The National Palace is the residence of the President and is located in Mexico City's main square, the Plaza de la Constitución. This was the location for a press conference today by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador AMLO and Undersecretary of Security Ricardo Mejía Berdeja.
"A release ordered by a judge of Ramón N, alias El Moncho and/or R1, as it was said here, a great Saturday. Freedom is reported practically at dawn on Saturday."
Likewise, he clarified that the judge released Ramón "N," who belongs to the criminal group Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG) and was accused of organized crime
and crimes against health.
"The judge, one of the criminal proceedings of the state of Jalisco, requested the immediate release of this subject, who was first a lieutenant of the Palencia family and later of the Jalisco Nueva Generación cartel," Ricardo Méjia.
According to the undersecretary, the first judge of the District of Federal Criminal Procedures of Jalisco issued the acquittal. Then, she urged the Second District Judge of the State of Sonora to comply with the sentence.
The undersecretary exhibited at AMLO's morning conference that the released man has 5 criminal records and several injunctions for crimes of kidnapping and organized crime.
Ramón "N" was released by 4 judges, says Ricardo Méjia.
In the same sense, Ricardo Mejía exhibited that 4 more judges had already released Ramón "N," a member of the CJNG, for different criminal cases.
These are the "helpful" judges:
Ramón "N" would be responsible for coordinating the blockades in the Metropolitan Area of Jalisco and Colima on August 25, 2020, as well as implementing actions against other criminal groups at the request of "El Mencho."
Mica's Analysis
From the morning conference of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), Ricardo Mejía Berdeja exhibited a judge for releasing a detainee for organized crime.
According to the Undersecretary of Security, the judge released Ramón "N," alias "El Moncho" or "R1", an alleged member of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG) detained for crimes against health and organized crime and was in the Federal Center for Social Reintegration (Cefereso) 11 in Sonora.
The 2nd in command of CJNG, according to Mexican officials. Ramón "N," alias "El Moncho" or "R1".
From the Zero Impunity section in the morning conference on November 24, Ricardo Mejía exhibited that a criminal has been released thanks to a Jalisco judge's acquittal.
Although he did not say his name, he clarified that he was the first judge of the Federal Criminal Proceedings District of Jalisco, the head of this court in the state.

Mica's Analysis
It seems likes CDS owns the President, and CJNG owns the judges. How does "R1", the alleged #2 of CJNG, fit into the scene?
Is "R1" the second in command?
No, but he is a high-ranking member.
Why are you saying "R1" is the second in command of CJNG?
I am just repeating the news from the Mexican government.
Thanks for reading & Happy Thanksgiving!

No digan tonteras.
DeleteCORRUPT??? I JUST SEE A GOOD HEARTED INDIVIDUAL. GOOD BLESS THE JUDGE AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS MR.MENCHO

DeleteYes, yes and yes yes, Mencho was alive in 2019.
He died February of this year of 2022.
Just like Hugo Chavez, he thought he would rule Venezuela forever.
Family members of Mencho are running the cartel now.
Hey Seragalin, how did the leaks prove Mencho was still alive? It showed a new photo, but the photo wasn't dated, or did I miss something?

