Tracy Saenz promotes an Amparo against privation of liberty

Translated by Otis B Fly-Wheel for Borderland Beat from a Zetatijuana article

Subject Matter: Tracy Saenz, Gerardo Ortiz
Recommendation: See Link to article by BB reporter Texcoco De Mora on Mr Ortiz

Reporter: Luis Carlos Sainz
The model that acted in the video musical of the song "fuiste mia" by Gerardo Ortiz fears being detained.

The model Tracy Saenz presented a demand of Amparo in a Federal Court in Tijuana to prevent which ever possible judicial order that may take away her liberty.

Before the a Judge of the Third District of Amparo and Federal trials in the State of Baja California, was filed as trial of guarantees 1185/2016, promoted against the PGR and other authorities.

The model who participated in the video musical of the song "Fuiste Mia" of the singer Gerardo Ortiz, incremented her fame enough that she was asked to appear naked for Playboy, signalled this was against orders or presentation of apprehension.

The Lawyers of the young lady from Tijuana whose name is Tracy Jaqueline Saenz Feliz solicited to the Judge Blanca Evelia Parra Meza a provisional act of reclamation, which was considered a change of guarantees for a cost of 15 thousand pesos.

So far, it is unknown if the fear of being arrested that Tracy Saenz has is from the criminal process against Jalisco singer Gerardo Ortiz Medina in the common law, or another matter, as the complainant has invoked this in her request for defence to Federal authorities.

As of now, the Judges have already contacted the responsible authorities to hold any reports, for the 24th of August when the hearing for judgment of fundamental rights could be resolved.

Fuiste Mia courted controversy as it appears to condone killing of women.

  3. I may be alone but there are certain words (English and Spanish languages) that I dislike. "Amparo" is one of them and can't stand how it is not translated along with the rest of the article. I'm weird but the ladies like me that way!

To stay on topic, that government needs to be overthrown. It is mind blowing how they can detain an entertainer but leave the drug pushing/people killing machines free to roam.

    1. I looked up on Google Translator.
      The word "amparo" means "protection".

      I hope this is correct.

    2. @11:29. Close but not exactly. Amparos are a peculiar and unique feature of Mexican law. The closest thing to it in US law is an injunction. An injunction is used in the US to order someone to cease or not do something. An amparo is much broader and can be used to order a warden to free someone from jail, to order all law enforcement officers not to arrest someone, etc.
Mexican lawyers can be very creative with amparos.

    5. Amparos protect citizens of being detained until they are found guilty, it is a coutner to the "presumed guilty until proved inoccent" in Mexican law. You can't place an Amparo when found guilty, only during the process and the judge will not give you one if he thinks you can run away. When you have an amparo (while the process is not finished) you have to go every week to the judge to sign.

    6. The three branches of government are supposed to be independent of each other, and they are, until "the executive" decides it needs torture and enhanced interrogations, then it bullies, primaries, lobbies and second opinions all the involved with the other hand, mostly by cooking up lies like weapons of mass destruction, "Russian hacking" the romantic e-mails of hillary, "Fatal Visions" of rebel hippies endangering the US by cultivating their own peaceful grifa and mexican narcos dealing their own drugs and robbing the US of its rightful shares...
Robbing epn of his TIME share protada he paid with millions of mexican pesos was not nice, Dr Mireles did not do it, but his people need a lesson, cabrones...
"epn saved mexico by incarceration Dr Mireles" one more lie.

It is a fkn joke to film in a cartel house with real police acting. Mxn gvt is freaking angry.

    1. Novelas condone the killing of women. Hell, real life day to day living in Mexico condones the killing of women. Where were these fuckers at when the femicides were occurring in Juarez? Mexico is one the deadliest countries in the Western Hemisphere and you are going to jail someone because they simulated a death in a video. GTFOH!!! One thing about Mexico is the government is ass backwards. They leave the narcos alone but yet jail the people for trying to protect themselves and their families. Fuck EPN and his minions.
