A Los Zetas plaza leader and two other operatives were killed in a gunfight with a unit of the Mexican 6th Military Zone in Cerralvo municipality, Nuevo Leon Wednesday morning, according to Mexican press accounts.
The leader, identified only by his alias El Pato or The Duck, was aboard a Toyota SUV on a rural road near Presa Nogalitos when the gunfight took place, at around 1015 hrs.
Following the gunfight, soldiers seized one AR-15 rifle, one AK-47 rifle and a 9mm pistol.
Cerralvo is 100 kilometers northeast of Monterrey city and is on Mexico Federal Highway 54 which runs from Monterrey to Ciudad Mier in Tamaulipas. Los Zetas gangs have in the past used areas along roads approaching Tamaulipas' border cities as staging areas, logistical bases and rest camps for their shooters in Tamaulipas.

i may be wrong but besides being traitors to Mexican Armed Forces the zeta don't deal with the Colombians like rest of the Cartels and are developing all their own shit throughout CA/SA which is going to create more rich monsters. so i believe that the powers that be in this world want to "nip it in the bud" and focus on zeta and give others a chance to adopt some morals and purge their ranks of the psychos and maybe even change a face or two like Chapos

this road is the Miguel Aleman highway that runs all the way from there to the east end of Colon in Monterrey..a regular bad guy superhighway

Errr,i thought you join a cartel because there is absolutely no other way to make money?
You know,maybe if there was legitimate jobs to be had and a decent wage to take care of family and children maybe we may not have so many joining cartels?I would fuckin join one if there was no other way to make money,but then again that also takes balls,which a lot of you people wouldn't know about.

Its all a plot to make chapo look like the good guy, chapo makes the zetas look bad by doing massacres and blaming it on them. since chapo is somehow related to Calderon its easier to send the army with more public support and attack zetas for chapo and weaken them. Chapo never fights head on, he doesnt have balls but he gets good help, well when pan is out if pri goes in he can buy some of the govt yet anothe part will be helping zetas too

I was not talking about anything before the point of choose. All about that thinking that one cartel would be better to society than other. Mexico got to get rid of them totally.
IMO it needs change in whole country in very many aspects.
About balls, you'll find your own balls in your mouth with cartels especially when you're starting it from 0.
