I shouldn’t have to tell you which faction of the Cartel de Sinaloa (CDS) this is. Those options can be seen in the video and it’s up to you to decide who they actually are.
Regardless of which group you narrow it down to, what needs to be remembered is where you first saw it. For anyone wondering, this is the great state of Sinaloa.
Does this chubby man represent the CDS as a whole or is he just another quirky individual within the organization?
