Sicario: What advice would you like to give out to the citizens of Celaya and its surroundings? 

Captive: Every honest person out there should love and value themselves Act accordingly and don’t commit the same mistakes that I did. Otherwise, this will be the consequences that you’ll have to pay. This isn’t a game. 

Sicario: This will be what happens to you sons of bitches that are out there stealing, drawing law enforcement attention to this area, or mugging women and students. For all the citizens of Celaya and its surroundings. We’re here to support the townspeople instead of fucking them over. Any person that’s out there thieving or extorting anyone will pay in this manner.