ReplyDeleteOrganized crime acquittals must be reviewed in Mexico City before final release.Shield the local judge from death in a way? Also remove the corrupt judge from final judgement?
ReplyDeleteTotally agree. Why don’t they show pictures of the judges. They don’t even mention their names. All that secrecy has to stop. And they have to stop covering the ones arrested faces. And not saying their names. All that is bullsh¡t. How are you not going to inform the public on who got arrested. Covering their faces makes it harder to see if the individual is truly who they say it is. Only the culprits benefit from that.
Delete12:49
DeleteYou got valid points.
Criminals in Mexico have more rights, than citizens.
Then there are times, when victims are in an article, and there full names and faces are shown.
12:22 very true. Corrupt politicians have been pushing legislation through that benefits only those outside the law. With AMLO at the helm, that hasn’t been the case, he’s even put an end to some, but there’s still some that should be addressed. Like covering a politician from being prosecuted while still in office. What kind of nonsense is that?!!!!! He doesn’t even loose his post or nothing!!!! Who would come up with a bill like that and who would vote for it??? Only those who’s interest it would serve. Corrupt politicians outside the law. And it went through!!! What did that tell you of those that voted on it??? That’s how bad it is over there. But things are changing
Delete5:58 Great comment here.
Delete5:58 Blame JUCOPO...
DeleteThe Junta de Coordinación Politica headed by el ricki monrial has been kissing the opposition ass to earn their votes for his presidential run with help of all the mapaches in the jungle.
@5.58. Good analysis dude. I'm not a huge AMLO fan but so many people who criticize him don't understand how limited in power their own president is, let alone Mexicos. They are figureheads, not Emperors. People concentrate on the fractured, uncontrollable clusterfuck he inherited, and assume he is corrupt. It's lazy, and misses the real problem- the power of the political cliques beneath him who have been running and ruining Mexico for decades.
DeleteI WONDER HOW THIS WILL PLAY OUT, COUPLE YEARS AGO, MANTAS WERE LEFT SOMEWHERE JALISCO ACCUSING THE ALVAREZ AYALA BROTHERS(R1 Y R2) OF TURNING JALISCO INTO A HELL HOLE, THE MANTAS WERE SIGNED BY EL CARTEL DE SINALOA, ALSO ALLEGEDLY MENCHO HAD TURNED BOTH BROTHER IN?? BUT WHO KNOWS.

DeleteJesus is not "El moncho"- Ramon el R1 is, chuyito is the younger brother I believe. It's 3 of them @MICA
ReplyDeleteThank you for the correction
DeleteR1 is not the #2 of CJNG? I'm surprised you guys haven't caught on to how the Mexican government portrays this organization alone, everyone captured is a plaza boss, leuitenant, sicario boss? Some type of major blow? Couple months ago erick el 85 was #2?? Common, it's not rocket science.
ReplyDeleteZacatecas is a prime example, when was the last time CDS sicarios were captured there? And they're obviously the majority now since they've basically cornered CJNG.
There's still no clear dominant group in Zacatecas 11:34 your cousin culiacan doesn't count
Delete7:35 Los monriales son más muchos que los cuinis, y no estan fuera de la ley.
DeleteEl 85 wasn’t the #2 man in CJNG. There wasn’t even no narcobloqueos or nothing when he got arrested. To me that spoke loud about his position or importance in CJNG. Besides, who really knows who the number two man is? I know this much, who ever it is, if they were to get arrested, there would be a bunch of drama happening in the streets because of it.
DeleteStfu some media stated he was right below mencho @#2
DeleteOther say it was el 53, some el 3, others el alacran others menchito who's knows @6:06
6:06 teal spit
DeleteIf i remember correctly this R1 guy was above RR, R1 was in charge of fighting El cholo nueva plaza, after his arrest cholo killed the next in line some dude called el carton, after carton RR came into the cene and its now a top guy, the thing is before R1 arrest CJNG didnt have as much plazas so to be honest they freed this guy to put him in charge of another plaza cause CJNG has a lot of fight going on, so a top guy like him wont have trouble fitting in, CJNG are no joke
DeleteI heard rumors he's now working for the D.E.A. lol
ReplyDeleteI heard rumors that SIR, maybe running for President of Mexico.
Delete1:22 you wanna be my first lady???
DeleteWe won't make it to the presidential palace, but there are motels...
SIR: pls remember to ask the lady if she likes boots.
DeleteThe First Lady has no say about the boots, and if you think about it for a second, boots full of cow dung smell better than socks that (jieden a patas), foul feet smelling socks...

DeleteMexico is a shithole dont fucking deny it. Worse country in the americas
Delete1:41 Thats a cheap and lazy conclusion boy, like you... no te vayas a quedar sin neuronas de tanto pensar...
DeleteHow do we know they were paid off? Because some politician said that? A fucking politician !
ReplyDeleteIs the judge at fault if the witnesses dont show up and evidence get lost?
12:02 I hereby regret to inform you, due to unforeseen events transpiring in Mexico, that it is true the crooked judges got paid off, they want to live the lavish lifestyle.
DeletePlease don't ask too much questions, if so refer them to the Mexican President.
You're right. They go to the judges as a last resort when the chain beneath can't be corrupted, which is rare, and everybody blames the judge for doing the only thing he/she can.
DeleteFive different cases that happened! In every single one of his cases???!!!!! Come on!!! Take him to trial, if he’s innocent he’ll walk. Over there if you walk it’s more than likely due to corruption than being innocent. Anyways, do you really buy it?!!! That there was nothing in all five cases??? It’s on you if you believe that. If you do, I got some news for you…Santa is coming early this year cause he has somethings to take care of the week of the 24th and 25th, so you should start staying up for him starting tonight if you want your presents.
Delete@6.14. You misunderstood what 12.02 was saying. They weren't doubting the corruption, just saying that it might be lower down the ladder in cases like these. There is a chain of evidence, and multiple layers of corruption- if only one is broken the judge has no choice, even though they have been briefed directly that the evidence came from a commander suspected of 3 murders and multiple kidnappings. Cartels work from the weakest link upward. Judges are bought for a fortune.

