El Coss is Presented

Borderland Beat

The Mexican Navy Secretariat (Semar) presented to the media Jorge Eduardo Costilla Sanchez "El Coss", alleged leader of the Gulf Cartel.

At a news conference, Jose Luis Vergara, a spokesman for Semar reported that Mexico had offered a reward of more than 30 million pesos for anyone who gave information for the whereabouts of El Coss.

Authorities said that the leader of the Gulf Cartel was considered by the Mexican federal government and U.S authorities as the most important captured capo in recent times and was arrested along with other accomplices. Among the other men captured some were identified as Miguel "N" El Guero, Jaime "N" El Corona and Ernesto "N."

Some of the other men that were displayed were wearing military uniforms and it is suggested that the men might be part of El Coss protection detail.

"Jorge Eduardo Costilla Sanchez 'El Coss', was arrested around 6 pm in the Lomas de Rosales, in Tampico, Tamaulipas, that included about 30 armed forces of the Mexican marines," said the spokesman of the federal agency.

Jose Luis Vergara said that Costilla Sanchez and 10 others were apprehended and also managed to seize their weapons which will be turned over to the Office of Special Investigations on Organized Crime (SIEDO).

Video and more information will be posted as it becomes available

  11. It's clear the pressure is on the cartels! There are only so many places you can hide and the fact that nobody trusts nobody in the business means your days at the top are numbered! No amount of money can keep you safe! These top capos may have incredible amounts of money but what kind of life can you lead, when your constantly moving around and looking over your shoulder! There will be others to follow for sure! El Coss will be heading to the US in the future to join his former boss in a US FED MAX PRISON!

  26. As we have seen in the past since 2006. Nothing good comes out of taking out majar capos admist a war. This will cause a rift in the gulf region, wether CDG wants to admit it or not. It has happened to all the other cartels and I see it no differently now. I hope I am wrong, but some tough times are ahead for Mex.

  27. It's been confirm by CDS chapo snitch him out recently because he didn't like the fact CDG had me a truce with Z3 & Z50. They say he was afraid of La Compañia CDG would stap his back so he acted for his own safety. I just also heard El Mayo wasn't to happy with the decision chapo made. It made him feel so insecure now he thinks el chapo might snitch him out. This is the word in Sinaloa

    ReplyDelete

    1. Bro what the hell are you talking about? Chapo and Mayo go back decades, they don't even know El Coss well enough to care. They have their deal with Los Metros who have had a rocky relationship with El Coss. Los Metros will take over the Cartel an business as usual.

At least until the dea renegs on whatever deals they have made with you and bust your ass! Lol (I'm thinking particularly about chapo with that comment)

I had heard that R1 was kicked out of CDG after the death of M3, but I doubt that they would just give him a pink slip and tell him he's fired. Another thing I heard was that R1 went to Caballeros Templarios. Does anybody have any info in this? Oh, man with Coss out of the picture the fighting for top boss, is gonna be out of control.

    2. People!!! "el chapo" is not in the game anymore he is so sick most days he cannot leave his compound. He does not make decisions anymore he is a burden on the company and will soon be apprehended or put down. The government knows this and is using it to there advantage to put out false reports that chapo is making truce and alliances before they kill or apprehend. In turbot causes people who respect him to hate him and for his own people to second guess him (and I mean people involved with cds that don't actually know chapo personally as he is still honored as a boss) and it will make the tough job of demolishing the cds alot easier. They did it to Pablo but this I KNOW FOR FACT. This is not an estimate I actually live in culiacan a few months of the year and my brother not of blood uncle is very heavy involved. Go ahead and say what you must but screenshot this so you can read it once you see it come to pass.

    1. because sinaloa bosses do things that other cartel bosses dont...they help the poor people in the areas where they frequently move around in. el chapo doesnt go to an area he hasnt gone to. therefore the people wont snitch. by the way they dont make money off of inocent people charging them money. golfs, temps, zetas and juarez all did.

    3. Its really simple, the mexican government highly favors the Sinaloa Cartel. They would prefer them and only them to control all the drug tradein mexico instead of all these different cartels always going at it. Sinaloa has deep roots in the mexican goverment that go "way back when". Maybe chapo is a snitch but who really knows, that doesnt change the fact though that the government has it out for all other cartels except for Sinaloa.

  53. And why would Chapo know all of these guys locations? Just because you align your business interest with CDS doesn't mean you disclose your whereabouts. Aligning yourself could be just splitting routes, buying loads off each other etc. etc If it was true the COSS aligned himself with CHAPO of which I doubt why would he have told Chapo and his crew where he was at? These guys are super secretive about their locations and I am sure he didn't just spill his whereabouts to anyone outside of his inner circle, that being CDG affiliates. The conspiracies will always exist but let's give the Mexican law credit where credit is due. They likely busted el GORDOS balls and the guy in Colombia and few others to get to the BOSS. Just cause a jefe guys down it doesnt automatically mean CDS snitched. If COSS really was the main man behind CDS, this is a huge hit. If he was caught then some of the other NARCOS days are numbered as well. Shift change is in and look for new faces.

Seems like a victory but the capture will create a split like what happen to la familia michoacana when chayo got killed. After that los caballeros templarios were created and more violence was the result of that split. All in all the arrest is good news for los zetas. Which for the majority of people it will be bad news that los zetas will move into the territory controlled by the now basically dismantled golf cartel.

  65. I told you people and you said I was a fake and a cheer leader. I'm a man of my word I have no need to impress. El chapos is very sick he can no longer move around like he use to. The military is waking up and the police being in common barracks is making corruption very hard as its nearly impossible to get to an official alone. The filth that has ruled for so long that has raped our children and mothers, exploited and murdered our sons and fathers is coming to a drastic reduction. We are not naive the drugs will never leave but we refuse to let them rule our country. We are not a cartel we truly want to help our people. We will soon show you exactly how much we love our country and what honor we live by. We are mobilizing to move in and eliminate the filth. We honestly do not enjoy the killings. It is a law of the order to pray for the soul of those you have to eliminate. We daily ask El Rey De Reyes for his forgiveness as we know even though these men behave as animals they are gods children and that is honestly hard for us. All we pray for is peace in our country. I wish you people could understand how painful it is to do this dirty job. When your enemies are your own brothers of the motherland. To see the families in such pain as you have taken loved ones from them but then knowing it was necessary as they have done the same so many times before, please Americans put these blogs on your facebooks twitters whatever you can do to show the world the truth and force our government to take immediate drastic action. Now is the time. Everyone is weak right now low funds from the war and increased seizures low man power from high levels of arrests and killings, and now the leaderships of EVERY cartel are very weak. It is time please do your part help us by spreading the word help bring peace to our beautiful land and long live the order of the Caballeros Templarios, long live our honorable brothers not only of the order but the nation, and death to the enemies of the nation.

To everyone thinking chapo snitched your wrong he didnt kno where coss and his men where rule #1 a top capo will never tell a top capo of his where abouts its a mutual understanding they have their ways of communicating or getting the messege across would you tell someone where your at in such a high position thats why lazcano never got caught Trevino never knew where he was but knew who were loyal to lazcano and what plazas they controlled like mamito last of the founders of the zetas that was snitched to get caught by yours truly Trevino another example Mayo would not tell chapo where hes At or vice versa think about it. Mayo and chapo been together long time why mutual understandings. For all we kno it was dea and their informants or someone within coss inner circle think about it .

I have heard it,is it some type of cancer? How sick is he really?Dying sick it would seem, but who knows for sure?If he is sick,i doubt he would want to spend his last days in prison, but who knows.
