DeleteI wonder if there's still much of a castle left in Mazatlan for the civilian locals. I guess the strategic importance in taking the city is really about access to Canadian mules. Even years after the Beltran-Leyva Organization was said to be largely defunct, DEA still reported Mazatlan and Culiacan plazas owned by the BLO, most of Sinaloa for that matter.
