The Treasury Department of the United States listed four businesses and three Mexican citizens for their links to the CJNG. The USA authorities made reference to Abigael Gonzalez Valencia, the leader of Los Cuinis, and his associates as " special designated narco traffickers", as conforming with the law of designation of foreign heads of narco trafficking (Kingpin Law).
In the communication they detailed the imposition of sanctions against these organizations allied to narco trafficking on the 8th of April of 2015, together with their heads.
With these antecedents, all that these individuals posses are under the jurisdiction of the United States are frozen from today, and that USA citizens are prohibited from carrying out transactions with the businesses and individuals nominated.
Among the sanctioned are Operadora Los Famosos SA de CV, a company that carries out business with Kenzo Sushi. This restaurant, located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, is the successor to Mizu Sushi Lounge.
OFAC appointed Mizu Sushi Lounge on September the 17th, 2015, for providing material support to the CJNG narco trafficking activities.
The office also today appointed Alfonso Corona Romero and Edgar Alfonso Corona Robles, father and son, owners of Operadora Los Famosos, where Corona Romero and Corona Robles serve as Straw Men for Los Cuinis and CJNG.
They also underlined that trader "Trade Clear SA", which has commercial dealings with Bake and Kitchen has links to Abigael Gonzalez Valencia, who was also appointed today.
Jennifer Beaney Camacho Cazares, who was previously appointed, is the wife of Gonzalez Valencia and holds a key position in the business "Trade Clear SA".
Also, Salime Abouzaid El Bayeh was sanctioned, because she runs Bake and Kitchen and also manages other activities in representation of Abigael Gonzalez Valencia.
Abouzaid Bayeh previously worked for the aforementioned Mizu Sushi Lounge and held a position in the Unomasuno newspaper, which was designated on December the 16th of 2015, for providing support to the drug trafficking activities of Los Cuinis and Abigael Gonzalez Valencia.
Another of the sanctioned companies is Grupo de Alta Especialidad Faramaceutica SA, a distributor or pharmaceuticals in Guadalajara, which is jointly owned by Abouzaid El Bayeh.
The fourth company sanctioned was Operadora de Reposterias and Restaurante SA, a cake business located next to Bake and Kitchen in Plaza Los Tules.
Silvia Romina Sanchez Carlon, who was previously appointed in part to act in the name of Abigael Gonzalez Valencia, is co-owner of this business.
In addition to these delegations, OFAC identified Cabanas La Loma as a new name for the previously designated company known as Las Flores Cabanas.
This company leases cabins in Tapalapa, Jalisco, and was designated on September 17th, 2015 for providing material support to the CJNG drug trafficking activities.
Based on an investigation conducted by the Los Angeles Division of the DEA, in March of 2014 a federal grand jury for the District of Columbia indicted Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes and Abigael Gonzalez Valencia or various narcotics related charges, including being the leaders of an active criminal enterprise.
Gonzalez Valencia was captured by the Mexican authorities in late February 2015 but Oseguera remains a fugitive.
Since June of 2000, more than 2000 businesses and individuals have been designated under the kingpin act for their involvement in international narcotics trafficking.
I dunno how these guys would be linked.they most likely own those business they work in total discretion and have there own secret language to communicate. Trust me they dont not handle themselves. They grew into the loopholes of the law and and dance thats why they have made so far. I understand the frustration but there case will get thrown out.i have seen a 30 yrs sentence even reduce to 3. Facts instead of conspiracy sounds like a witch hunt to me.
ReplyDeleteWitch Hunt? Like the Democrats trying to go after trump
DeleteAt @10:49am keep your political crap to yourself I don't think anyone cares either way how you feel about democrats or Trump while reading this articles at least I don't
DeleteTrump matters to cartel members tho, so politics, do have a say in here.
DeleteMost cartel members don't have a problem with Trump. As his wall will increase Drug prices for more profits for both Americans and Mexicans
@7:02 Do we have your permission to discuss the greed of the 2 major political parties in Mexico or do those facts hurt your feelings as well. Trump as inherently a huge problem. The fuel to fire that Fast & Furious added, the DACA executive action and battling against a Decomcrate party that demanded an end to illegal immigrants under both Obama (the Senator) & Clinton (President.) No county in the world allows illegals to just show up & 'tada' you can have full citizenship & full rights. The established a Democratic Party isn't interested in the betterment of the lives of illegal immigrants. They are pandering for uneducated votes. They don't wish for a wise voter base they wish to promote fear & division so society depends on them to 'save' & provide all the services verse empowering them to be self sufficient. Less gov't would mean less jobs for them.
