More leaflets appeared in cities in Michoacan saying variations of the same thing as the banners mentioned in earlier ones, but Historias del Narco interpreted the mantas being from a group an actual group calling itself guerrilla who detected a full-fledged government plot to flood the area with criminals , more than just pointing to bad political strategies and taking advantage of impressionable people by deceiving them. No other paper had previously had that take.
In Apatzingán a short narcofolleto read: "Friends, the Knights Templar are distributing this letter to Apatzingán, to make the people believe that they are good and the Community Police and the Government are bad, the good thing is that no one believes them and their lies."
A group calling itself guerrilla left twenty blankets in at least six municipalities in the state of Michoacan, which alleges a plot by the state government, in collaboration with the federal forces, to "import" criminals to that entity.
The messages appeared between Sunday afternoon and Monday morning in the cities of Lázaro Cárdenas, Apatzingán, Morelia, Zamora and La Piedad Jiquilpan:
"This is a federal government plot , marine, military, paramilitary want to put criminals in Michoacán state and get us," reads one of the blankets placed in the municipality of La Piedad.
"Michoacán is no longer for more experiments like those conducted Felipe Calderon Hinojosa," says another of the texts.
The leaflets delivered in Uruapan and Apatzingán are assumed to also be 'guerrilla': "We want to make clear that we are in guerrilla Michoacán thanks to poor government strategies, under the strategy of divide and conquer, same as what they used in Colombia with General Naranjo and is a government policy. "
In these writings-that explicitly assign the blame toself-defense groups of the entity for the deaths in the Tierra Caliente region "for their ill-founded actions", in addition , they say, the Navy, the Army and the Federal Police support "members of a cartel (Jalisco), which only caused deaths and kidnappings in Michoacan."
Some of the other municipalities where these banners appeared were in Zamora, Jacona, Jiquilpan, La Piedad y Coeneo, Huetamo, the Region of Ciénega and San Lucas. According to reports by the police authorities said the text on the mantas read:
"The Communities wanted to go down in history... and they already did, whether they will pass, but as the pioneers, originators of the stories and the deaths in La Tierra Caliente region due to their poorly informed actions and use of a flag that only served them by licensing them to deceive innocent, unwary, people who had nothing to do with the fight of cartels. Just like they have managed to have happen throughout history, the government acting as a killer, a traitor, turning into an accomplice and assisting the delinquents of the cartels, causing kidnappings and deaths in Michoacan in order to forge the most rash strategies that no one has thought up until now."
"What must the government be thinking? The people are stupid? Who will believe this alibi? The good thing is that the people are informed and know that this tactic was used by the government of Colombia with General Naranjo and that it is a political strategy of the government used to "divide and conquer." Under this dynamic the government is responsible for all the deaths. Now we ask the narcos, kidnappers and murderers of Jalisco dressed up as GOVERNMENT PROTECTOR, how they feel taking refuge under the skirts of women and children from this region, deceiving them and putting into their heads for their good, ENOUGH ALREADY! How many more deaths are needed for the government and their popular representatives to become aware and grab the bull by the horns?"
"WE WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR that Michoacán is in guerrilla thanks to the bad tactics only, and without the murders and division of families, that is not important to them, Michoacan is no longer for more experiments thanks to their poor strategies such as was conducted by FELIPE CALDERON. No more deaths and no more violence. The Michoacanos are working people who want to live in peace and live in state a state of law.
