"El Ricalde" Arrested

Carlo Alessandro Ricalde Barosio, alias "El Ricalde", was arrested October 8 in the Las Plazas Outlet commercial plaza in the municipality of Lerma, México state along with Juan Uriel Hernández Mandujano.

"El Ricalde" was a police officer in Huixquilucan, México state from 2003 to 2009.  Eventually, he began working for the Beltrán Leyva Cartel alongside Óscar Osvaldo García Montoya, alias "El Compayito" in the cell of Gerardo Alvarez Vázquez, alias "El Indio".

He was reported to have participated in the infamous execution of 24 individuals in La Marquesa in November 2008.  In 2009, he participated in the killing of a fellow police officer and left the police force thereafter.  He is also an alleged participant in the killing of the Huixquilucan police officer Pedro Martínez Álvarez in November 2010.

Following the August 2011 arrest of "El Compayito", he was accused along with Daniel Fernández Domínguez, alias "El Pelacas" of the May 2010 kidnapping of Diego Fernández de Cevallos for which a reward of 500,000 pesos was offered for information leading to the arrest of the individual(s) responsible.

In late 2010, "El Ricalde" fled to Aguascalientes along with "El Pelacas", where they joined La Oficina.  Around May of this year he returned to the state of México and was in charge of the sale and distribution of drugs.  At the time of his arrest, he was meeting with other members of "La Oficina", according to state officials.  While he resisted arrest, his bodyguards attempted to rescue him, shooting the vehicles in which he was being transported to prison.  However, no police officers or civilians were injured.

  5. At this point who cares! i think everyone agrees that even though they capture 1criminal 3 are to take his place. Besides Mexico is capturing plenty of cats weather it be Capos Leaders or Hitmen Halcones etc....after awhile they are going to over populate their prison system n some of these cats are going to be let out again...just like in Los Angeles over populated prisons!
