The United States Department of Justice indicted the Governor of Sinaloa, Rubén Rocha Moya , as well as nine other Mexican officials, on drug and weapons-related crimes linked to the Sinaloa Cartel .
Among those accused are current and former high-ranking officials from both the government and law enforcement agencies of the state of Sinaloa, who are accused of associating with the Sinaloa Cartel to distribute large quantities of drugs to the United States.
It was the US ambassador to Mexico, Ronald Johnson , who announced that the charges were filed this Wednesday by the Federal Prosecutor's Office for the Southern District of New York, stating that "it is what our citizens on both sides of the border want and, as I have pointed out repeatedly, it is what they deserve ."
Officials are accused of participating in the violence and reprisals, including the murder of cartel enemies.
The governor of Sinaloa has also been linked to the handover of Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada.
The indictment against the officials includes their probable involvement in a corrupt and violent drug trafficking conspiracy with the cartel to import fentanyl , heroin, cocaine, and methamphetamine from Mexico into the United States.
Furthermore, they are accused of protecting the Los Chapitos faction of the Sinaloa Cartel, currently in dispute against Los Mayos after the kidnapping and turning over to US authorities of Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada in July 2024, to prevent them from being investigated, arrested or prosecuted.

The United States also accuses them of providing confidential information from Mexican law enforcement and the Army to members of the criminal organization, as well as to their allies.
“They ordered members of state and local law enforcement agencies, such as the Sinaloa State Police, the Sinaloa State Attorney General’s Office Investigation Police, and the Culiacán Municipal Police, to protect drug shipments stored in Mexico and in transit to the United States,” the indictment details.
These officials also allegedly allowed cartel members to commit acts of violence with impunity. In exchange for their likely cooperation, they allegedly received thousands of dollars.

About Time. Now lets see protects the few remaining slices.
ReplyDeleteThe problem with Mexico….is that it’s full of Mexicans!
DeleteAs long as that country is populated with Mexicans, they’re a lost cause.
They’re ALL corrupt or easily corruptible.
Full of Mexicans indeed. That bell curve really comes out with the lacking impulse control.
DeleteIf it quotes a line from Movie and acts like it just said some profound truth, IT'S A 100% AMERICAN'T..!!! (Psst, we ALL saw the same movie)
DeleteThe mexican problem is that the US billionaires never have enough billions, now elon musk demands to be paid one trillion dollars by tesla stockholders before the stocks finish crashing, the promise is the US will help them with food stamps and deductibles...
DeleteAnon 4:55pm the real problem we have is the neighbor up north who take drugs and use drugs like cups of coffee. Is full of drug addicts. We also have the bunch of corrupt weapon dealers who sell guns illegally like cookies. And the ineptitude of USA government who cannot even stop all the illegal activities on their own country.
DeleteHere in this article you have the Mexican president defending Rocha against the charges. Why is she defending him? Because she too is complicit. Nuff Said!!!
Deletehttps://www.reuters.com/world/americas/mexico-president-says-us-extradition-requests-against-sinaloa-governor-others-2026-04-30/
Finally, wonder what Sheinbaum will do !!!!
ReplyDeleteShe’ll pray her name isn’t mentioned.
DeleteEVERY Mexican politician is corrupt AND incompetent.
That failed country is populated by some of the most treacherous, deceitful, immoral, violent, unethical, unintelligent people on earth.
Every…..last….one….of….them.
Looks like a case of response to what Claudia did. Her temper tantrum over the two CIA agents that died coming back from the super lab raids in Chihuahua has played her parties hand. By not coordinating with national leaders, so they could block any raids or at least give the cartels a better heads up, the US embarrassed her and caused questions concerning her leadership and ability to keep the gravy train flowing
Delete622 that's actually not a bad theory...
Delete6:02 what are you planning ro do to cleanse Mexico off mexicans, bitch, nukes or TACOS? Then who will move the american's drugs up north?
DeleteAnon 6:22pm the CIA is a spy agency who likes to disrupt foreign governments. That’s why she complained about it. Mexico has for many decades worked with DEA and FBI without problems.
DeleteAbsolutely nobody is surprised
ReplyDeleteI am not surprised, you don't use periods.
DeleteA true narcostate.
DeleteMaten a esos narco politicos son puras lacras.
ReplyDeleteIf you killed every narco in Mexico, you’ll depopulate that repugnant country by 75%.
DeleteIf you killed everyone with an iq 70 or below you'd have an empty ghost country.
Delete6:04 if you kill every illegal drug addict in the USA you will end up with only 5% of the population left
Delete8:36 US narco culiticos will be crying for tortillas and avocados, the Us will see the end of their empire without mexico, thanks to a low IQ big mouthed pamper soiler and his LOWER IQ ignorant followers.
DeleteTodos me conocen por culito toys!!!
ReplyDeletethats kool fool
DeleteOf course sheinbaum and sol prendido are going to defend these p.o.s kidnapping murderers.....Mexico is the worst country on earth
ReplyDeleteSybau
DeleteYou don’t get tired of being a keyboard warrior? Do something productive with your life little bro
DeleteMost Mexicans defend other Mexicans no matter their crime.
DeleteOnly Mexicans are allowed to hold other Mexicans accountable for their actions, so very few are actually called to account since they’re all cut from the same depraved putrid cloth.

