  2. Mexico is failed state. Cancun will be another Acapulco, and soon. What I don't get, and nothing against Mexicans, is why don't they fight back? They sure like to flee t other countries without a fight.

My family fought the Nazis and Red Army in Poland during WW2. They didn't flee, they fought. They were attacked on all fronts, by merciless enemies. They made the Cartels look like saints.

So again I ask, why don't the Mexicans fight back, instead of flee?

    1. Can you say PACIFISTS? A good portion of the world is like that. And then there are those of us who wait in the shadows. We who are not as others. We who can easily put on those masks to confront evil. Just waiting to strike when the pacifists tire of all their good words. - Sol Prendido

    3. Get educated before assuming anything. First of all you have the cartels you go against, cartels with M16, ak47, M2 grenade launcher and and the list goes on. So let's assume you do fight them, anything over a .22 is illegal in Mexico to have. So right of the bat .22 against the slew of weapons they have is a no no. Second if you do arm your self to defend your self with weapons alike and happen to kill 2 or 3 of hundreds, when the cops get there you get arrested for having a military style weapon! Then off you go to jail which is ran by guess who?....... The cartels! So either way the Mexican citizens are fucked!

I don't want to make excuses or nothing like that but seriously unless your ass is in the mud, you won't ever know how dirty you can get. We have corrupted politicians and murderers that won't let Mexico thrive and grow.

    4. It's not that easy Charlie Brown, if we created an Autodefensas, it would be great, once a cartel infiltrates our force, they gang up, and tell us, join us or your dead. We need people like you to donate guns, and ammo. The enemy get good weapons, from money made of extortions, kidnapping.

    5. That comment isn’t entirely accurate. Many prominent Pols fled to Romania during WW2. Additionally, Poland was totally occupied by Germany in less than one month in September of 1939. While many resistance groups formed and fought the Germans during the war, they were heavily supported by the Allies. However most Pols allowed both Germany and the Soviet Union (thru their pact) to take control of their country- not unlike the cartels have done in Mexico. It’s not as simple as you suggest.

    6. 3:04pm: estás bien pendejo

Mexicans are fighting Narcos either though joining the military, vigilante / auto defensas or opposing carteles all over the country

Mexicans are the biggest fighters in the world and always stand their ground. Unlike the Polish who surrender easily

I’ve lived in Cancun and most of the violence happens way out of town. Crime and murder levels are not too dissimilar to your average city in the states

    11. You're family didn't fight, they simply survived. My guess is either by hiding or helping the nazis (Stockholm syndrome) but you make it seem like they were armed inglorious basterd style. They didn't fight bro they just didn't get killed. There's a HUGE differenec.

    13. Plata o plomo is where you either take the bribe, and allow us to do our thing undisturbed. Or have us wipe out your entire family. So in theory it’s easy to talk like a good guy and walk like a good guy. But in Mexico te la pelas (you are screwed) with that do good mentality. - Sol Prendido

What you said applies mostly to the Police, tho. The Army is a different kettle of fish, so let’s not generalize.

And remember that even the autodefensas were doing very good and the cartels need the government to disarm them because they were getting their asses kicked.

Cancun will soon be a ghost town. Then let's see who will buy the drugs with no tourist action. Smart guys keep up the good work and put yourself some more millions. Will let all the canucks know it's not safe. American spring break will not happen there.

  7. Exploring the freedom of the press, read the biography of Stalin: Paradoxes of Power 1878 - 1928, one gets to understand agitation, propaganda and control of the press. Leon Trotsky, later assassinated by Russian operatives in Mexico City, controls the press train, complete with printing press, etc. Control the people's minds and you control them. If not, bullet in the head, remove the dissent. The people that report, either through this portal, or others, do a justice if honest, of the shallow philosophy of the cartel actors. Coming to the rescue of the common man, in order to control the same. Fuck these manipulators of the truth.

  10. Tourists continue flocking to Cancun, especially high school and college aged students. They are attracted by the plentiful and inexpensive drugs that are available. They don’t believe that the ongoing violence will affect them or realize how their consumption of drugs contributes to Mexico’s violence levels.

  11. Trump should legalize drugs in the US.. that would decapitate the vast drug profits going to these drug cartels.. less money=less corruption. Very simple solution

Since the 80s, drug trafficking has supported the biggest US enterprising businessmen, THIS TIME AROUND, You would not be surprised they used to hang on all the world's biggest disco hangouts with their both male and female lovers and their pounds of foreign dusts to share with friend and foe customers, they also made billions and billions of dollars, some straight from the Russian government, but the fat Russian ladies ain't sung the last song just yet.
