State Dept and FBI Offer Reward for Chapo Isidro and His Uncle

Armadillo for Borderland Beat from FBI

The FBI Washington Field Office announced a reward of $25,000 for information directly leading to the arrest of Salome Flores Apodaca, also known as Fino Flores Apodaca, Pelon Flores Apodaca, “Pelon” and “Fino.”

Apodaca has been charged in a federal indictment in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on narcotics and firearm violations, including conspiracy to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine, 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, one kilogram or more of heroin, and 1,000 kilograms or more of marijuana for importation into the United States.

Apodaca is a member of Meza-Flores Transnational Criminal Organization (TCO), a major drug trafficking organization based in Sinaloa, Mexico. He is the uncle of Fausto Isidro Meza-Flores, also known as “Chapo Isidro.”

Meza-Flores is the alleged leader of the Meza-Flores TCO and was previously a high-ranking leader of the Beltran-Leyva TCO.

The U.S. Department of State is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of Meza-Flores. Both Meza-Flores and Apodaca have been indicted for narcotics and firearm violations.

The Meza-Flores TCO is allegedly responsible for the possession, distribution, and importation of large quantities of heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana into the U.S. and is operational in most of Mexico, to include in the areas of Sinaloa, Chihuahua, Chiapas, Sonora, Baja California Sur and Norte, Nayarit, and Monterrey, as well as several countries in Central and South America.

The U.S. Department of State is offering a reward of up to $5 million for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of Meza-Flores. The FBI is offering an up to $25,000 reward for information leading directly to the arrest of Salome Flores Apodaca.

Anyone with information concerning either man should contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324), the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate, or submit a tip online at tips.fbi.gov. Tips can remain confidential

  1. Have to give it to Chapo Isidro for outsmarting his adversaries, going toe to toe with CDS, keeping a discretely low profile, keeping the remnants of BLO together and expanding his business operations throughout Nor MX. Now, Chapitos might need to ask him for a favor or simply make him an offer he can't refuse in order to get his assistance in ultimately eliminate their most lethal threat and common enemy CJNG. I tell you this dude could end being the next MZ due to similar modus of conducting business in the shadows. In the end, most BLO and CDS leaders are related my blood and blood is always thicker than water. Let by gones be by gones primos. Y no se raje mi Sinaloa.

Chapo Isidro and the Chapitos are good right now.
Maybe in a few months they break up again

    3. I 100 people agree and Isidro will be the next El Mayo. He remained loyal to BLO when the odds were against him. He is smart and fiercely loyal.

He knows who to lay low and when it’s the right time to fight. Once Mayo retires I think Isidro will be the most respected.

  4. He is in my opinion the most intelligent of all capos. He has been around for 20 years yet most people know next to nothing about him. and that is the way he wants it---low profile. His policy was tested in Monterrey when he and his family attempted living a normal life. a near capture resulted 🏃 and they fled back to sinaloa like a bull out of a gate.

Since then as before see-hear-speak much about the capo. He should never be underestimated

    3. I agree. He's only of the only major capos that has survived since the start of the Calderon administration, and he's been able to avoid attracting too much attention and has shown the ability to beat back rivals in his territory.

I wish more information was available about him and his organization, but that's the pain about following organized crime. There's never as much information as you want.

    4. I agree..and he's not very old. Arturo knew what he had in Fausto, and let him run the show. By far and away the most cunning of all of them.

  13. Isidro is the only smart one out of all the chinolas. Most likely cuz he was with the BLO organization. Flying under the radar for the longest, very similar to other Capos out side of Sinaloa that have been doing it for decades.

  14. that's nice...he's so smart and lays real low. i don't suppose he would do something for someone else? no no no, can't trust anyone. just help mexico stay the crime capital of the western world.

    1. Marinos basically took out his whole crew, Isidro had to jet out of Sinaloa, most probably went to NL. Very successful with the ambushes against contras, state police y militares. I certainly wouldn't call him the shrewdest or smartest capo, las jerarquías y niveles existen y el no es el Príncipe mucho menos el Rey. Un hombre comprobado en el negocio si lo es en mi opinión.

  17. Mencho chased this guy out of jalisco and soroundind states years back. there's stories here in BB of cjng and chapo isidro people getting in shootouts
Crazy how people from the south and north west of Mexico don't trust sinaloas anymore, they ALL broke ties with them and joined cjng or went independent.. Sinaloas only control sinaloa and Sonora PLAZA

    5. Sinaloas tried to run mencho out of colima but FAILED
There's a rumor that chapo set mencho up in colima and mencho's sicarios shoot it out with cholos sicarios and killed many and managed to escape.. That's the real reason mencho went against chapo right before he got BUSTED

You’re low level ignorant scum, who is probably from Tamaulipas, and listens to that “reggeaton garbage” yes I love my corridos but if you really knew your info, you’d know that chapo Isidro has never made one, nor does he have any Instagram or Facebook accounts. He’s about business and loyalty . And considering that u mention that “he’s like 50 years old” in my eyes that makes him all that much more smarter and better as a MAFIOSO.. so you GTFOH and go eat some crickets. ARRIBA MICHOACAN VALE.. no te aguites veijo. Mejor hechale MÁS GANAS.
