Juan Fernando Alvarez Cortez, 'The Ferrari', was twice captured  on the same date, four years apart.

He operated in the area center of Tamaulipas, particularly in the municipalities of Ciudad Victoria, El Mante, San Fernando, Hidalgo, Padilla and Llera.

When Felipe Calderón was president, the army arrested Ferrari on May 17, 2010 in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas. At that time he was arrested with Mario Alberto Alcocer Andrés Roldán Magaña and Bocanegra.

The three were charged with violating the Federal Firearms and Explosives for having  goat horn AK47's ,  AR-15 rifles, a grenade launcher a Mossberg rifle, two grenades, 21 magazines for AR-15 nine chargers AK -47 thousand 210 cartridges of different calibers and $ 780 thousand.

'El Ferrari' in 2010 was imprisoned  in Nuevo Laredo. In December of the same year he escaped with other prisoners. He spent less than seven months in prison.

The National Safety Commissioner, Monte Alejandro Rubido, on Tuesday May 20, 2014, that 'El Ferrari' was arrested on Saturday 17 when driving on a public bus at the toll booth , while attempting to go unnoticed and blend in with other passengers.

When federal forces detained him for the second time, his suitcase contained  an AK-47, a loader,  rounds of ammunition, and drugs.

'El Ferrari” was travelling to Nuevo Laredo , there was evidence that members of the Gulf Cartel tried to assassinate him, which was the reason he was trying to travel incognito.

but then since you are the grammar police, you may want to make sure your 12 word sentence doesn't consist of two fragmented sentences and a misspelled word.
