Serafín Zambada Ortíz released from prison

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat  Rio Doce thank you BB followers

Serafín Zambada Ortíz, son of drug trafficker Ismael Zambada García, the Mayo, was released yesterday after serving a five-and-a-half-year term accused of drug trafficking.

Since last March, after a federal court in San Diego, California, handed down a sentence of 66 months in prison, it was announced that he would be released in September 2018.

His own defense lawyer, Saji Vettiyil, hailed sentence as a triumph because, because the charges that weighed on "Sera", could have given him from 10 years in prison to life imprisonment.

However, Zambada Ortiz pleaded guilty to conspiring to traffic 100 kilograms of cocaine and a thousand kilograms of marijuana to the United States, where Serafin Zambada is a citizen.

When Serafin pleaded guilty, federal prosecutor Laura Duffy said that "this plea of guilty is a step forward in our ongoing efforts to dismantle the most powerful crime syndicate in Mexico. The Sinaloa Cartel is one of the most violent and prolific drug trafficking organizations in the world. We are not going to stop until the work is done. "

  1. Antrax Black Ops and Gente Nueva will escort Serafín Zambada Ortíz back to Culiacan Sinaloa. The Convoy will be made up of level 6 bullet proof Rolls Royce and Bentleys. with 50 cal attached to the roof . 2 CDS owned Blackhawks and 3 Mossad modified Predator drones will provide air support. El Sr Mayo selected a team which have been training with an ex Secret Service who provided security for American head of states .There was also additional security training with an agent who once provided security for the Pope in the Vatican and NATO dignataries . Another group of Antrax Special Air Service will provide firepower and logistics.
We have infiltrated 5 Gente Nueva Inteligence agents in Altiplano who will eliminate "El Menchito" if CJNG tries to attack .

Then again cds is a confirmed group of government informants. That's the reason serafina got 10 years.

One thing is clear and evident about this story ending; he will never know what it is to worry about looking for employment to eat because of daddy. Not like many who fall victims for far much less for controlled substances with more significant time. Creating a revolving door of judiciary flaws within our legal system.
Moreover, adding with the unfair discriminatory US employment practices which penalize those by hindering progress.

  63. High ranking CDS families are known to make their employees understand when they come work for them, along with being paid well is you’re a designated fall man and many people in mexico will accept these guidelines. To a person who has known poverty their whole life and generations before them, hundreds of thousands to millions is something most will take. Call it what you want yet if CDS is really snitching on people why are so many other criminal organizations still doing business with them..

  75. For those that are questioning whether it was fair for him to be released, not fair. He should not have done time in the first place. It was fabricated because of his last name. Those that are part of la farandula in Culiacan clearly know of this. Yes was around people, around big deals etc., but never played a roll on the organization. The US has too many resources, propaganda, to get the masses to believe anything.

  81. San Diego has softer sentencing because so many people get caught. Everyone’s saying he snitched with no proof. If you can pay for an excellent lawyer you’re gonna walk or have a light sentence. If your defense team can tear apart the prosecution then no prosecutor is gonna embarrass themself. This is fact. Everyone doing time for a light offense was probably represented by a rookie or public defender. If you’re in the dope game and can’t afford an excellent lawyer please quit and get a regular 9-5 job.

  82. I just can't wait till the overton window shifts and Americans start forming RWDS to take out (((sacklers))) and all other drug traffickers like this Serafin kid.

    Death penalty for traffickers when?

  83. ok...i finally looked at the gov documents. but first 4:59 that is not how it works. it is a point system. it begins with the sentence that is mandated for the crime, less those charges dismissed. that equals a number of points. lets say 100. then applicable point "credits" are deducted for various reasons in the defendants favor. for example, cooperation, pleading guilty, first time felony. etc etc. if there are negatives, repeat offender, leader of gang or cartel etc those points are added. the balance of points will determine what the BOP recommends for that number of points. [base offence level]

NOW......reviewing the documents these sentencing documents are found ALL dated just this past March:

    Docket Text Sentencing Memorandum
    93
    Filed & Entered: 03/21/2018

    Docket Text Sentencing Summary Chart
    94
    Filed & Entered: 03/21/2018

    Docket Text Sentence With PSR

    ALL three are sealed.
I am posting an op-ed about this with a transcript of the sentencing hearing...hang on
