BALACERAS AND GRENADES RETURN TO REYNOSA

Posted by DD for Borderland Beat material from El Manana and Reynosa News

For the fourth consecutive day, shootings and deaths in Reynosa.

Although so far there are no official reports, one of the strongest clashes occurred in the Lomas Section, where neighbors say four armed men were left dead on the street, six others in a taxi and two more in the interior of a dwelling.

By air and land, the clashes spread to the Monterey-Matamoros outpost where vehicles were
abandoned and numerous units were consumed by fire in a junk yard.

In the Villa Esmeralda fractionation, personnel from the Forensic Medical Service withdrew two other bodies of people killed during the shootout in the southeast of the city, although  neighbors said that inside the building there were more dead men.

At that place  were seized weapons and vehicles used by men killed during this early morning. From there, they moved to Fuentes Lomas Section to collect the bodies of the rest of the men.

Elements of the Mexican Army, Secretary of Marine, State and Expert Services, are concentrated in both sectors where there were dead to investigate and gather  evidence of the facts.

The shootings began around 2 am, when detonations began to be heard in various parts of the city.  As is usual in Reynosa  social network users were the primary source of news. The action of high-powered weapons, coupled with the sound of the helicopter of the Secretary of the Navy, awoke the population that alerted the clashes through social networks.

The reynosense population lived that day of terror as more than a dozen dead killed  during the early hours of Sunday as the shootings and persecutions were unleashed in the south of the city
.

Social Media is reporting that the violence and death is continuing into today (Monday).  "A man executed, tied hands, was found a few moments ago on the bank of the channel Anzalduas, in the ejido Palo Blanco. So far has not been identified the body that also had bandaged the face with cinnamon tape.  Wrapped in a blanket, wearing a cherry shirt, denim trousers and black sneakers, they left the body lying close to a vacant lot.  In the stomach you can see a red spot, like from blows suffered at the moment of being tortured."

Social media is also reporting that 3 waiters from a bar are awaiting being turned over to the Magisteria  police after Transit Police stopped them for driving the wrong way on a one way street and found a body in the vehicle

The waiters from the bar were traveling in a white Ford Ranger with several black plastic garbage bags in the back of the truck.  The Transit Police were only intending to issue a ticket for the traffick violation until while searching the truck they found a dead body in a garbage bag under all the others.
In this situation the highway agents immediately detained the suspects and then put them at the disposal of the ministerial authorities for them to take over.

The events occurred at 03:00 o'clock this morning in the street Azucena between Jazmines and Boulevard Morelos of the colony Fernandez Gomez.

  1. When shit hits the fan, tamaulipas and michoacan make a war field. Unlike these sinaloas writing letters to the press saying they didn't ambush or went against the military. But you can't ever beat a sinaloa groopy, they will bring the past when el barbas got killed and humiliated or el mayo hiding like a girl in the sierras and now asking mencho for back up.. Lol

    13. 11:12 I'm not a sicario, I'm just a bb reader just like you that reads stories like this and makes his own conclusions and posts comments. Sinaloa are just that though, all talk lol I'm not from Michoacan or Sinaloa but they have the toughest sicarios. It's a proven fact boy.. why do you think in michoacan they have killed the most federales and in tamaulipas they killed the most soldados? What happened last time they tried to catch mencho, it was a war field and there was no love letter to the press of how he didn't do it when infact he did. Sinaloa only tough in corridos

  2. It's all being done to capture comandante toro. To be in a small city like Reynosa you could say he is an elusive motherfucker after they've been trying hard for years to capture him

    1. @8:23 Your definition of "small city" and mine are different. Reynosa is not a New York City but over a half million people is not small to me.

    2. It's gonna take a betrayal 4 Comandante Toro's downfall. Look at what happened 2 Metro 3. - Sol Prendido

    3. @dd ... Reynosa is small potatoes compared to Tijuana, Juarez and Mexicali... I'm from Juarez and my wife is from Reynosa, I've also been to TJ and Mexicali before and Reynosa doesn't even come close to the urban sprawl of the three cities mentioned .. same goes for the amount of crime that is taking place in each city ... Reynosa is in a little league

      Delete
    4. Yes dd, < a couple of million is small nowadays

    5. Compared to TJ and Juarez it is buddy I've been in Tijuana it's huge, and seen Juarez through i10 while driving through El Paso. There is no comparison. But I get your point, what draws my attention is anyone whose been to northern Tamaulipas or atleast south Texas knows there is no sierra to hide or hills or anything like that. So even with all the choppers and focus the marina is putting on him they still one step BEHIND. I guess they don't call him el Rey de las brechas for nothing. He will be killed that's for sure there's no prison for him marines don't want him spilling the beans about the $3million he paid them for him protection.

    6. TJ is Huge and so is Mexicali but Reynosa is also big.

  9. Unbelievable! How the lucrative world of drug trafficking and the recklessness of cartels to do whatever for control. Money, the spoils of others and communities. The mayhem and violence which in my opinion the Mexican government is to blame for permitting it from the start. Corrupt government officials and institutions have made it virtually impossible to eradicate such activities. Americans too are to blame for the lack of better judgment. The consumption at alarming rate from Americans. If people had better judgment of not partaking in drug consumption, the demand for it would would impede. Beloved and humble respectable Mexico truly unleashed a monster which can not be subdued. And the world bearing its fruits with its children ( addicts).
Make Mexico great again!!!!! The Mexican citizens deserve better and the world.

  11. The military and feds need to circle towns, go house to house and execute all criminals especially cartel scum and their families. Eradicate the trash.

    1. @8:59 I wasn't aware the criminals in Mexico wore little patches or something else that would identify them as criminals so the feds and military can identify them when they go door to door. your thinking reminds me of the the police commander who as asked by a prisoner during his trial "why am I in jail? The Commander answered "because you are a criminal. The prisoner asked why do you think I am a criminal? the commander answered "because you are in jail".

I guess your proposal would be the feds or military would enter a house and when asked why they were in the house they would answer "because my orders are to kill all the criminals in every house and since I am in your house you must be a criminal".
