The body of this person had several bullet holes and was in the passenger seat of the unit.
Meanwhile in Iguala a woman was found  murdered inside a truck and a Coca Cola worker was wounded by a bullet after he was robbed of his motorcycle.
At the same time, on the Zihuatanejo-Lázaro Cárdenas federal highway , a man was found shot to death , with his hands tied back and his eyes bandaged.

    3. 8:15. Hello newcomer. Let me explain to you. Chapo is actually who destabilized the majority of cartels and therefore states. When he escaped in 2001 he went after the carrillos, gulf cartel, beltranes. All these cartels used to get along untill chapo came along. With that came the fragmentation of all other cartels. So my friend, saying chapo kept the peace, you are way off.

    4. Chapo kept the peace thats why the gob let him out of prison the second time. the Zetas started the wars not Chapo. He would be free if it wasnt for the US Gob pressure Mex authority. They were trying to muscle in on his plazas that Sinaloa controlled for decades. 11:26 you are the new comer.Ive been on BB since the beggining and have done lots of research reading lots of books. 3. I hope your kidding. Just a couple months ago right on the Costera, 8 people were shot in Baby Lobster a normal bar. Last year people where killed in La Madonna next to Baby O again in the tourist area...Several tourist beaches have had killings pretty much on a biweekly to monthly basis. There's been shootings in front of the hotels. I still go to Acapulco, but if you think your daughter is immune to it because she's in the golden or even the diamond zone, then your one misguided person.

    4. @ 5:09 P.M.

Baby Lobster has not been a normal bar since the early 2000's. David the old owner wanted to keep it as a bar that played classic rock and pop music from the 80' S and 90's to attract more foreign tourist' S. His family that owns it wanted to go into a different direction and cater to more local clientele. Hence they started playing Narco Corridos, this in turn pulled in more unsavory characters; drug dealers, prostitution, ect... Probably it was a better financial decision, but in return the Condesssa is more if a shithole then it was before.

  18. I live in Chihuahua and get the news articles sent to my cell phone. It says these two men that were killed were going into the schools and cutting the hair off the young girls and selling it. It was being done with the threat of violence or even death. The teachers were too scared to do anything so they just had to watch, the article said. The hair sells for quite a bit of money. It said in the article that the teachers confirmed this was happening. Just passing on what I read. Not sure if it is true or false, but it sounds plausible.

    1. @7:59 Your comment sounds about right, and it ties into this artical from bb: http://www.borderlandbeat.com/2018/03/acapulco-armed-men-break-into-school.html
They said that the students (Kids) had their hair cut off, I had assumed that it was just a strange new terror tactic.
But after seeing Your comment, it makes perfect sense. Unbelievable !!
WTF has Mexico become ? I mean Really ? Armed robbery for fuck'n kids hair ? Holy Moly !! It don't get more fuck'd up than that.

I wonder why you don't here about this shit on the USA news ??

    2. @9:23PM The question you asked about why USA news doesn't cover what is happening in Mexico is a big part of why our Founder (and boss)Buggs, started the blog Borderland Beat - to inform the English speaking world (mainly US) of what was happening in Mexico.

It all started from a 11 year old girl, Alicia, who he didn't know brought him a bottle of water while he was working at a middle school in Albuquerque. He had been playing basketball with some of the boys and took a break to catch his breath and wipe the sweat off his face. He told her he would have to go to office to get some money to pay her for the bottle of water. She told him no, she didn't want any money, she bought it just thought he needed some water to cool off. They became friends as the school year passed. Summer came and went but she didn't show up at school in the fall.
He started investigating where she went and her best friend told him that his friend had gone with her mother and brother to Juarez where her father lived and they were attacked and all the family was murdered besides her. She was sitting in the back seat behind her father and the gunman pointed the gun at her and just looked at her for a few seconds and turned around and fled. (Buggs thinks maybe he had a daughter her age)

He was shocked. He was in law enforcement in Albuquerque and he hadn't heard anything about something like that happening in our neighbor to the south. He started digging and kept digging and found out how rampant violence was Juarez (and the rest of Mexico). When he talked to friends and colleagues about it they hadn't heard anything about that kind of violence happening in Mexico and they would just change the subject.

He thought the rest of the world should be aware of what was happening in the US's neighbor to the south.

      Borderland Beat was born.
His closing words in the story about BB's beginning were "Deeds such as Alicia's, (giving him that bottle of water) as insignificant as they may seem, keeps the hope alive!"
Read the whole story in Buggs own words:
