Nobody wants to have a topón with fleing criminals anywhere in Califas or the Bajas just because of manning a checkpoint, something mexican governments have never heard of.

    3. 741 sorry to inform you, Tijuana has been making it to the charts, of rampant killings, in which they seldom investigate. Nevertheless Tijuana is losing tourist dollars. In the USA they do investigate, and catch the killers.

Pretty sure lots of people support in a certain way CDS cause they didnt extortion or kidnapp nor kill innocent people etc n thats a fact...CDS haters will say they killed a lot of people which they did in deed but people that were in that kinda life, those were the real narcos,CDS helped lot of people n killed lot of it too..now days narcos r nothing but thiefs kidnappers child-killers thats what mencho is...

    4. 12:21 government officers took over the leadership of the drug trafficking gangs and added wholesale extortion with kidnappings for ransom to enhance their "earnings", leaving the Mexican narcos just enough for the Maruchan, not even that usually.

These killings kill the tourist business and leave tijuanos to sell their pesos of meth to themselves, which is No Bueno.
It happened before like in Cd. Juarez and Tamaulipas to the local Maruchaneros
