Tamaulipas: Interrogation video of Regidor Herbey Barrier of SMA

Throw Away from Borderland Beat DNPNoticias/Reforma

Tamaulipas, Mexico.- On social media a video of the councilor of the municipality of Miguel Aleman, Herbey Barrera García, who disappeared on March 9, is said to be a member of the Gulf Cartel.

Guarded by two armed men of large caliber, Barrera García claims to be a collaborator of Jesús Garza Moreno, "Chuy Nalgas" , helping to traffic drugs in to the United States.

According to Reforma , those who filmed the video are members of the Northeast Cartel.

"We are not taking innocent people, much less kidnapping, if there's one thing this cartel cares about it's money, you Servando López Moreno, there is your narcoregio Herbey Barrera Garcia that you've been looking so hard for."

Last Saturday Mayor Servando Lopez reported that Barrera was heading to his ranch in the town of El Nogalito, but he never reached his destination. The disappearance was blamed on the constant fights between cartels that take place in the area.

In the video, the regidor says that Martín Garza, Mario Alonso Garza, "El Monky", "El Pasteles",
Lalo, Yesca,   La Millie from the Sarabia colonia, Dando, Fidel González from the Gonzalez butcher shop in the Barrera neighborhood. They all work for the Gulf Cartel

Video translation is as follows:

Interrogator: What is your name?

Detainee: Herbey Barrera García

Interrogator: Where are you from?

Detainee: From Miguel Aleman, Tamaulipas

Interrogator: What do you do?

Detainee: I am second councilor in the presidency in Miguel Aleman Tamaulipas

Interrogator: What is your function?

Detainee: We approve the posts there with all the aldermen presented by the mayor.

Interrogator: Are not you the drug lord who collaborates with Jesús Garza Moreno aka Chuy Nalgas (Chuy Asses)?

Detainee: I am.

Interrogator: What is your role with Chuy Nalgas?

Detainee: Jump and cross over cocaine and sell it for the Gulf Cartel.

Interrogator: To whom does the drug confiscated in ranches belong?

Detainee: 100 kilos are from Chuy Garza Moreno aka Chuy Nalgas. 100 kilos are from Sánchez. And 100 kilos are from Chuy Hernández aka El Patotas (Big Foots). And the rest is mine.

Interrogator: Who works directly for the Gulf Cartel?

Detainee: For the Gulf Cartel that work directly there: Martín Garza, Mario Alonso Garza, Monkey, Pasteles (Cakes), Jesca, Lalo, La Millie from the Sarabia colony, Dando, Fidel González from the Gonzalez butcher shop in the Barrera neighborhood. They all work for the Gulf Cartel.

Interrogator: This message goes to the government and the citizenry of Miguel Aleman. We are not picking up innocents, much less kidnapping. If this cartel has an abundance of anything it’s money. Your Servando Lopez Moreno here’s your narco councilor Herbey Barrera Garza that you are so much looking for. Now do your job done. And don’t be paying attention to everything the Gulf Cartel tells you. Are you blind? Or are you a fool? Are you not aware of the staff that your narco presidency has been working with ? Here’s another one for you. Jesus Hernandez Martines aka Big Foots so called commander of Aleman. That we will soon go for him personally. Since in each confrontation he runs to hide in your fucking presidency. Or you did you not know that Commander Big Foots has been working as a worker...

  5. Geez. These cartels have embedded themselves well in municipal / government positions. From the custodian to the hen house keepers.
This corruption and abuse of power in Mexico is in result to American consumption. Interesting how ones demise is another's. Reffernce: overdose deaths, addiction and incarceration of US citizens to Mexico's homicide rate, kidnappings and corruption.

The harmful impact of drugs in all societies.

    1. 9:37 by now the narcos (who can barely read) are mostly owned by the politicians who don't. Want tips and table scraps after all this time, by now, the police run the narcos for the politicos and the businessmen.
On the US side, the Sackler family is getting sued for the Opioid Epidemic, they own OxyContin and other opiates that cost hundreds of thousands of Americans their lives and left millions, addicted and ready for the Mexican, Chinese and American drug traffickers,. One paper talking is the Washington Post, the US Senate and The US Congress also cooperated by quickly approving the laws to legalize their drugs, made by Purdue Pharma, also going bankrupt to avoid paying damages to their victims...

    4. 3:41 I am very grateful that Comment got posted, call me whatever, it is worth it.
I don't hate Sol at all, he is very good at finding reports and translating and posting them, I am happy he is a reporter now.
My only beef is when he starts thinking on his own, sometimes, he lets humanity down with his comments.
--Hey nothing is going to save the opioid epidemic guilty parties, we did not advise them to do their dirty deeds, and to make you happy, Obama approved the legislation sent him by both chambers of congress, (but I doubt he got paid "political contributions")
      Love you always...

  9. So CDN is really taking over the Frontera chica....wouldn't be surprised if soon they make incursions to camargo, Diaz Ordaz, Comalez, once those are taken, reynoso will be getting hit from multiple routes.

CDN has most of north west and North East Nuevo leon. I'm surprised how effective they been handling CdG and the remnants of the Z stuck in Monterrey.

You all think AmLo gave the cartels greenlight to fight it off?

  11. Every cartel members claim to clean the kidnappers, extortionists and criminals, if that’s the case why crime is so high even after so called cleaning. I’m sure these things don’t keep going without the support of public and government at large. Not sure if these Mexicans really have brain to believe cartels words of brining good for the people. Aren’t these cartels focus on expanding their powder business rather than affecting public in the name of kidnapping and murder ? Is the drug money is so less that they diversified to other activities? Someone enlighten me what made them to kidnap and extortion rather than drug sales.

I dont understand why they are flexing, the Norestes have possibly the most lucrative plaza in terms of heavy goods crossing,1000s of trucks every week and NLaredo is locked down no doubt. Why bring attention ? Does it make any sense to be fronting CDG in Miguel Aleman,CJ,CDS etc leaving mantas ? Why ?
