Ice-coolers with human heads and narco cartulinas left outside TV station in Guadalajara

Reporter: Gloria M Reza
Guadalajara: In two different points of the City, persons unknown left two ice-coolers, together with a cartulina that carried threats, in the interior of one of these were two human heads.

The two coolers with the heads inside were found outside the installations of Televisa Guadalajara that is located on Avenida Alemania, almost at the cross roads with Enrique Diaz de Leon, in the Moderna Colonia.

With one cooler was a narco cartulina with a threat against a State Police Chief. "Jesus Hunberto Boruel Neri, key 1202, here we have left these two heads, if now you make this public, not like Sunday 19-11-2017 when we launched grenades at you and you hid".

The message continued, " You know that the deals are fulfilled, or do you want us to remind you that you are in this position, and you put yourself there. CJNG".

The acronym CJNG corresponds to the Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generacion, which is headed by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, El Mencho.

The human remains were transferred to the Forensic Medical Services for identification. While on the Central and Periferico Avenidas, where Ciudad Judicial is located, another cooler appeared, but what was inside was not reported. A narco cartulina was left with this cooler with a threatening message against a Judge. It read "Puta Juesa Molina, you are next".

  1. That’s what happens when you play with the devil. Sounds like an agreement wasn’t honored by the State Police Chief.
Goes to show how much power these cartels have gained by the very hands of government officials.

    1. The level of threats and corupcion doesn't necessarily correlate to his honoring an agreement. The carteles threats and intimidacion are designed to push the boundaries of support the Chief of State police might provide.

    9. Look tontitos, of course there is going to be other cartels conducting business in THE SECOND largest city in Mexico. No cartel has a WHOLE state on lock but cjng have a whole state that they dominate. Not even cds controls Sinaloa and it's named after that state lol NAME cartel that controls more of a state than cjng, i won't hold my breath.

  4. Looks like State Police Chief has not yet fallen in-line.
Hunberto will be calling Mencho and asking for forgiveness.

Mencho will tell him to get on his knees, stretch his right hand out and Neri will kiss it excessively until Mencho kicks him away.

Never make a business deal with the Devil. Just ask Hunberto.

Threats here and there, a couple sicarios dead out of the thousands that are available and people start with the bull shit of oh no they’re done bye bye CJNG smh I’m not a nut hugger but it happens with every cartel in the country. It’s going to take more than a couple dead body’s to end any cartel

  8. More carnage from the Mencho-Cholo split. Plus with Don Chelo Valencia released last week it looks like the CJNG civil war is going to escalate even more.

  9. " In two different points of the City, persons unknown left two ice-coolers". I like the "persons unknown" part. Like it would matter if they knew who dropped these. The cartels are in charge, not the government.

  12. A few years ago two guards from the prison near Guadalajara were shot dead as they exited the bus that took them to work. Guess they didn't pickup the peso bag left in the prison library. Oh, and I don't know how many years ago a mid to high level Guad police died. In his safe deposit box was $300k usd, and a 45 auto pistol. Maybe need to make ice chest cooler purchases get a permit?

  13. Just a normal day in Mexico, don't know why people are saying Mencho will fall because of this. There is way worst things happening in Mex, jyst luke the Tamaulipas mayor got killed a few days ago. Cds didn't fall because they shot MANY reporters, so why you think this is a different scenario? No digan tontadas

  15. They left the heads decrying that he made something public? Or didn't? What are they referring to that happened Sunday 19-11-2017? You should translate these messages as they were written but it would also be good if you explained the meaning after that in cases where it's convoluted and lacking structure.
