Banners: Brother of Singer Joan Sebastian ordered normalistas kidnapping in Iguala, drugs hidden on bus

Lucio R. Borderland Beat

Mantas, (banners) were placed in various points of Morelos.  It accuses Federico Figueroa, the brother of the late singer Joan Sebastian, of being the author of the kidnapping and killings of normalistas in Iguala, Guerrero.  It also states he is the leader of Guerreros Unidos.

It has recently come to light that there may have been a 5th bus taken by the normalistas, and on that bus were hidden drugs being transported.  This manta (banner) seems to support that theory, and is one that makes sense when all the known facts are pooled together.  If true, the kidnappings and killings was not pre-planned, but happenstance because of a drug shipment.

This would explain the poor planning of body disposal, which just about no one believes occurred at the Cocula dump (PGR theory), and leaves open the door of possibility the army help dispose of the bodies, by transferring the deceased to a military crematorium, a not so long drive from Iguala.  A recent poll revealed that 64-68% of Mexicans reject the official theory as factual.   A report was released on September 6, from IMCI that concluded the bodies of the Ayotzinapa Normalistas, were not incinerated at the dump.  The full report is embedded in Spanish at the end of this post.

Manta Tex
"Gentlemen from Guerrero, parents of the Normalistas of Ayotzinapa, do not be fooled and do not forget about your children and relatives, ask Federico Figueroa where your children are.

He is the one who knows the whereabouts of the normalistas, as it was he who ordered them to be seized.  Ask him how he treats peasant farmers from Iguala.  He is the one who knows the whereabouts of the students of the normal school, as he ordered them to be seized,  and ask him how I treats the peasants from Iguala and the mountains of Guerrero, he removes the planting of what they have sown..

“He is the leader of Guerreros Unidos and in Morelos, his accomplice and right hand, is Noe Reynoso AKA La Yegua, whom assists  him in getting into Morelos” since he hides in the government,  so the Guerreros Unidos kidnap and screw around in Morelos, is read in the mantas.

"Gentlemen of Ayotzinapa ask of  Federico Figueroa, and his accomplice “La Yegua”  for your children, they have the answers."

“The mistake of the Normalistas was to take the wrong bus, because it was full of drugs that belonged to the leader of Guerreros Unidos which is Federico Figueroa, that is why he ordered to stopping of the bus demand of him, the whereabouts of the normalistas, so that the government stop the cover up, and the truth comes to light,” (concludes the text.)
According to police sources in Morelos, were in total three Mantas of 4 meters wide by 2meters high printed with black and red letters which were placed on bridges over the Cuernavaca and Acapulco Highway and streets of Morelos Capital.

Oak Ed put together information and links on forum giving in-depth reporting on the report. Also Soliado

    1. Wow.Wow.This is a possibility .Explains a lot and this is why theres a government coverup. The gov arrested Mayor and his wife. They probably didn't even know about the buses as they were doing their speeches.Convenient scapegoats which would be beliveable to the public. The G.U. thought their load was being stolen and of course had them all killed.Meanwhile gov knows all about it.Why don't they just tell the truth. They have immunity [impunity] anyway.Just so used to lying and maybe if they did tell the truth well lets just say it could be closer to revolution time.Im sure EPN knows all.

    2. I recall chivis saying although the mayor and wife are evil and did commit murder and so forth, she thought they were not responsible for this night, and she was doubtful they would have any evidence to convict them for this crime.

      and she was right

  3. Federico figueroa would get his drugs or his bus full of drugs, without involving army or police city mayor, state governor and federal government and in the cover-up, silencing, disappearances, and more and more cover-up and the manufacturing of more and more different ever changing theories and planting of evidence.
--Now that he is said to be fighting with Juan Manuel Figueroa el hijo de Joan Sebastian, and his nephew, appear these ridiculous "mantas", looks like lazy family food fight...

    1. Chills to the bone, it's the first time the story behind the tragedy makes sense. With all due respect to the 43 Normalistas, this nightmare inflicted on innocent lives is one more reason to clean Peña Nieto's clock. The army acted against the people of Mexico, also. This has to be seen as treason. They should be charged and stand trial.

  5. Why doesn't some of these people kidnap Federico Figueroa or La Yegua, torture the fuckers and incinerate them?Who says they can't be taken? It happens all the time to decent Mexicans?Sorry to all the non-violent types out there, but sometimes its the only way, their fuckin rats anyway taxing people who barely get by..

  6. Guerreros Unidos are weak and have few political connections...I know a lot of the members were old Beltran leyvas but at the end of the day the brothers and a few others were the only ones with the political connections...soon the Guerreros unidos will be cleaned out and justice will be brought yo the Mexican people...these mantas only help bring heat on the leaders..so I am all for them...

--federico figueroa, who is no friend of mine, can not compete with them in kidnapping torturing murdering or dissappearing prowess...

  7. This has been the contention of mantas for over a year. About Frederico. I think the group has been persistent because the story remains in the news and they want an investigation.

as for the bus, that revelation has been hanging around but there has not been proof until recently with the photo of the 5th bus and normalistas inside from that night.

--They only release some BS to mislead the dogs away to some other theory to make time, one lie at a time, it has been going on for one year already and nobody got nothing but theories...
--some of us cling to the theories that favor our favorite causes, no matter how stinky, just because we are grateful for the "cornfleis"...

