Supposibly he is a leader of Los Chachos, armed wing of Sinaloa Cartel. He is the rival of La Barbie. His base is Santiago Papasquiaro DGO. Supposibly responsible for the recent beheadings in Durango. Saw it on TV azteca news

Barbie lives in Cuernavaca, he is fighting Hector Leyva, Beltran Leyva's last brother for control of the cartel, as far as the zetas controlling the gulf cartel to my knowledge they are enemies at this point, and the Gulf Cartel is hunting them in Tamualipas with la familia. So no the Barbie is not trying to get NL, he is trying to control the cartel that has territory from Guerrero almost to Mexico City and controls Ixtapa and Cuernavaca and Acapulco among others

to anonymous 12-2 all you do is google the name as you mentioned and select "Captura Procuraduria estatal a un presunto homicida..." there is a photo of gerardo. Francisco is on lock in nayarit detained at federal penitentiary. The "Goli" was helping the Z's by representing the captured members of the gulf cartel as their counsel. The Goli's brother gerardo made it into the U.S. and lives in South Carolina in north augusta area with new wife. Youtube is a good source for information on los zetas and the gulf cartel and some of its structure which is worldwide.It is easy to enter the U.S. if you know the right people as mexico has become too dangerous, you cannot trust anyone anymore that is why we leave.The united states welcome mexicans particularly in the southern states as they are major hubs for "Dirty".

antonio was right about MEXICO being a beautiful country. I ustd to live in EL Paso and go across constantly. I made a lot of very nice friend with a lot of the business people there but now I don't dare go back to Juarez because of the cartels. I miss the people and friends that I made and I fear for their safety. Yes, both sides are to blame for this. The pay in Mexico is low and the drug use in the US is high so there is good reason for drug dealing but does it have to be so deadly?
It is deadly for the soul purpose of the No fear approach of we mean buisiness. Since it is money they desire to make they must not let the other's interfere. They seem a bit sloppy though because i remeber tracking for the NSA and it was the same story.
Cartel big wigs stick out well in Central California. You see them at restaurants with their finely appointed women. They are so obvious because the women look foreign, almost European, too dolled up. The caballeros need to tone down their dress a bit. Lose the pimp style hats and put on some nice jeans.
