A narcomanta with a message attributed to the Jalisco Cartel, Nueva Generación, was placed this evening in the center of Valles, at approximately 7:00 pm after a series of events led by hired assassins.

There was a kidnapping of a businessman that took place on Sunday night at El Acueducto Restaurant, which ended in a shootout that left one dead and three injured.

In the narcomanta placed on the afternoon of this June 25 in the center of Valles in CJNG announces the alleged arrival of CJNG in the plaza, according to the message. They are at war with Los Zetas, who are pointed out as responsible for extortion, kidnappings, robberies and uprisings in the Huasteca region.

They claim that their beef is not against citizens but against criminals and refers to current officials of the Coxcatlán administration among that group.

Then the full text of the narcomanta, translated into the State Police report.

It’s about time that you realize that Jalisco commands in Cuidad Valles. Whoever has to be brought down will be taken down. We will be a force of 2 against 1. With much respect to the citizenry we want you to know that the problem is not against you. We’re here to support you and the merchants against the thieves and kidnappers. Like Los Zetas Osiris, Sony, and Bulos. We know that you launder Gacelas’s money.

And that you also laundered campaign money when you sponsored the Presidenta Municipal for Coxcatlan. You also hide in the city and feel protected by CDG which is being commanded by Nicolas Rodriguez Munoz. He controls the sales and distribution of drugs in La Antigua bar. And Cristian Wong is the Comandante of Los Zetas Vieja Escuela, he owns the used car businesses by name of Autos Wong. We CJNG are already within Cuidad Valles. Your days are numbered for you and all the scum that rolls with you.

We will defend Cuidad Valles and other states and municipalities just as we’ve done thus far. Even if we have to spill CJNG blood. To the authorities: Did you already forget about that agreement we made beforehand?
Sincerely, Comandante 90 CJNG

  1. Here we have it again, so it was CJNG(baby killers cartel), that kidnapped the Mennonite business man. If they killed him, there will be repercussions, from that community. Baby Killer cartel is messing with the wrong group.

  5. So in a nutshell this cartel aims to run the country. They have a weaponized army, spies, communication technology, transportation with unlimited fuel. They tax businesses (extortion) and install puppets to act as a 'government' front to put a legitimate face on their activities.
The real government is CGNG, the other gangs are merely a nuisance.
The country of Mexico is run by heavy handed, murderous thugs.

  7. C Jalisco is truly a scary group, more than Z/CDG/Viagra/GG/CT/LF/Sombra/any of them.Their structure and economic power allied with their leaders makes them different,it even seemed like this from the time of Boca del Rio and el 85 was caught 2011/12 think, whatever the case, some of these groups are ALLOWED to grow to an extent, the Mexican authorities could destroy any of them and their leaders but dont, wonder why?

    1. I thought that cjng wasnt in chihuahua? So whats the truth? No matter what your answear is it looks bad for CDS, cause if it was jaliscos it means they are in chihuahua which a lot of cds fans said it would never happen, but if it was Gente Nueva which i read it was them that means cds also kidnaps businessman

  12. 4:10 former boss of SSP of SLP and zeta from birth Enrique Francisco Galindo Ceballos got kicked out of of there by Manelich Castilla Craviotto, ("el hombre que vendio San Luis Potosi to CDS por 10 millones de dolares") then he became chief of the polesias Federales when EPN stole the presidencia and hired all the cuicos that had failed examinations WITH FECAL GANGSTER SSP OF ALL MEXICO'S GENARCO GARCIA LUNA, chingadamadre!
--After HIS Tanhuato Crime of State, la quica had to resign and leave the job to CASTILLA CRAVIOTTO, again, and came back home to keep it up with the zetas and his uncle "writer, investigator, novelist, drug and weapons trafficking zeta Julio Ceballos...
--The state police academy also required zeta sponsorship to admit candidates.
CJNG never had one foot in there, so, what happened?
Has Castillo Craviotto come back for his? He is also a Carlos Slim Helu pretty boy, partners with him and genarco garcia luna.
But the main state product, NOPALES, has been stolen by the Chinese, who also earned an exclusive patent and must be looking to dedicate SLP to the growth of meth, CJNG beloved meth.
