This Tuesday, the Attorney General's Office (FGR) and the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC) and the US Department of Justice reported that they transferred 26 people to the United States. Video has been published showing several of them being loaded onto a military plane under heavy guard.
Through an informational card, they announced that the 26 people, without revealing their names, had extradition orders and were wanted for their ties to criminal organizations for drug trafficking, among other crimes, and represented a permanent risk to public safety.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 13, the Security Cabinet will hold a press conference at 11:00 a.m. in the SSPC auditorium to provide details on the extradited individuals.
While no official announcement regarding the names of those extradited has taken place yet, several media sources are independently confirming names of those sent to the US. Journalist Oscar Balmen has mentioned confirmation of three names of the 26.
Omar Garcia Harfuch says the transfer was done under the National Security act, the same legal framework used in the 29 kingpins sent to the US in February, bypassing the formal extradition process.
Omar Garcia Harfuch says the transfer was done under the National Security act, the same legal framework used in the 29 kingpins sent to the US in February, bypassing the formal extradition process.
However, Harfuch mentioned there was an agreement that the US would not seek the death penalty in any of these cases.
US Ambassador to Mexico Ronald Johnson noted in a news release that among those transferred today were key operatives of the Jalisco New Generation (CJNG) and Sinaloa Cartels.
Notable Transfers
- Juan Carlos Felix Gastelum "Chavo Félix," hitman and son-in-law of "El Mayo" Zambada.
- Pablo Edwin Huerta, "El Flaquito," leader of the CAF/Arellano Félix Cartel, formerly the Tijuana Cartel.
- Abigael González Valencia, leader of Los Cuinis, the financial arm of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel and brother-in-law of "El Mencho."
- Leobardo Garcia Corrales, a longtime Sinaloa Cartel member whose brother was killed at the beginning of the MF/Chapitos war in Sinaloa. Related to numerous political figures in Elota.

- Jesus Guzman Castro "El Chuy" an operator for Los Mayos faction of the Sinaloa Cartel.
- David Fernando Vásquez Bejarano “El Acelerado” a Los Rusos operator close to "El Mayo."
- Mauro Alberto Núñez Ojeda "El Jando," a pilot for Ivan Archivaldo Guzman.
- Servando Gómez Martinez, "La Tuta" former leader of the Knights Templar.
- Roberto Omar Lopez, "Shrek."
- Francisco Chavez, likely from Cartel del Noreste.
- Jose Baldomero Fernandez Beltran "El Mero" an operator for Los Pelones.
- Juan Carlos Sanchez Gaytan a member of Los Zetas.
- Daniel Perez Rojas, a Los Zetas member initially arrested in Guatemala.
- Abdul Karim Conteh of Sierra Leone is accused of running a large human smuggling organization bringing migrants from around the world to Mexico and the US.
- Roberto Salazar, "El Gordo" is accused in the 2008 killing of a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy. He was an Avenues gang member at the time of the killing, two other gang members were involved and they believed they were targeting a rival gang member.
- Anton Petrov Kulkin is a former Bulgarian military doctor who was arrested in 2018 for running a fentanyl lab in Mexico.
This is the result of the 1st batch of prisoners that were sent to the states, all snitching trying to cut a deal. No loyalty.
ReplyDeleteBut I thought Ovidio would never take a deal because he has "Sinaloa balls" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
DeleteOnly Sinaloa balls are the ones you hang off. Seems like all you do is think about Sinaloa.
DeleteJoaquin Guzman personally supervised the extradition, with the losers arriving at the airport hogtied in the back of pickup trucks!
DeleteWrong. This is the result of Mexico trying to appease the USA. Out of this men el cuini is the biggest fish. He still ram his shit from inside he still was moving tons. He is the next most powerful man in the jalisco cartel after mencho. The jaliscos will hurt the most.

DeleteDespite the criticism from the strong stance American has taken. This is a win for Mexican citizens. We all know these high level people will not be able to run the organization as it did freely.
DeleteIt’s the backlash that these Mexican politicians are getting from their paid clients to not have these extraditions granted. America is tired of the BS attitude and lack of cooperation American officials have received in the past decades.

DeleteAnd they also don’t seem to understand that if the US or any other country invades another the first thing they need is local allies.

No seremos de sangre, mas lealtad yo he demostrado
Siguen firmes los Ántrax, y yo soy el que está al mando
El señor del sombrero y el jefe Flaco me dio el mando
Qué orgulloso me siento de lo que a mí me ha pasado
Y a don Mayo Zambada siempre vamos a extrañarlo"

DeleteThen why did he pardon all the jan 6 domestic terrorist, the silk road drug peddler, and dropp all charges against MS13 leaders???
Don't forget rappers. He loves pardoning rappers.
Delete947
DeleteWell he dropped charges against MS13 leaders so they would be free to be deported to CECOT prison in El Salvador.
The silk road guy was freed as thanks to the Libertarian Party for their political support in the 2024 elections.
The Jan 6 rioters lucked out, some of them were serving 20 year sentences!
Nuff Said???

DeleteThe MS13 were not sent to CECOT, they're free.
Silk road guy was freed, the reasons for it don't change anything.
Jan 6 were pardoned, again, the reasons for it don't change anything.