ReplyDeleteHow is that possible if he is dead?
Delete12:18 Menchos ghost has more power than all of cds convined, now imagine if he was alive? Cds wouldnt last a month, CJNG would of kicked their ass as fast as they did back in 2011 when they kicked them out if Jalisco in a matter of months
Delete12:53 when Mencho was alive, he couldn't kick CDS butt, just Narco Mantas posted but no action.
Delete2:33 he kicked the shit out of them from jalisco, dont act like Cds didnt have precense in Jalisco, now they only have two little town north of jalisco, thats it
DeleteThat had nothing to do with CJNG and everything to do with Nacho Coronel
Delete6:19 sure bud, i love how when confronted with Facts Cds nutt hangers come up with a bunch of excuses 🤣🤣
Delete12:18 PM Mencho OD'd on the blue meth in 2022, too powerful and clean, his body was used to the CJNG bath salt meth.
Delete7:39 didnt chapo used the blue pill? To use it with his cell mates?
Delete8:54 El Chapo runs the supermax prison like his personal fiefdom. He has drugs, hookers, fast cars, mansions and luxurious parties all inside the prison. He's having such a good time he doesn't want to get out.
Delete8:50 i know you are been sarcastic but the guards in mexico smuggled Viagra for him while he was in prison, lla no se le parava al pobre vato, maybe cause of his heavy use of coke
DeleteWhat's the point of a press conference nobody listens what else is new the bad guy pays the judge and gets released it's as old as mexico it's common practice la.mordida .
ReplyDeleteThe point is that they’re exposing it and laying down the pattern to show the public that these individuals or these laws have to go. Like that when they spring into action by changing or putting laws into place or they get rid of somebody, the public will automatically know the reason behind it. But it’s also a warning system to the culprits “If you don’t get right and continue on your same path, don’t complain when consequences catch up to you. This is your opportunity to do what’s right and what you should be doing “ The president of Mexico sees it this way, okay, you were doing that because everyone was doing it and there was no blow back and there was money to be had. It seemed normal. Those times have passed. You have the opportunity to do things right and what’s best for Mexico. Get on the straight path and the past will stay in the past. But if your present is exactly as your past, then your past is your present. Just remember that you had the opportunity to change that. There were to many participants before to realistically go after them, so he prefers to give them a second chance. If they don’t get right and their names pop up in more recent events, then we’re going to try and go after you for new, old and in between.
Delete12:43 Everything is bribes and smiles, until they hand you a picture of your wife or daughter... thats cheaper than bribes. You know shit about Mexico kid.
DeleteThe mordida.divided by four judges good Christmas gift they probably deposited in a US bank or buy a condo in Santa Monica or south Padre island so what's the point of arresting them and then releasing them that's why there's low moral among the troops and they desert to work for the malos and mexico needs a president to clean house because Mexico is another Columbia and nobody wants to live next to a Narco state especially them doing business buying barrels of fentanyl from the Chinese
ReplyDeleteIt's best to kill the criminals on the spot Mijo. In Brazil cops are allowed to kill criminals on the spot.
Delete2:31 Criminals robbing stores, walking people or so, armed with a gun with a friend riding a motorcicly. Too different from a group of sicarios.
DeleteNah bro colombias government is not a pussy government like mexico sorry
Delete1:39 Pussy?, not really kid, not really.
Delete@2.31. Either you never been to Brazil, or you never saw the people trying to find the missing street children that were wiped out by Brazilian death squads. Its emotive language, but it's basically true. Social cleansing of the poor is always the result of being able to kill ''criminals'' on the spot.
