CJNG Narcomanta: "We have arrived" and "The Governor of Puebla is protecting Los Zetas"

Guest reporter "LR"  for Borderland Beat Translated and Republished  from Proceso

PUEBLA, Pue. - Suspected hitmen of the Jalisco Cartel Nueva Generation (CJNG) hanged a Narcomanta in Puebla. The Narcomanta launches a direct threat against Governor Antonio Gali Fayad, and his Secretary of State Security Jesús Morales, whom they accuse of protecting The Zetas.

The Narcomanta, hung on a bridge on the 16th of September warns:
"... the government gave entry to the filthy Z ... The population is asked not to cooperate with them since everyone who is detected will be executed, whoever it may be, especially you Gali and Chucho Morales who protect the Bukanas and the Cachetes”

CJNG warns that it will go against El Bukanas, Jorge Aduna, and El Cachetes.  The message refers to Roberto de los Santos, El Bukanas, considered the leader of the Huachicoleros who operate in the area of the "red triangle".  And businessman Othon Muñoz Bravo, El Cachetes, who after being arrested for allegedly  selling stolen gas [huachicol] at his gas stations it  was discovered that he was also linked to the Moreno Vallismo.

The Narcomanta ensures that there was a quick intervention to protect and free Muñoz Bravo, and businessman Jorge Aduna, both related to criminal acts and who finally obtained their freedom with virtually no charges.

The CJNG assures in its message that it has arrived in Puebla to cleanse the government, and that this will include the San Miguel prison.
"Government, respect me and if you do not want to cooperate,  do not intervene in our work," it concludes.

    1. They wouldn't be taking zetas and cds plazas if they were so weak. And before you start with your nonsense, NO.. cds does not control Tijuana or la paz Baja California, cjng and cds are the main ones there but non really completely have it on lock. Same with cjng and zetas in veracruz or cds and beltranes in Sinaloa.

    2. Mencho just cares about the number of men under his control even if 65% of them were Zetas

    3. 5:24 Totally agree, they talk a lot of threats and then grab and kill impoverished innocents to try and imntmidate and claiming the innocents they kill were Zetas. Those CJNG dogs are no better than Zetas or the filthy CDG.

    4. 10:50 whatever the cartels, in Puebla de Los Angeles, the #1 huachicolero is former governor Rafael Moreno Valle, better onown as La Pantera Rosa, a member of Las Princesas de Apisco, he is not the governor anymore but has not let go of his huachicol business or his huachicoleros, he wants to be president some day just because of his nalgotas, new narco-governor Gali Fayad may be trying to kick La Pantera Rosa and his gangs out of the area to do his own Christmas Toy Drive gifting to himself

    1. 6:15; You obviously don’t live in Mexico or have any contacts with any heavy Mexican narcos. Lol! These plazas they are seeking are to extort, steal (get) government contracts, and sell at the street level.

Nobody moves anything close to what CDS moves day after day after day and so on!

    2. 6:15 I know, but there are LOTS of Sinaloa fans that are completely in denial. They always make up what they call facts that were once accurate but they are living in the past.

  3. as of jan 18,2018 CJNG controls Puebla. The Zetas had control of Puebla but were pushed out last year by CJNG around may and ended around july. José Eduardo González Barreda aka el lalo ran Puebla for the Zetas and was arrested in 2016. While in Prison he still had complete control of his Group and continued to Control Puebla for the Zetas. He also controlled the Prison he was being held in with the help of numerous Prison officials he had under his control. It was not until the Mexican Government gave the order to move El lalo to a new prison based on confidential information that he was running the current prison he was being held in and also the Criminal Cell that was controlling Puebla for the Zetas under his command that the CJNG were able to move in Puebla and ultimately move El lalo's group out. Not only would El lalo be moved to another prison but he would be moved many more times to other prisons as well. While El lalo was being moved around so often it left his Group with no leader and no protection. CJNG took quick advantage of that and moved in their people and pushed out el lalo's people. All the Puebla officials who were once on El lalo's pay roll are now on El Mencho's pay roll. Also i dont have confirmed reports on this but it is widely speculated that El Mencho was the one who was able to get El lalo moved around from prison to prison in that crucial time frame. i would also like to point out that El lalo's crew isnt completely wiped out. He still maintains a group in Puebla but in no way the same size or sophistication as the group he led before. But that is what you are seeing today. CJNG are for the most part in complete control of Puebla with a small number of Zetas and Gulf Cartel groups also in the mix but nothing in numbers that can make a difference or put risk to CJNG's control. El lalo like i said is back to controlling a small group in Puebla and back to controlling the prison he is currently being held in. He also has no further political or judicial contacts within Puebla thanks to El Mencho im sure. But he still maintains a group of prison officials that he has on his pay roll.

    2. 8:12; You could have shared that in 3 or 4 sentences vs a rambling fillabuster. Good info but chill on the repetition.

    3. @10:57 pm
no way i could put all that information into 3 or 4 sentences without coming off as vague..where is the rambling? everything i typed supports what im trying to explain..The Zetas dont have a structure like most cartels and are ran by many groups or cells that dont really fall under anyone other than the Zeta banner name. El lalo is not well known and if i just stated his name and gave little information on the subject more people would be confused than actually knowing whats going on in Puebla.. what i typed was in detail and if anyone reads this and retains it they will have the information on whats really going on in Puebla..and for the person who said he got a headache reading what i typed is silly. i get headaches when people come on here making jokes about chapo or saying mini lic is weak jajaja.. what i type on here is legit information and also who else has known about El lalo? not many.. El lalo is one of those mexican traffickers thats not only low key but one of the more powerful traffickers that isnt well known..granted he lost his area to El Mencho and CNJG but so is everyone else at the moment jajaja.. so yeah sorry if what i typed was somewhat complex but the Puebla situation is one of those situations that doesnt get as much coverage but has some major players inside the area..

