The US Attorney's Office asked Judge Brian Cogan not to consider the death penalty for Ismael Zambada, alias El Mayo, leader of the Sinaloa Cartel.
“The government respectfully submits this letter to inform the Court and the defense that the US Attorney General has agreed not to seek the death penalty against Ismael ‘El Mayo’ Zambada,” says the letter addressed to the judge and dated today.
According to the court document, prosecutor Joseph Nocella Jr. informed the judge in the case and the authorities that the death penalty will not be sought against Ismael Zambada García, former leader of the Sinaloa Cartel.
They didn’t choose shit. Mexico would’ve torn up any extradition treaty with the US if they went after the death penalty for the Sombrero Don
ReplyDeleteHe wasn’t extradited dipshit
DeleteThen the US would simply bomb the shit out of them. They are terrorist now.
DeleteHas anyone notice these Sinaloa dudes beat the system every time it's insane
DeleteMayo's case has nothing to do with extradition. He wasn't extradited. He was kidnapped.
DeleteDetroit for President 2028
DeleteNo ICE No Trumpster
Detroit 28, ditto...
DeleteNo more trump, gotcha...
But without ICE, who's gonna guard the U.S. borders and keep all the tortilla-brained farmers, Tonayán drinkers, PVC pipe cleaner huffing maniacos, pregnant panchitas, and vile rapists from surging north and bringing down my standard of living and generally cramping my style?
I was born in the USA, I lucked out, sorry for the rest of you, but if god wanted you to be an American, he would have made you a güero.
Oxxo is hiring turnos dia y noche, hechele ganas..
Buena suerte a los TODOS! 😿😀✌️

DeleteWhy didn't they drop bombs when Mexico forced the US to release Cienfuegos?
9:04 i guess sntching is considered beating the system now a days, actually that's what the system want you to do, snitch
Delete@8.04. The commenter at 10.38 never said he was extradited, I think they were saying the US never had any intention of seeking the death penalty, and co-operation with future extraditions would be massively compromised if they had. Dude might be puckering up and kissing Mayos wobbly cheeks but he's not wrong.
DeleteMoney talks yet again . If you think the US isn’t corrupt , you’re an idiot .
ReplyDeleteThey only took the death penalty off so Mexico would not bitch and cry extradition rules my guy read about it.
Delete7:17
DeleteZambada wasn't extradited.
I don't know why but I feel bad for Mayo. I hate all cartels but this dude kept the violence down as much as possible when he ran things. He avoided a war with Chapos stupid kids when he was active. Everyone respected this guy including politicians and the people. He was OG to the bone. Nuff Said!!!
ReplyDeleteInstructions clear: don't ever go to a meeting with the Chapo ninos.
DeleteWhile he did somewhat try to keep violence down in sinaloa, him and chapo are two of the main reason for all the violence in mexico today by trying hostile takeovers of border and other important plazas. His attempted and failed assassination of mencho is also a major factor in the violence in chiapas, colima, zac, etc.
DeleteSame thing with chapo kept them together what happened after chapo extradition? Same old song
Delete"Never underestimate thee other guys greed!"
DeleteMF is very violent, Chapitos are a cancer and Chapo Isidro... Well, its Chapo Isidro.
DeleteSure, let's all feel bad for the mass murderer that would kill you just as soon as look at you. Silly lil rabbit, I can see you didn't forget to take your naive pill today.

DeleteNewbie detected.
4:00 Man it is Mayo Zambada not Michael Myers what the heck are you talking about take your pills as well mijo
DeleteYou don't know why you feel sorry for him? I can guess- you bought into the myth of the loyal old school trafficker. You have no idea how many defenceless people have been tortured and murdered by him. If you took his very best month (as his defence lawyer) you'd still be looking at dozens of defenceless people tortured and murdered, dozens of young migrants sold into sexual slavery to keep the local protection rackets humming. Then it would get to Nuevo Laredo, Juarez, and the numbers get into the tens of thousands, when I guess the noble oldster was gazing at the sunset in the mountains and mourning mans inhumanity to man/deciding on castration or decapitation for those two emaciated cattle thieves.
Delete("I never understood why I felt sorry for Ted Bundy. He was no angel, but can 100 thousand women who wrote to him in prison be wrong? Nuff Said !!!")

ReplyDeleteNo death penalty was going to ever happen to begin with. Mexico signed a treaty many years ago, no death penalty. Just propaganda.
ReplyDeleteBeing from a Tree of government informants like Vicente El Niño Zambada will give El Mayo the upper hand when facing trial, they’ll take it easy on him.
ReplyDeleteBut I thought they, along with Ovidio, would never take any deals because they have "Sinaloa balls" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
DeleteSigue ganando batallas el viejon
