“Sol Prendido” for Borderland Beat

Another miner has been identified in the clandestine graves discovered in El Verde, in the municipality of Concordia, Sinaloa.

He is 39-year-old Saúl Alberto Ochoa, an industrial engineer originally from Chihuahua.

The state attorney general’s office confirmed that they’re already working on the transfer of the remains.

With Saúl, there are now eight workers from the Vizsla Silver company who have been identified in these graves.

The identities of two of the ten miners who were taken by a criminal group have yet to be confirmed.

    2. What he’s saying is that this should deter foreigners from working the mines. Not that they were Mexicans.

    1. 8:20 foreign investors are expert tax cheats, most of all,
they believe what is theirs IS THEIRS, and the plantation workers should be happy with their 5 to 10 dollars A DAY,
6 days a week, overtime available, that for mining, farmeros make half that but have 7 days a week, 10 to 12 hour shifts.
