According to local media reports from Michoacán, a man identified as "El 3" or "JPL" , is the commander of the criminal organization that leads the battle for Michoacán Square. While Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, alias "El Mencho", hides from the authorities of Mexico and the United States, an alleged son deals with a large part of the operations of the Jalisco Cartel Nueva Generación.

According to these reports, "El 3" directs the heads of the area to try to gain control of the area in which the cartel of" La Familia Michoacana "predominates. (The bloody scene left by the settling of scores between "El Marro" and "El Mencho")
"El 3" indicated as one of the main collaborators of El "Mencho", some media reports that the relationship they maintain is of a Godfather and Godson, but others mention that it could be an unrecognized son of Oseguera Cervantes.
The authorities only have identified as children of "El Mencho" Jessica Johanna and Rubén, nicknamed "El Menchito", who has been held since 2015 in a high security prison in the state of Oaxaca. Jessica was born in Michoacán and is in the cross hairs of authorities in Mexico and the United States as she owns a series of companies allegedly used to launder the profits of the cartel.
In 2015, the US Treasury Department placed restaurant Mizu Sushi Lounge and its Tequila brand Onze Black on the blacklist of businesses suspected of having a relationship with drug trafficking. El Menchito is a former drug trafficker, high-ranking leader of the Jalisco Cartel Nueva Generación (CJNG).
He is the son of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes (aka "El Mencho"), one of the most wanted men in Mexico. Under his father, he allegedly worked as second in command of the CJNG and directed the international drug trafficking operations.
According to these reports, the leader of the CJNG is "jumping from the bush" and has very little communication with people he trusts, one of them is "El 3".
This character is allegedly emerging as the successor of "El Mencho", as there is evidence that the recent acts of violence that have occurred in the region have been ordered directly by him.
We know so little about CJNG compared to the Sinaloa Cartel

CJNG has been around for more 2 decades under the radar with different names, and now they swooped and took over All of Mexico. Sinaloa is flamboyant and that why you know of them! DeleteThere is intel on the main ones from cjng they just dont know who is who, once they get names then they find the info because these arent guys that are new to drug trafficking, they been around for so long just under different organization. Theyre originally composed of members that already operated in Jalisco some worked for Nacho Coronel, but the majority come from Milenio, and these are organizations that already had the governments attention.

El Aguila who was nachos nephew and in charge of coronels men in cjng fell, CJNG went independent and those men loyal to los coronel didnt like menchos way of working and they formed La Corona but being already enemies of La Resistencia and now CJNG and CDS still supported CJNG to help fight off zetas, la corona fell. And dont say cds didnt support cjng because the mantas left in boca del rio veracruz ves signed by GN and CJNG

If he stayed in the same place in the CDS hierarchy, I’d assume he’d been in some sort of management position for Los Sinaloas in GDL and Zapopan. Also to your point about La Corona’s brief existence, don’t you think La Corona and Los Aliados and all the other CDS cells just coalesced into the Los Sinaloas tag/group that’s always used when talking about CDS in Jalisco?
