The massacre occurred at a home on calle Magnolia in the Bella Vista neighborhood.
Fuerza Civil, Guardia Nacional, Ejército Mexicano and Municipal Police responded to the scene, but the attackers, three armed men in a vehicle, had already left the scene. Authorities have not released a motive for the attack, but Milenio reported that the location may have been a drug sale point or safe house.
The Cartel del Noreste "Chuckys" faction is the dominant criminal actor in Ciénega de Flores.

Now your caught in the middle. If you jump sides cartel A will smoke you and if you say no to cartel B then cartel A will smoke you. Your screwed either way. Worst of all they know your location because most local dealers sell from their house. Nuff Said!!!