ReplyDeleteIt’s crazy how as soon as Trump got elected Mexico started extraditing people they have been trying to get for years. And then they follow it up with another big run. Maybe Mexico president is getting nervous about all this talk of military operations in Mexico by US government against cartels. Cause I’ve never seen Mexico so inclined to extradite its drug traffickers. I mean if you run the numbers. More traffickers have been extradited in Trumps first year as president then in the last 10 years. Crazy how pressure works isn’t it. 🤨🤨🤨🤨
ReplyDeleteOr is it the other way around, as soon as Sheinbaum got elected she pressured Trump to do his job 🤔
DeleteEither way it’s a win. I’ll take it
DeleteMexico has finally gotten a president that doesn’t cater and play favorites with the cartels. Who would have thought all Mexico needed to get drug trafficking under state control again would be a woman. Man you gotta love the irony in a female dealing with all these machos and winning.
ReplyDeleteThe prison gangs are going to take out La Puta for the crimes he committed against children
ReplyDeleteThe only possibility for Trump to be president a 3rd time is to openly declare war on another country and invoke article 5. This would have to be done right before general elections.
ReplyDelete7:50
DeleteI regret to inform you, this is his last term, no 3 terms.

DeleteI said here months ago that the tough talking Sheinbaum would be bending over for Trump. I hope she’s flexible.
ReplyDelete421, Mexico has been exporting high profile drug criminals since AMLO took office... This occurred during Trumps 1st term, through Bidens administration and has continued on during Trumps 2nd shot at the presidency. This is not a result of Trumps threats, it's a result of the "cuarta transformacion" Abrazos no Balazos was a catch phrase taken out of context by AMLOs adversaries. "Abrazos no Balazos" was directed to the Mexican youth in regards to all of the social programs that were created to discourage teens from choosing a life of crime over a future trade... but whatever man, you keep believing what the mainstream media tells you. They cater their news to the gullible and impressionable like yourself.
Delete8:30 So far she's doing an admirable job handling herself. I wouldn't doubt there's been hints of joining BRICS if the US gets too ballsy. She does need to offer incentives to the federal forces as a certain Mayor from Michoacán. The increase in security will help bring more foreign investment to the country and reduce corruption.

ReplyDeleteRicardo Fuentes Pérez Sánchez or Juan Carlos Sánchez Gaytán, known as El Mostachón, a member of the Los Zetas criminal organization linked to several crimes, including the massacre of 26 people in Guadalajara, was captured by the Army.
ReplyDeleteIn a statement, the institution reported that on March 18, soldiers arrested three men in Charcas, San Luis Potosí. However, after conducting various forensic investigations, one of them was identified as El Mostachón.
According to the investigation, on November 24, 2011, he participated with Elpidio Mojarro Ramírez, known as El Pilo, leader of La Resistencia, in the execution of the 26 people found at the Milenio Arches in Guadalajara.
Authorities also established that he belonged to the criminal cell that murdered Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent Jaime Zapata.
The Ministry of National Defense (Sedena) reported that in 2009, Pérez Sánchez was arrested in Oaxaca with three accomplices and held in the Ixcotel prison. He attempted to escape on March 8 of that year, and was subsequently transferred to the Federal Social Readaptation Center (Cefereso) 2 in Puente Grande.
On November 4, 2011, in collusion with Luis Jesús Sarabia Ramón, Pepito Sarabia, implicated in the Casino Royale fire in Monterrey, assaulted the bodyguard of the mayor of León, Guanajuato.
After his arrest on March 18, El Mostachón was held in Federal Prison 2 in Tepic, Nayarit.
In the state's worst massacre, 26 bodies shot with bullets were found in three abandoned vans near the Arcos del Milenio roundabout, one of the busiest traffic zones in the metropolitan area.
A banner was also found that refers to the cartel fight, stating that they are not targeting civilians and accusing the governments of Jalisco and Sinaloa of protecting rival groups.
Regardless of deal or no deal, I believe that this is a split decision for both US ans MX, they both delivered what they said they would do, but no one truly wins… the cartels already have leadership in place to replace these guys, big time or not. The worst part now is that then biggest headache of the cartels are falling, leaving the juniors in charge, and they’ll make mess with the locals. Same cycle, just different wheels
ReplyDeleteShould include pictures/mugshots with each name. Easy to forget who is who. But thanks for all the work you do
ReplyDeleteThey own 300 safe houses in Phoenix, L.A., Salt Lake, Williston, N.D., Chicago, Ill., Las Vegas, Vancouver B.C., Alberta province, Canada. They have their own cartel and do not need the cartels in Mexico to do business. This is big.
ReplyDeleteVancouver... Squamish... As they shed the old skin (just as the Cali cartel emerged with US intervention to replace the Medellin cartel) the same old hands are directing traffic here. The US functions on betrayal
DeleteHope you all realize that DEA and FBI regularly monitor this site. With that shark device and the NEA they can monitor everythng you do and say. It getting harder and harder for us drug dealers to make a living.
ReplyDeleteAmong those rounded up in the early morning to appease Trump's threats was Leobardo Corrales from Potrerillo, Sinaloa. Leo was arrested in Mexico City on April 6th but subsequently successfully defended against the official extradition application for lack of evidence since the offences he was accused of were singularly his deceased brother Martin's business. We gave Martin the nickname; "T-Rex' not for being Mr. Nice. Leo was in the process of liquidating some real estate to pay up his 'hotel' bill before being released. We anticipated that would be done by the end of August. Seems some one higher up decided he was a better trophy to add to the mix to keep the US from Sending troops into Mexico under the pretext of preemptive strikes against terrorists. This act will not appease Trump and Mexico will see US troops on the ground before the year is up. The bully rages. Today Trump and Putin meet in Alaska to decide on war or peace. Putin is not bluffing and will call Donald on his bullshit....???
