Nuevo Laredo: Violence continues as CDN enforcers causes panic while taking cover in Walmart

Again there were shootings and blockades in the city of Nuevo Laredo in the face of clashes between elements of the Ministry of National Defense, State Police and members of a criminal cartel operating in that city.

In one of the pursuits the criminals hid in a Walmart store causing panic between customers and employees. According to the report on this new violent day in Nuevo Laredo, in the balance are two suspects arrested, two vehicles insured and an injured police officer.

It was mentioned that clashes between security forces and criminals were recorded in the colonies La Concordia, El Nogal, Hip贸dromo, Tecnol贸gico Reforma, Encinos, Colinas del Sur, among others.


Because one of the confrontations was registered in the vicinity of the Regional Technological Institute of Nuevo Laredo, the safety protocol was implemented and parents picked up their children at the campus.

In social networks, photos and videos circulate in which it is seen that when armed civilians entered the Paseo Reforma shopping center, in Walmart, to hide and escape causing terror among the public and employees.

In the search two armed persons were discovered in the parking lot aboard a van for which they were subjected. On the other hand, on the road to Monterrey at the height of the Colinas del Sur colony, members of the ''Tropa del Infierno'' [`` Troop of Hell ']' created a blockade.

Another blockade on that same road was in the vicinity of the Los Encinos neighborhood.

Since last Thursday in the city of Nuevo Laredo there have been a series of violent events between elements of the Sedena, State Police and those who call themselves ''Tropa del Infierno'' who are armed arm of the Northeast cartel.

  9. So many clashes. Is this an indication that they have little pull with local/state politicians? I would think with sufficient bribes, these conflicts with military would lessen. Then again, if the cost of a funeral is too much...