DeleteGod be with the people of Mexico in the wake of the Quake.
The case will get thrown out? What case? This is an OFAC designation, not a criminal prosecution. There's no case to throw out and no sentence to reduce.
DeleteThe companies are Mexican entities and can only be touched by Mexican authorities. This simply means that any American entity, including banks, that does business with these companies will be sanctioned up to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars.
Most banks screen out anyone on the OFAC list. The list contains terrorist entities and such, so banks are very wary of being tied to them. This is going to make it much harder for them to launder money and do business. They'll have to turn to European banks. Even Euro banks are clamping down though. Veon just paid $795 million in penalties to the Dutch and US governments for paying bribes in Uzbekistan.
10:58 mexican undocumented "illegal aliens" do not owe 1.5 billion dollars to wall street or have laundered unknown amounts of drug trafficking and russian money, have not been fined hundreds of millions of dollars for that money laundering, or gone bankrupt 4 or 5 times or left their investors holding the shitty end of the stick for corporate losses, we do not spend political contributions to buy fake TIMES covers or portraits for our casinos or steal the charitable contributions to pay our defense lawyers trying to keep our arses from prison or impeachment...
Delete--we also do not need the permission of CULEROS to do as we see fit in mexico or the US or anywhere in the world.
AMERICAN AND OTHER BANKS LIKE HSBC, BCCI, DEUTSCHE BANK OF CYPRUS, GERMANY THE us OR RUSSIA, ALPHA BANK AND OTHERS, they all know how to handle their money laundering, and they know when somebody not aligned is getting too much money, like the mexican narcos, pablo escobar, the rodriguez orejuelas, manuel noriega, they latinos do not have a right to be piggybacking their chingaderas with the real owners of drug trafficking, that the only reason la chapa, el guero plama, el benja and juan garcia abrego or cardenas guillen are in prison, getting too much money for themselves.
DeleteTo be honest nothing gonna happen to them. they pose on the front cover so people stop looking.they are realizing the idolization of there legendary pass,is and are and still making them too popular. Judges paid towns and mayors paid police and army paid everything is paid for. Errors are planned news is aswell this shi t is getting to serious and real people cant get enough of it. I know trust me the relation come in my bloodline.
DeleteThe valencias are multimillionaries and extremely low profile topd dogs
ReplyDeleteAnd once in a while they give up his own personnel
To maintain the hungry hungry hippo(government in all his faces) at stance
The usa sees los cuinis as its own organization that works with cjng. Los cuinis are the least violent cartel and the richest cartel. No big drug bust going to europe no big loses getting their money back. The usa is putting the screws to em thats all.
DeleteWhat are you talking about. There's always huge drug busts going too Europe?
DeleteNo shit theres busts i meant busts from los cuinis organization genius. They have not suffered any big busts. Everything has been profit.
Delete2000 businesses and individuals liked to cjng?.. Cjng is really a cartel that has Jalisco on lock, from hotels resorts to small and big businesses. Now that a mexican cartel is rich as hell the U.S wants to take their money. If cjng goes down, it will create a war zone in all the plazas they have now, specially in jalisco. It's big business to get the Mexican capos and take millions or even billions from them but it still won't change a thing in Mexico.Even El Cartel De Snitches that are U.S informants get Fudged from their assets and businesses, like chapos g string company lol but it doesn't make any diference in Mexico where the drug related murders are sky high or in the U.S where people continue to get higher than the sky and die from O.D..
ReplyDeleteJalisco Guadalajara has always been where all big cartels have business and companies and their families Cjng are not the only ones or first ones to do so. And all the cartels are snitches not just one or the ones you don't like because you cheerlead one!
DeleteThink they mean 2000 total, not for just CJNG.
