I am not a professional security analyst but kind of. i have went through and analysed thousands or tens of thousands of this kind of footage of various theaters of violence from the 80's to the present. there were videos that circulated here and there and eventually became evidence of crime against humanity. i was in a position to witness how people could locate in space and time war crimes.
