answer.
