El Chapo files complaint against extradition Judge

Translated for Borderland Beat from a Proceso article by Otis B Fly-Wheel

El Chapo files complaint against the Judge who approved his extradition

El Chapo Guzman

The former leader of the Sinaloa cartel Joaquin El Chapo Guzman , filed a complaint against the 13th District Amparo Criminal Judge , after that Judge discarded their original demand against eventual extradition to the United States , where he has existing charges with the Justice Dept.

Chapo's defense lawyers filed a complaint with the Fifth Criminal Court Judges who assigned it case number 5/2015

Before this action, Guzman Loera presented an amparo against the order of extradition and its immediate execution ,however a Judge dismissed the appeal without previously studying it.
The guarantees judgment 1233/2014 was presented on December 17th, and subsequently the previous 13th District Judge threw out the appeal.

With regard to the order of extradition, it was categorical in affirming that it constitutes a “future and imminent act " , was the defense of Joaquin Guzman Loera insisting that there is provision for a transfer to the United States where he faces murder charges.

  1. Seems like his reign is really over this time. Welcome to the United States Chapo de la sierra.. you are going to see what the US is all about my little giant friend lol

..Unless one of those from Jalisco, Guadalajara decides to prevent him from getting extradited.. so he can get the chance to escape again with the help of some rotten potatoe...

    1. For the type of crimes he has committed, the U.S. will try to have him sent to a “supermax prison” where prisoners are so isolated, a few have committed suicide. This is why the murderers from Mexico try to prevent extradition to the U.S. for as long as possible. There will be no interacting with other prisoners, and definitely “no” escaping.

Fool, I’m not an American, but the laws of my country are similar to the U.S. The citizens can worship freely here without our pastors & priests being murdered; our crooked politicians are often jailed; we are not afraid to call our police for fear they will murder us; we are not afraid of our neighbors because they are working with drug lords; our countrymen can go to work and bring home a full paycheck without extortion, our military are not personal death squads against its own citizens and lastly there will be no busloads of missing students killed, and the bodies not found.

      Ugly? Give me ugly everyday!

He will do some hard time in U.S., wich he deserves for so many inocent Victims he murdered. He's trying to buy some time so hopefully the U.S. forgets about him. Fuck chapo!!

    2. Hahaha hard time in the US, please. Federal prisons in the US are nothing compared to state pens where low level street thugs are put in. Federal prison are full of mostly white collar criminals. Criminals such as Drug Cartel Capos, crooked politicians, tax evadors, computer fraud individuals, that are involved in ponzi schemes, pirated good trafficking, illegal gambling ring, bribery, cyber crime, money laundering, forgery, identity theft, fraud, inside trading or copyright infringement. These are like the Beverly Hills, Bel Air or Hamptons of prisons, you still live without any freedom but atleast you have better amenities, much cleaner environment, better food and you do not have to worry about getting killed like in a state pen. Its like this, do you rather play cards with white collar guys or street level thugs?

    7. 6:03 your words sound good but it's obvious you know nothing about the US Federal system. People like Chapo don't get sent to the average FCI (Federal Correctional Institutions) which are facilities for minimum to Medium security offenders. People like Chapo go to the USP (United States Penitentiaries) which are for the high security inmates. Chapo will more than likely be sent to the USP Florence ADMAX in Colorado where most of the incarcerated leadership of every major gang in the US resides. Gangs like the Aryan Brotherhood, Mexican Mafia, Gangster Disciples, Barrio Azteca and Texas Syndicate have leaders residing there. Chapo lands in the same category as these leaders do so he will land in the same prison. Chapo will pay millions not to go to Colorado and why not. He won't last in a prison with all these seasoned American gangsters who would want nothing more to be the one who got the "mighty" Chapo. Trust me for the narcos like Chapo he will be playing cards solo for 700 years.

To 3:22 P.M.; when was the last time you did Federal Time??? Obviously never have or you wouldn't say that Fed Time in the states is nothing. The Super Max in Colorado is one instance or even "Pelican Island" these are NOT VACATION VILLA'S I Can Assure You! Most get No Visits and if they get an hour per day for exercise it's because the weather is fair and not cold or rainy, reason being no prison guard is going to freeze his A-- Off cuz you want a little fresh air! 3. Idk about chapo saving lives lol What I do know is that if the US did not have so many drug addicts supporting the drug cartels with their consumption, maintaining a high demand for drugs, Mexico would not be in the mess that it is in. Also, the increasing number of homegrown terrorist in the US going around committing massacres at schools, government buildings and other public places should be of great concern.

