Culiacan: Rural Community Force created in Sinaloa, they fear Ruso-Nini conflict will spread to Tepuche

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat El Sol de Sinaloa  TY "AL"

“Decades ago this rural force was found, but it had become extinct, so to speak, because it was a town of peace, it was a peaceful town, right now as we are seeing violence and insecurity here in Culiacán, it resurfaced again, the town joined to create the Rural Community Forces again ”.The origin of this violence, as reported by police and neighbors, is due to the confrontation of two groups of the Sinaloa Cartel, one of which is led by "El Ruso", and another headed by "El Nini".

According to the residents, in the last two weeks there have been violence in neighboring towns, such as Tepuche and Paredones.

Fearing that the “war” that two groups of the Sinaloa Cartel maintain in the north of the city will reach their towns, residents of some Tepuche communities have built trenches and barricades, and have reactivated what they call the Rural Community Force to “prevent” possible attacks.
Inhabitants of Aguacaliente de los Monzón, one of the communities that fear being affected by the violence that has flared up in Culiacán, asked the authorities to install a permanent military base in the town to protect and prevent against possible attacks.

Gloria Lizeth and Andrea, who led a group of inhabitants who demonstrated in that town, reported that the reactivation of the Rural Community Force seeks to protect the town from possible aggressions and is made up of people who claim they do not carry weapons, nor do they claim to take one or the other side.
They assured that this community force existed many years ago in Tepuche communities and now they are re-emerging, but that they do not seek to take up arms against anyone, only as citizens are taking protective measures in case the violent events reach this site.

"We do not want to rise up against anyone, we are only protecting what is ours. We do not belong to any armed group. We are not against anyone or in favor of anyone. We do not want to enter armed groups of any kind, therefore we are asking for a military base.”

They explained that these protection measures have already been taken by a dozen towns of the Tepuche syndicate, because they see that their communities are at risk of the violence that has occurred in Culiacán, mainly in the northern part of the city, such as Ruben Jaramillo in the colonies and Loma de Rodriguera, and in towns like Paredones and Mojolo.
Since the year began, violence has increased in Culiacán, mainly in northern colonies such as Loma de Rodriguera, Las Cucas, Rubén Jaramillo, Santa Fe, La Conquista area, among other places.

The origin of this violence, as reported by police and neighbors, is due to the confrontation of two groups of the Sinaloa Cartel, one of which is led by "El Ruso", and another headed by "El Nini".

The first of them is supposedly linked to the drug trafficker Ismael El Mayo Zambada; and the second to the sons of Joaquín El Chapo Guzmán.

That confrontation has led in recent weeks, shootings, fighting, persecutions, executions and kidnappings perpetrated by gunmen commands of both sides, without the police authorities of the state and municipality can stop.

The latest came just the morning of Friday, March 6, when armed groups were persecuted and fought Loma de Rodriguera. Subsequently, elements of the Mexican Navy detected from the air one of the groups fleeing towards the Tepuche and Imala syndicate. During an operation, the police and military forces secured trucks and weapons.

Hence the fear of the residents of these communities about the incursion of drug trafficking groups.

Hours later, the Ministry of Public Security and elements of the Army, Navy and National Guard carried out an operation in different towns of Tepuche and Mojolo, during which they reported as finding “no problem”.

    4. That's some BS. Michoacan is controlled by Carteles Unidos whose main adversary is CJNG, if anything .. FM/Viagras are the ones wreaking the most havoc on the rural communities & urban areas of michoacan and Guerrero.

    7. 11:51 blame your state government imposed by EPN,
PRIISTAS DISGUISED AS PRD, for the violence in Michuakan,
not the CJNG that helped liberate the state from CT and LFM.
EPN also helped clean out CT to help his goodfella miguel angel Gallegos godoy, "El Traficante Mas Poderoso de Tierra Caliente" who now owns the state.

  4. Chivis any update on the virus in China where your husband is? Here in Los Angeles stuff is closing.

    1. China has peaked with few new cases each day. however the stigma remains. That said. My husband is going to Taiwan in a few days. He has a home and office there and resident business visa. He will have to quarantine 14 days in HK and home quarantine 14 days in taiwan. he is moving there because the medical treatment is much better there.

China traffic is pretty much back to normal.. factories according to china gov is 90 % back. My husband says based on his interaction with factories it is more like 70. However china has AI state of the art massive production factories, that can operate without humans, in fact without lights. The issue is more of moving supply chains. I use DHL to send his "chivis care packages" and have no problem. UPS and FedX is another story. No Bueno....

we rescue dogs in china, and place them in good homes of associates, and yes keep some. our vet is working at a human hospital and it is getting difficult to find dog food. althogh we had a pretty good stockpile

    3. Yes Chivis hope things get better for China, seems markets are running low on supplies, like you said before, maybe relying on old fashion newspaper, can't believe that we depend on China for products.

    4. We should not rely heavily on other nations to provide out ingredients for medication, or for medical equipment. There should be limits.

A chinese official warns "we will throw the U.S. into the coronavirus sea" while speaking of their control of our medications.

No nation should have that power to utilize as a wapon against another nation

    5. PS I am thinking of pinning a coronavirus post so people can report about their region. and tips.

bad idea? good idea? a place to talk

    7. Great idea many people around me are still mostly not believing anything is really happening other than stores being empty of toilet paper. I have my dad living with me he's 77 years old recently broke his hip, so i rather be cautious for him but personally don't think is bad yet since I'm not hearing about anyone with it that I personally know.

    8. That's a good idea, a post would be great, this something that is going to linger for a while.

    10. Latest update I heard regarding CV is that, if it gets worse.. president T. wants to close down borders to Mexico. If he does that will affect daily commerce.
And will also make the cartels lose money, as no drug flow will be possible.

    11. well Dr K it really is my husband. and he keeps too many. jaja. my fave is spikey. he bought him from a pan handler for 20 dollars. he is the smartest dog ever. learns tricks in minutes. he is all white and looks like a maltese. I began writing a book about him for kids in mexico. my husband all time fave is CUJO his first.

Our office girls were terrified of the dogs at first. they were not used to dogs as pets. in a month they were walking him (CUJO) and making clothes for him.

Spikey was a street dog. he must have forged for food by tipping over trash cans. a habit he continues. the office trash cans have to be placed up...or else. my husband found the best vet in china for the dogs. but now during the virus the vets are mandated to work at human hospitals