DeleteThey don't own any plazas shit not even guadalajara. They are fighting for a piece of the narcomenudeo and you cjng d1ckriders get the confused with they own a plaza. They dont have TJ on lock, they dont have baja shit they're being chased out of baja last I heard and now they show up in Nuevo Laredo lol thats the nail in their soon to be coffin. Literally all they have is shit towns in Jalisco for plazas they cant stop Sinaloa cartel from laundering their money in Jalisco FOH
DeleteRead it better 2000 buisnesses have been placed on that list since 2000 the year. Of course the US won't allow anyone to get a start if they aren't paying them anything noticed how none of these companies are even in the US? The Us made and makes its money threw genocide, murder and theft no one else can make wealth in anyway that the US doesn't want them to unless its their people.
DeleteFrom the looka of it your a jaliskilla sacker
Deletecds runs have of jalisco
Delete11:01 Lol...your such a Menchita fan your probably gay! CJNG don't have shit on lock and la Menchita has always only been la familia Valencia's bitch.
Delete2,000 businesses and individuals linked to narcotics trafficking, not just to CJNG.
Delete@11:01 can you repeat that in lay terms please cause all I understood is millions and billions. That's a lot of numbers. For a minute I thought I was reading a Forbes 500 article. Lol
DeleteBtw, looks like USA is following the money trail.
Hope they go from riches to rags.
cjng controls more of jalisco than cds controls sinaloa, there may be SMALL cells of zetas or cds but not a WHOLE cartel. cartel de sinaloa should be called cartel sur de sinaloa because thats the only part they control, beltranes control the north. facts son
Delete11:01 has a good point, the U.S just want the money
DeleteNotice how no US companies are included??
DeleteOFAC is the Office of FOREIGN Assets Control. Do you know what foreign means? Extranjero? Why would there be US companies on the list?
Some of you comment and have Zero clue what you're talking about.
2:45 ZEMBLA TV has some foreign companies and corporations that involve a lot of dubious deals in the US and all over the world, all involved heavily with "american assets", gangsters mafiosos and businessmen, one of them has more money than all the mexican "cartels"
Delete@4:17 WHO CARES ABOUT OWNING PLAZAS LMFAO It's about manufacturing a product and retailing the product!! These Cats have been doing that for YEARS. Los cuinis and MANY MORE LIKE THEM ARE THE REASON METH IS WIDE SPREAD. And it had NOTHING to do with the cartels.back in the 90's here in California from the 559 to the 209 where I'm from NOBODY gave a sh!t about chapo or any big cartel in Mexico these guys had more money than chapo even back then! And guess what NOBODY was murdering nobody! Everybody was just making ALOT OF FUKIN MONEY! They called the 209 the Meth capital of the world. Don't believe me just do some research. When the Federal government put major restrictions on purchasing Pseudoephedrine in the USA that's when the Cartels started messing with meth. And that's when the Cartels REALLY STARTED GETTING POWERFULL.
Delete9:51 plazas dont mean nothing? are you serious? lol if thats the case why did chapo want tijuana and juarez so badly? conyrolling plazas makes it easy to set up shop and people. The ports and border towns are key to transport and distribute, the more plazas the easier and better for cartels. thought you knew about cartels, all you know about is about that wack a$$ cali meth slums your from, mexico works alot diferent bro
DeleteLol you missing my point. ITS ABOUT MANUFACTURING NOT RETAIL ON THE STREETS OF BORDER TOWNS. U think they give a sh!t who owns the plaza?? NO there still gonna cross there product and they will still sell there product simple as that
DeleteHow are my buddies The Flores Twins doing??
ReplyDeleteProbably counting down the days until they get released. The wifes are already cleaning their money will that book.
DeleteAn unfortunate side of an unjust system!
Deletei can't comment on the Forum, but i want to thank siskiu kid for the report on el sheriff apache joe arpaio,
Deletehttps://narcosphere.narconews.com
"former anti-drugs agents pardoned Arizona ex-sheriff joe arpaio harassed"
mophaka arpaio has been hating on mexicans and blacks since the 70's, and setting some of them up to accuse them of drug trafficking or complicity with narcos.
