Los Zetas operating in Zacatecas

From the archives:

This week the community of Concha del Oro lived a day of terror, a feeling felt throughout the streets and businesses in the small town. It was all deserted, the schools were closed, all the businesses were closed, everyone hid inside the safety of their homes, Los Zetas had arrived. The reinforcement by the government was brought in and the battle grounds in the streets of Zacaetas were drawn.

  1. What pisses me off the most about this is that none of the citizens are standing up and saying, THIS IS ENOUGH. GIVE ME A DAMN GUN AND LET ME HELP YOU! Where are the tanks? Where are the air support? You people need to start blowing things up and making yourselves known for taking control of your home

    1. How would u feel about the government blowing your house up? Your saying its ok for the government to unleash the military on citizens of its own country? this isnt iraq or afghanistan, this isnt cuba or north korea. If the government would use weaponry like that it would cause a civil war, think before u talk jackass.

  3. most of the citizens are afraid that they will get killed by the cartels. but yea they should stand up against these cartels instead of doing nothing they should fix their own government by taking out the corrupt politicians and those narcos scum. and set up a new government in which they can make a big difference for their country.

  5. The united states of america is one of the most corrupt nations I the world,if not the most. The polititions are bought by the highest bidder, sounds like Mexicos just following suit.money is the root of all evil.

  6. In Valparaiso Zacatecas there is a cream colored marquis truck with heavily armed guys that are always at the entrance of town. They turn on what seems to be a siren from inside the cab and they order people to stop on the side of the road. They belong to the Zetas and operate during the daytime. The military needs to step in. They control this city. This is a major route between Zacatecas and Jalisco.

  8. It's a bit much to expect the citizens to fight the Zetas without any help. Most guerrilla groups and resistance movements are funded and armed with outside support. Calderon should be arming the citizenry so that they can fight themselves - unfortunately there is a long history in Mexico of fearing an armed citizenry. They might use the weapons on their oppressors!

  9. January 29, 2012 9:27 AM I been stopped twice by zetas in valparaiso, once it was a blue honda type SUV and a big diesel truck stopping random people at the entrance of valparaiso coming from huejuquilla, they also had those fake flashing lights, and siren. second time it was only two people with aks driving a black hummer. fuken president is corrupt, he saids we dont need the military presence cuz were safe, hes full of shit.

You american pussies wont go to take a dumb without guns. That's being brave? You're scared shitless from borning.

Yet we aren't living in fear or occupied by some mexican drug cartels. If that were to ever happen you better believe alot of the "pussy" gun owners would rise up to the occasion. Whats that saying? "better to die on my feet, than live on my knees"

  14. the reason civilians dnt do shit in mex is because gun laws are some of the strictest in the world, theres less than 6000 legally registered guns in all of mex lol sorry i couldnt post the link to the article i read it from... anyways i would like to tell about my situation.. my gf is born in here in the u.s but she was taken back to live in mexico for most of her life until she turned 17 and thats when i met her... as i started to get to know her sum things didnt add up hint. hint.....she would hav 500 bucks in cash and always dressed very nicely, but held no job.. so i asked her wat the fuk is up.. and she finnaly confesed that her daddy low and behold is a scumbag narco(wouldnt tell me his name)... at first i didnt bellieve a her until she showed me a video of her 18th bday celebrating with a very popular band called "la sonora dinamita"... she also recieved a 2010 jeep commander.. which made me suspicious becuz most people arent off that good in mexico and especially in ranches or towns in zacatecas.. she would tell me that she left bcuz all she looked for is to have a normal life.. she would tell me that he would cut kilos of coke and crystal at the table while they were eating and that any vehicle that she liked she could have but obviously she didnt want to take part in something that most likely hav been stolen from a hard working person so she decided to come to the u.s.a.... she says that he controls the capitol, zacatecas city, zacatecas and the town of miguel auza, zacatecas he is suspected of many hijackings, murders, and extortions of immigrants or fellow "paisas"returning to vactation or visit there home town.......this really bothers me becuz my own people are getting harrased and killed and i cant stand by and let it continue.. i mean tatz your grandma, grampa, cousins, aunt, tio, moms, dads, brother, or sister... i want to do my part in taking out some of the many scumbags in this world... but i dont know where to start... any advice or help is welcome

  19. Someone told me that the reason the murder rate is up in Chicago and not in other US cities, is that Chicago is now being fought over for control by the cartels. If this is true it means that US drug users are financing cartels to fight against and kill US law enforcement personnel in order to protect their drug supply.

  21. MY ONLY COMMENT IS THAT UNLESS YOU HAVE LIVED THE EXPERIENCE OF GETING PULLED OVER BY THESE PEOPLE & GETTING QUESTIONED YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO JUDGE. THE PEOPLE FROM EL VALLE ARE LIVING IN FEAR OF THEIR LIVES EVERYDAY & NONE OF THEIR FAMILY CAN COME VISIT FOR THE SAME REASON -FEAR OF GETTING KIDNAPPED!!! THE SAD PART IS THAT IS'S THE SAME PEOPLE FROM THE SURROUNDING LITTLE TOWNS TERRORIZING THE COMMUNITY. I JUST FEEL SAD THAT MY KIDS WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO ENJOY THAT EXPERIENCE THAT EL VALLE GAVE TO SO MANY OF US FROM THE USA. THE ROAD TRIP, ARRIVING FOR LOS TOROS ON 12-8-12, LAS FERIAS DE EL DIA 12, ENJOYING WALKING THRU THE STREETS WITH THE TAMBORAZO BEHIND YOU WITHOUT ANY FEAR. MAY GOD BLESS EVERYONE IN VALPARAISO & MAYBE SOME DAY WE WILL BE ABLE TO GO BACK LIKE OLD DAYS!!!

  22. I really feel bad what has happened to el Valle, Valparaiso now is losing the paraiso paradise part of it due to these cartels. This is an affluent small town and that is why they like it there. we used to go down the street during the feria and sharing the tequila bottle with all who passed, cruising with the cousins around town and picking up chicks. that is all long gone>>>damn.