  8. Be mindful that if there was a list of people subjected to the most atrocities in Mexico indigenous peoples would be at the top of the list.

This is not new, killings and the disappearing of normal school students has long been a fact. and the social activists, protestors, campensinos. especially in the south. that is why chong wants to closed the normal schools, the last thing the government wants is educated indians to contend with.

without the schools there would be little chance for an education in the rural areas.

here is an article about chongs wanting to close them since he was a governor of Hidalgo

  9. So I finally understand what happened!! The students technically hijacked the buses they were traveling in to go protest at a rally. Not knowing that one of the buses was loaded with Figueroa's drugs. Figueroa was probably embarrassed and mad and went full-on attack to regain his drug shipment. That he thought he lost but students probably didnt even know they had stolen.

Everyone involved in this night seemed to have committed an error including the students. The people who suffered the most were the innocent family and friends who had nothing to do with this night.

  10. Why they keep trying to blame Federico as leader? The story sounds more credible but not that federico is the leader thats bullshit. Frederico didnt have time to run such huge enterprise as he was busy running his brothers businesses we all know the leaders are Iguala mayor and the rest of the politician guerreros unidos.

  11. Moral of the story: don't steal buses and don't get involved in drugs.

    1. No the moral of the story is to know what you are talking about, before you offer your whitebread analysis. so glib. so stupid. It was not their drugs. and they "borrow " buses, they do nothing but go from point a to b. sure it is not right in the true sense, but they are hated in mexico and marginalized so have no one but themselves. don't you read a little history before you but in and throw out a ignorant remark?

so they deserved to be killed.
you are a fool and and idiot.

    2. No the real moral of the story, is the following justice needs to be served to the 43...mexico needs a real government, and narcos suck...my 2 cents...

    3. In mexico it is customary to take buses for student affairs, they get returned later, it has been like that since the school opened, it is a non-event , nobody had been warned or murdered over it, much less shot up or kidnapped and disappeared...
--in any case how many student's lives is 1 or 5 buses worth?

  13. While osorio chong has been a porro since he was a college student, emilio chuayffet chemor has been in government before that, as Secretario de Gobernacion, one step away from the presidency, he had to resign because of mass murdering of Acteal-Chenalhó among others, these massacres cost him and Guerrero governor Ruben Figueroa Alcocer their jobs, "la emilia" has had it for the ayotzinapos ever since, and his education plan just got more ambitious, angel aguirre governor after figueroa AND again for ayotzinapa disappearances of the 43 as PRD has resigned again... to save Federico Figueroa's ass???
--Unbelievable, not the abarcas, not federico...#fue el gobierno
--These are chismes and low blows, who benefits? Joan Sebastian left a Whole lot of money and properties, much of it controlled by federico, all of it wanted by others more "entitled"...

  17. The real, genuine, and scary part is the police the politicians and now it seems the ejercito mexicano are all desperately trying to make off of this go away. Like stuffing dirty laundry in a closet before the doorbell rings. There's anthrax in the china, and legionaire's disease in the vents but nothing a good smile and wave of the hand cannot cure. With scummy roadblocks at every turn the Normalista disaster will never be resolved. For Christ Sake, Machiavelli himself would feel an inferiority complex if he could see the duplicity and treachery of the Masters Of The Western Hemisphere at work.

EPN and his advisors have forgotten more duplicity than the fuckin both of them put together ?
The part of this tragedy that makes more sense is that the military actually destroyed the students?
Who murdered them? But as above the military base has a crematorium of some description, and,it has not been tested or accessed in any way

  19. First off...I apologize for not having time for BB in the past few days.

secondly, lucio had an issue with blogger mixing up his text and could not finish the post as well as he wanted, he did put the ED OAK links so you can follow the story. it is complicated.

I BELIEVE the 5th bus theory.

BUT I do not believe Frederico was the leader of GU, at least at the time.although the connection to CIDA has long been made. Dittto with governor aguirre's cousin.

For those of you being lost or thinking this is a new theory, you must be english language readers because it has been out there since a couple months after the killings. And it requires an understanding of how this segment of the population is treated. A couple of readers have alluded to that, but granted it is not something outside Mex one would probably know.

This drugs on the bus story makes perfect sense, to those following what has happened and what was said.

the bus photo above is from the report.

  20. Encyclopedia of War Crimes and Genocide/chilean colonel juan manuel guillermo contreras sepulveda, "Momo" later promoted to general, chief of the DINA in chile...
--never repented of his crimes, but talked about they being orders of his friend and mentor august pinochet, and denied his personal guilt in spite of having been sentenced to 500+ years in prison, died while 580 more years of prison were going to be imposed on him, for kidnapping, torture, murder and disappearances, disappearing or burning the corpses of his victims, 40+ years after, the Chilean armed forces still proudly celebrate pinochett, and all his disciples enjoy easy lives as rich free chileans, some serving in the armed forces, police or government...
--the daughter of Orlando Lettelier tortured, raped at 16 years old, Michele Bachelett 5he president of chile now, also stripped naked with her mother and raped are witnesses with other survivors...
--you will not find the ayotzinapa survivors that easy, their kidnappers have had 40+ years of training to do a cleaner job, blaming the abarcas, cida, gu, angel aguirre, federico figueroa, the 5th bus or the third magic curveball bullet, just help keep the dogs busy and away from the real crooks...remember, the mexican army was there, and did not help anybody...there were orders.