    10. It doesn't make sense, if Lalo was so much trouble why didn't Mencho just have him killed instead? If he had "access" to him?

    14. 10:55 look for the article. There’s a narcomanta were cjng says they’re going to get Lalo so they quickly transfer he into another jail

    15. They announced they just arrived in Puebla and now the control the whole state man CJNG cheerleaders are the worse , In Puebla it’s not just Zetas and now CJNG all cartels operate there CDG ,CDS,BLO it’s like in Nuevo León where CJNG gave all the Cartel an ultimatum and not One Cartel took them serious because they are a joke , they haven’t took control of Veracruz from Zetas since the started 8 years ago they can’t take over Jalisco or Michoacán that’s the reality of CJNG

      Delete
    16. @10:55 PM
first of all its speculated.. i have no confirmed reports that el mencho actually was the one behind the transfers. Meaning the mexican government hasnt confirmed it jajaja..and of course they wouldnt..
But from the contacts i have they all say it was el mencho who was able to pull the strings to get el lalo transferred numerous times..That does not mean el Mencho has access to el lalo..if el mencho was behind the transfers (which im certain of) it just means he had a higher political contact and was able to pay him off to get the transfers..El lalo's group of prison officials is very solid and so far every prison el lalo has been transferred to he has ran that prison.. Now let me make clear through the transfers he was never mistreated or kept in any prison long enough to actually run shop out of..it was around a 3 month span that he was constantly being moved..after CNJG gained control of Puebla the transfers stopped.. El lalo is back running his prison he is at and controlling a small group in Puebla.. @7:45 AM there are no CDS in Puebla. There is CNJG who control Puebla.. Then there are a few small groups of Zetas and Gulf Cartel..All zetas in Puebla are under El lalo right now.. But both of those cartels (zetas & the gulf cartel)are so small and lack political and judicial protection that they cant even make a power grab for Puebla anymore.. El lalo if escaped or let free could probley heat Puebla back up and maybe make a push..

    17. Yeah yeah yeah. If they controlled Puebla then why announce your presence in your alleged “turf”? The citizens would know who runs the show without being told by CJNG, don’t you think? Obviously the government is pro-Zetas so they havent won anything because if so CJNG would have already replaced whoever they wanted a year ago. Stop spreading chisme when you have no idea. I love how CJNG always presents themselves as the white knight cartel.

  4. How do they CJNG drive from Jalisco all the way to Puebla and Veracruz without getting caught???

    1. 10:21; Carreteras. There’s high volume highways throughout Mexico. They also have flights to and from major cities.

Speaking of where’s CDM? I heard 40D is shut down for a month? That’s gotta hurt!

      Delete
    2. @10:21 pm
its not like 200 or 300 CJNG members just show up in a giant convoy jajaja.. no it works like this..El Mencho will order numerous Groups to just move down there and set up shop..they all dont go at once.. and for the most part its probley one or two guys from a group/cell who finds and buys or rents a couple safe houses and once they get those the rest of the group will move on down.. El Mencho might send a group/cell to an area for local drug sells and maybe another group/cell to protect the group thats selling the local drugs.. then he may send more people that are the contacts for the political and judicial people who are on el Menchos payroll..so yeah there is a little info on a form of logistics and it works many other ways as well..there have been times where cartel members show up 300 deep in an area..but for the most part when a cartel moves in on a territory they do so in a low key manner because its a lot easier to get set up that way..now once they get set up things can go any direction..

      Delete
    3. What 5:40 said, it’s a lot easier to set up shop low key find your competition if there’s any and move in little by little. It would be a stupid move to transport 300 armed men across the country, sooner or later they would get intercepted and probably one of the biggest gun fights in recent memory would occur. It’s easier to replace a couple people at a time than to replace an entire unit just my thoughts on this though

Has it right, the Zetas when they started out did it like that,a cell would go in and start finding things out, safe houses, drug spots etc, then another cell turns up to start flipping or killing people who dont align.
This is why you have estakas in trucks patrolling their areas to see whats up or strange trucks,to stop anyone sneeking in and setting up houses

    5. Sicarios can get sent all over the place, remember El Mamito sayin he hadnt seen his mama in years and nearly crying, they get sent in groups to take a plaza or area and can end up dead and no one ever finds out

    6. Only Zetas and BLO used to drive in caravans from state to state. Other cartels didn't have the balls to do it.

  5. My buddy that grew up in tj says cjng is taking over tijuana. He says the Pgr is owned by cds but the police are owned by cjng. He works with cds and says cjng has the upper hand right now in tj and thinks they will take over the plaza sooner then later.

    1. I’ve never heard of a CDS drug dealer or sicario say they will be defeated sooner or later. My experience is the opposite is the norm. If your buddy is correct why even keep fighting if that’s the case? CDS will stay relevant in TJ just long enough to make a push like they always do in other areas. I’m no CDS fan by no means but I have to call it like I see it.

In Cuagüila the mophokaz make peepol into saw dust with hammers and rocks after burning them by the hundreds, required by their government associates to leave no mass Graves or as little as possible, just like the mexican armed forces do, and the polesias, sicarios from street gangs usually show their work.
