Were they betrayed? CJNG may have ambushed police in Aguililla to protect the wife of "El Mencho"

Michoacán authorities
informed the news broadcast “In the morning” with Ciro Gómez Leyva, that a
convoy of 42 state police officers was deployed aboard five trucks to protect
the transfer of a father and daughter, who was the victim of sexual abuse. They
would be transferred from the municipality of Aguililla to Apatzingán.
[Because of the
sizable deployment of police] the hit men would have anticipated an alleged
attack on the wife of the leader of the CJNG and ambushed the uniformed men,
leaving a balance of 13 dead.
Chivis Note: I question the validity of the story, although this is the story prompted by authorities.
First eyebrow rose when
reading state police numbering 42, traveling in a convoy of 4 trucks deployed
to transfer a rape victim and her father.
Honestly unless there are volumes more to the rape story, this simply
would not happen. Mexico in general,
places no priority to cases of sexual abuse, even that of children. Why a convoy?
It is illogical. Not to mention a
police convoy would definitely be misinterpreted by sicarios and look-outs.
I began thinking it
may have been a foiled attempt during the state attempting a significant catch
The state would not be
above crafting a tale to save face,
The news then broke about
this being a "mistake" by CJNG as they misconstrued the arrival of the state
police as an attempt to arrest Rosalinda.
Maybe, but doubtful.
A question I have is
about Rosalinda. After her 2018 arrest,
most of the charges were dropped including that of organized crime. Money laundering remained on the table, which
is an offense that can bonded until trial.
Which is what she did…. she bonded out.
She also has protection by a couple of amparos. I have not read anything about the slow
turning wheels of justice in the case. If
any of you have info, please let me know.
Also; There are a few reports that say the true number
of dead police is 27 and even list names.
I could not obtain supporting sourcing on that story, it is reporting on
a few blogs and Michoacán Facebook pages, which doesn’t necessarily mean it
should be discounted but as far as I can determine the official number remains
13.
What do you expect after they let her go. The goverment should have placed a tracking device on her so they could track her movements. She as guilty as mencho just like the wife of chapo. Freeze her accounts

DeleteThese guys were set up. Aguillia has one way in. It's almost a dead end in the middle of nowhere, literally. Somebody very important was in the area and they saw the convoy as a threat. It would be normal for a convoy to pass through any other town in michoacan but Aguillia is another story. Its home to menchos family and like I said it's a dead end town. Very easy for someone to get cornered there. Someone felt threatened and gave these poor fellas all the firepower they had while the patron escaped through the mountains.

PS it is a fact that state police of any narco state are tyrants and abuse citizens in every way, they are even worse than narcos because of their shroud of authority. Mexicans literally have no where to go for help without exposing themselves. I always say go to the feds it is best choice but often pgr sends them back to their jurisdiction....that happened in Iguala, the people went to pgr 3 times and were sent back to the very people abusing them