ReplyDelete3:07 tromp will deport you from Mexico to guatermala.
DeleteThis is great news. It was a long time happening but better late than never. We need to go after these money hungry scumbags too. The reason why cartel members get so powerful and do whatever they want is because of these dirty politicians protecting them and looking the other way. I now want to see charges for all of the dirty politicians in Jalisco protecting CJNG. I want to see if Ruben Rocha Moya is going to get a prison cell next to his old buddy and friend Mayo in the U.S. I would love to hear what they say to each other. Nuff Said!!!
ReplyDeleteYou're an idiot, this is political. Its a response to mexicos call for no intervention after the recent events
DeleteMaybe political, but Rocha Moya is guilty AF. That stunt with Chapitos went terrible, he should've never gave Mayo up
Delete8:51 kongratlations, one rational comment after the deluge of partisan bullshit.
DeleteRonnie Johnson may be an ambassador but he looks more and more like an apocalypto riding on the death horse, and i saiid that before he presented his ass credentials.
Mexico does not have any guilt of the CIA agents got drunk and could not manage the chihuahuas' highways, and the israili and tejas' Centinela Tower failed to warn them of the dangerous curves ahead.
This must be one of those trvth nvkes i keep hearing about.

Deleteyou know what bitch?
Shut your yoyo before i kick it up your ass.

Nothing new, but charges are definitely good. Seems like MZ plan is working.
ReplyDeleteMy underwear is new.
DeleteNo governor of Sinaloa has clean hands. The cartel dictates who gets elected governor in Sinaloa.
ReplyDelete518 You are right but other governors did not allow groups such as Menores to take advantage of the civilians like under Rocha.
DeleteYeah, it's a narcostate shithole.
DeleteQue cagadero le dejo AMLO a la honorable Presidenta Sheimbaum..

This is Nini talking because it’s filed in Southern District Manhattan and specifies the October 2023 killing of a confidential source, that Nini directed that southern district included in their superseding indictment.
ReplyDeleteIf it was Mayo talking it would come from Eastern District of NYC, or maybe they collated but this is specific to the Ivan faction
They just kicked his legs out between Mencho, Jardiniero and now this

I don't think it's a good idea to start arresting these honest people because their is not going to be anybody to control the crimals and be able to lay down the law and order cause everyone going crazy for a quarter.
ReplyDeletethis is the answer of Ron Johnson about the betray allegations against Maru Campos, just think about it, it’s the way of getting her out of eye of the hurricane, her and the CIA. Ron Johnson is an expert making shit like that. I mean, I don’t think Rocha Moya is innocent, but it’s like a fork found in a kitchen situation. He was just waiting for dropping this allegation.
ReplyDeleteIts not his allegations, he is only the messanger. God knows why you are so possessed of him.
DeleteHypocrites the Americans…call others criminals meanwhile year after year they bomb and kill innocent civilians, they welcome the fraud president of Syria who just a couple years ago had a reward for his head for being a terrorist leader, they welcome bibi the war criminal who is also on trial right now for corruption charges…and continue to give weapons and money to fund a genocide to the white jewsish supremacy country of isrhell, while they bombed a school full of little girls and no one is held accountable, cowards the Americans, America is the worlds terrorists
ReplyDeleteWhy do the mods let so many hateful comments go un checked? Like, like I understand there are a lot of kids and small penis men on here that hate mexico or Mexicans and make comments like the ones above but I mean if that's the case, why be on a site that follows things in mexico? Notice it's one sided and any comments against overweight pdf Americans do not get posted. Also, quite posting that idiot that complains about the other chump that doesn't use punctuation. It's not funny, it's not original, and he isn't going to get karma for his useless comments. Make BB great again.
ReplyDeleteFederation is assembling don't you see it. Everyone is falling in line. Chapitos, Salazares, Guano and CJNG Jardinero people are out of the picture. Either they will flip or will get extermiated. Mayito, Golfo, CDN, CJNG under 03 and Michicoan will remain. Juarez, Tijuana, CSRL and Caborca will align with one of the 4 if they have not yet. Government will take out anyone that doesn't fall in line.
ReplyDeleteI am curious why it took this long to go after politicians at this level when Uncle Sam knew for decades this type of corruption was happening in Sinaloa and other states.
ReplyDeleteWOW the USA is breaking the
ReplyDeleteSINALOA CARTEL DOWN!! They are snitching on each other all.of the Chapitos including Ivan. That enforcer Nini s telling too..smdh the US is not playing it's so unfortunate the Cartel members who are extradited will most likely get life and never see their motherland Mexico again!!
The fools that keep killing need to take heed!
Mexico launches an investigation because of the CIA agents that died and in response the U.S deploys a smoke screen by releasing new indictments. lol
ReplyDeleteNot saying he’s innocent, there’s no way he survived Sinaloa without cartel interaction but who tf takes the US justice dept serious? They’re literally going after their own political opponents for shit like writing in the sand or checking the wrong box on a home loan. Fuck outta here if you trust their intentions. This smells political and if not bring all the evidence. Mexico is its own country, they don’t take orders from the US.