  5. It amazes me how we hear about these tough criminal bosses, yet when they are caught, they are like babies crying for a pacifier. His issue with the US is that he most likely will die in prison. Mexico is so corrupt, that staying there would assure him a possibility of escape just by paying some under paid corrections officer. I think every last one of them caught should automatically be sent to serve in the US. Now when will "La Tuta" be captured? After his money runs out? Only after he cannot pay the corrupt government in Mexico? All the other capos did not extend their arm as far through the corrupt government like La Tuta. Had they, they would be free today.

Our government should arrest the larger drug pusher in this country or the world starting with the pharmaceuticals companies that have new drugs and commercials out every week including the doctors who write boggus scripts for morphine. The cartels are just helping our health care system by giving the consumer a inexpensive alternative to the pills. Plus drug cartels will never be out of business until the US rethinks its war on drugs. Just like alcohol in prohibition AMERICANS DON'T ENJOY THERE GOVERNMENT TELLING THEM WHAT TO DO. JUST LIKE WITH GUNS Americans cry about our 1st ammenment but George Washington, Paul Revere or Thomas Jefferson and other people from that era weren't sporting a AK47, or any assault rifles. 20. Sorry to say this , but it is the thinking like many of you commenting that has allowed Mexico to get the way it is. So how much money does a person have to give to a community, to be allowed to kill an entire other community? St Judes donates services to children with cancer. Guess what? They don't do it to kill people. It doesn't matter if this man bought 100 people a new car, the fact that many innocent people are dying is important. Maybe the good ones that were kidnapped, murdered and what not would have done much more than he would have ever. Thinking like some of these comments, "he helped laborers" and all that crap, is not an excuse for murder. As for people doubting his extraction to the US, news for you: The US will prevail! 42. Funny how people rag and blame the USA for the demand for drugs when Mexico ranks #1 in drug use and #1 in meth addicts. Drug addicts per capita in Mexico ranks on the top. All drunks and druggies!

  43. regular feds is a cake walk. i know cause i know ppl who have been and are there, plus its just known here in the US. but thats min and medium. he will not be there. he would be in max. probably supermax. and im sureeee the US wants him in ADX colorado with the rest of the worst of the worst. the most ruthlesss. and adx is the most secure prison. jail in a jail. ppl say america jail is a joke but theres alot ppl dont know that happens. but in adx its terrible because of the isolation. 24hr lockdown in a soundproof room. hardly contact with humans , no visits, no privleges...ever. ppl go crazy. they are currently looking into it being cruel and unusual. no sun or human contact for the rest of your life makes someone crazy af. chapo does not want that.

  44. I was contacted by the feds, they are letting my ex hubby out..on drug charges come November 2015. Some kind of a new law got passed. He got 20 years, he's doing his time in S.C. He's actually done most of his time, so it's not like he's getting out a lot sooner. I think the law was made because crack dealers, mostly black...were getting more time, than a white man selling powder cocaine.Powder was looked at from a different set of eyes, more of a rich guys drug choice I suppose.Dope is dope, no matter what form it's in.
Chapo will be in the USA, doing time.

  45. It is likely that Chaputo will be extradited to the United States, raising political implications for the top politicians in All the states of Mexican which he bribed. Those who have been accused of taking bribes from the Sinaloa cartel will be fully Exposed like Cockroaches under a flashlight. After Chapo spills more Beans, PRI will extradite Mexican politicians with ties and connections to the U.S., and the cat and mouse (Rat) game continues.

You too dam scared to show names even when hes locked down . Hes a legend not just with mexicans but other races. Rappers rapping about wanting to be him. When you have money and power the world belongs to you. Chapo keep on chopping show what Americans are doing for us down here in the south. Mexico supplies Americans buy. Judge's, lawyers cops and much more are paid off to bring up drug lords so thank your selfs for giving him the power, money and fame that every gangster works for no matter how it goes down alive or not. Even dead a new drug lord is waiting to take the throne.
