      It sure has--I love the vibe, I was on Pine and was so impressed. Love the art, music, lofts especially the old buildings like banks now are these amazing lofts. It used to be only eastside, Belmont heights shore and naples, historical section on the bluffs etc were the prize, now it is shared with the majority of the city. LBC is rich in oil revenues so they can create amazing ocean and waterway development. BTW they are usually in first place for sea and rec development.

      Yes Chivis 1153 is correct, Downtown LB, has went through a lot of of upgrades. New library set to open in late September,my son Dylan can't wait for the library to open. New City Hall bldg. The 70s look is gone. We're you here when the pike was here? The lady of the house Wendy welcomes you, she will make Gallo Pinto.

      Sisi Desi mi fifi, it's been a while that the pike, was taken down. Gentrification is making, the rents go up, for example a studio apartment in 2008 ran $300 now it runs 1,050 a month. The 70s look is disappearing.
