I think the Mexican navy did a great thing in confiscating the C₁₇H₂₁NO₄ and they can stock up their personal supplies and sell the rest to Los Nazario Moreno, Mencho, Heriberto Lazcano or Arturo Beltran.

The boat was identified 230 miles off of the Mexican coast. It was not taken out by a boat strike. Mex navy was alerted. Boat dumped drugs and left the area. Mexicans recovered the bundles from the water.
