Video: "Los Artistas Asesinos" Declare War Against "Los Mexicles"

Translated by Yaqui for Borderland Beat from: Vanguardia

Ciudad Juárez .- A new internal struggle between criminal gangs emerged on Sunday, according to videos circulating through social networks, where they warn that violence will increase in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua .

People who identify themselves as members of the gang "Los Artistas Asasinos" (AA) in a video posted on social networks show an arsenal and threaten to use it against members of ''Los Mexicles''.

According to an analysis of the  State Attorney General's Office  (FGE) and the Municipal Public Security Secretariat (SSPM) , both criminal groups are part of the Sinaloa Cartel and have their presence in the eastern part of the city.
If confirmed the veracity of the videos - which are already officially investigated - the Sinaloa Cartel would be the second criminal organization to be divided in the city this year due to conflicts in its organizational structure.

Since last May the gangs ''Barrio Azteca'' and ''La Línea'', which functioned as the armed wing of the Juarez Cartel , were also divided, according to reports provided by the FGE.

As a consequence, the control of their activities has been debated with blood in the streets, mainly in the northwest, where they concentrate their criminal structure.

The Prosecutor's Office points out that at least 600 executions have been derived from this first division here in the last four months.

Jorge Nava Lopez, prosecutor of the North Zone , announced yesterday that the Intelligence and Cybernetics Units of the Prosecutor's Office , opened an investigation to confirm or deny if the origin of the graphic material that began to spread last Sunday through social networks is real , where there is evidence of a break between the gangs ''Asesinos Artists'' (AA) and ''Mexicles''.

The AAs are granted the authorship of the video in which they exhibit the arsenal within a warehouse and mention that "the topón" -a confrontation, as far as possible, that is, until one of the opponents is dead- will use the weapon against gang members of " The Mexicles ", to whom as they claim they were taught to work, and now they" bite their hand ".

The prosecutor Nava said that, prior to this video, there are no signs that support an internal division between the two gangs, as was the case with ''Los Aztecas''.

"We do not yet have the certainty that it is true but we do not rule out any possibility ... they are already under investigation (the videos) once we advance we can determine if it is true or if it is only a distractor with the intention of providing bad information" , the official mentioned.

He reiterated that there is no history of any struggle or reasons to suppose that rivalry has arisen between the groups known as ''AA'' and ''Mexicles ''.

In the case of the struggle between ''Aztecs'' several detained by the ministerial authority announced the existence of internal division, but not on this occasion, according to the official.

The video shows a dozen people who identify themselves with the "Asasinos Artistas" who wear masks and/or facemasks and hold long weapons. Behind them three vehicles with lighted strobes.

In a second film, 30 different-sized, long and short weapons are observed on the floor of the same place, and the voice of one of those who threaten the Mexicles group is heard. "They already forgot who the square is ... who taught them, who they learned from, shit dogs."

In another video the same voice mentions in front of a blanket the message addressed to ''Mexicles'': "The land belongs to the one who works it, here we are Los AA", he points out.

  1. Wow, the production quality of this video is at another level.

Who writes their scripts? All I here from these stupid sicarios are "me pelan la ver**" and every other word is "ver**" I guess their obsessed with their wiwi's.

But then again, what can we expect from sicarios?

AA assassination's are as sloppy as their videos. At least post a banner on the background.

Judging by the make, year and model of their vehicles, these guys are poorly funded.

These guys need to work on their branding. Take notes from CJNJ, who have upped their PR game!

    2. Then again, somebody who isn’t flashy, doesn’t have the banner, doesn’t have a fancy gun, doesn’t have a fancy sicario truck, just might be the real goddamn deal when the chingazos start to fly. Before you call bs, think about how the US got its ass handed to it by a bunch of little dudes with no shoes and shitty AK’s in the middle of the jungle.

  6. Whats going on in chihuahua is really confusing. Im surprised they didnt call out Linea and or Aztecas. Vicente Carrillo leyva was let go after being pulled over in Mexico city with fake identification and giving a suitcase full of money to the officers that were going to arrest him. Really weird stuff going on. From family i have down there La Linea is supposedly still standing firm in Juarez and throughout the state.

    2. “After nine years , two months and eleven days in prison, Vicente Carrillo Leyva , "El Ingeniero" ,was released from federal prison in Jalisco.”

      From el debate news paper.

People also say he visits his family often in Navolato (Sinaloa).

      Remember, es de sangre Sinaloense

  7. This is just sad. It is not macho or bravado. I can't imagine that whatever they are gaining at this level (or any level for that matter) is worth their eventual and inevitable fate. This is nothing more than terror for pennies.

  18. Danm cjng has it easy to take over Juárez all they have to do is pay los aztecas and aa a couple dollars more to join them and they would have a solid group to fight gente Nueva and cdj

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. That would never happen cuz AA and aztecas are killing each other and AA is part of the sinaloa cartel so they would most likely recruit the aztecas and the linea to fight off gente nueva AA and all the people who support sinaloa

    1. I don’t understand the obsession with Meth. I always thought the Cartels didn’t want their own people on Meth. It seems like Meth is getting bigger in Mexico than in the US.

    2. More meth being produced means more at the border. Not all of it crosses however so the bosses set up retail street shops. Hence the violence in Tijuana is all over corner sales. Its dirt cheap in Mexico and the high last longer than. Coke so yeah cartels can't claim that it's all the gringos visiosos fault Cruz it's not. Reap what u sow muthafuckas

    3. Meth should be huge in both USA and Mx. To be onest, both countries are filled with idiots, and I think murder simply isn't enough to keep their numbers down. They should all be high on meth, except for John Lemon. He's a great man any American is obviously proud of. But what was I saying? Aw yea, America, please smoke way way more meth. I think it's a great idea,