"...DEA agent JOE ZEPEDA cold cocked regional dea crook 'assistant regional director' in mexico city joe arpaio for being a big mouth..." arpaio threathens to sue, LOL, trump's friend bluffs, more LOL, thanks again siskiu
2000 businesses and individuals have been designated since June of 2000, that means from various criminals and criminal organizations not just CJNG.
ReplyDeleteDidn't this also happen in 2015?
ReplyDeleteTwo police officers husband an wife gunned down along with 8month old son in shopping mall in Cancun.they say husband was on the CJNG the cdg hung banners saying the husband officer picked sides they called the husband officer Comandante Diablo an el Chilango. His wife was also a police officer .
ReplyDeleteCool all about $$$$. Follow the money
ReplyDeleteLos Cuinuis been working since before LFM and zetas. They've been in the game before nacho got wacked before mencho was anyone. Los Valencias are top dogs low profile como el 5to mes.
ReplyDeleteThey aren't top dogs. They are already going down, even tho they weren't even known to the world.
DeleteThe USA knows what everyone does, they just choose to hit
7:22 If the cuinis did their deals with the europeanuses, why is it any concern of the US?
Delete3:03 because they wantbyheir cut of those billions
Delete3:37 i mean under what jurisdiction is the US getting involved with los cuinis, other than the sick wishes of the deranged old man leading them to the abyss,
Deletei would be looking for the replacements of La Mencha and his baaad boys, epn must be cleaning up for his replacement, tying together some loose ends, calderon did the same when his presidency was about to end.
this gang will not last long they on the usa raidar and they leader has all ready been manhandle by usa police el meco days are number all the extorcion and inocents killings they been doing is no good mexico needs this trash cartel de p.... nueva generacion eliminated has soon has possibly Mexican marines are the one to call
ReplyDeleteMore like a soap opera!
DeleteA continuous cycle with new faces, different agendas for those who are really in charge.
Big money involved!
No end to the cartels as long as demand is high!

9:08 You make no sense my friend
DeleteRight again mi Amigo....The names change, but the story stays the same...Sad...it's gonna get worse...the US gov is cracking down on the drs for prescribing opiates..so the 3 + million oxy addicts are gonna get cut off and go straight to heroin...somehow, some way the cycle needs to be broken...it's to the point where maybe the crazy Filipino prez, may have the answer...eradicate all involved in drugs...users, dealers, bosses, and corrupt LE, and gov officials. I believe if the US and Mexico get together and go after the Jefes....no arrests...straight up shoot on sight or bomb their known hideouts...anyone in their company know the deal and risk, and are unfortunate collateral damage. Take em down Escobar style...or Arturo, or even better H2 style..Start shredding the bosses..Absolutely no arrests...and the Chinese illegals should be shot on sight to....they're coming to infiltrate our country...Mexicans should be allowed to get work visas...and as long as they follow laws, and obtain citizenship, no problem. Canada too. But foreign national outside of North American countries should have to go through rigorous hoops to enter US, especially countries that are communist, and or adverseries of us and our neighbors. Those countries all are restrictive for us to visit. Also illegal aliens caught unlawfully entering our country should be shot on sight. Enter legally, or be shot as an enemy of the state. I know our nation was built on immigration....but the world has changed. The people of Mexico and the US need to stand up and fight our corrupt governments....Kill the head of the snake ( gov) and the body will perish, and be eaten by the animals it once preyed upon. China is the big brother behind the cartels. They supply the material and technology. The US and Mex, need to tie that head off soon. Cut out China, and Mexico, won't be able to make enough dope.....drastic times call for drastic measures....it's time for population control....let the dregs of our societies fall.
Delete6:40 dopey senator: we need to declare a war on drugs.../secular talk on youtube...senator joe manchin is the wise guy...do you think it could work?
Delete@ ElGrandeRojo
DeleteI can see your frustration my friend. Times have changed in our world. With globalization and political shifts around the globe. One thing is definitely needed (order). Where laws are abided and tranquility are met.
Times have changed my friend. However, due to overwhelming population by mankind, climate change and political unstableness. Migration will always be an issue worldwide.
I truly believe in strong borders. But at what cost?
Many are good people fleeing countries of disarray. With no hope nor future to believe in.
Immigration enforcement is necessary but not at an extreme measure.
Killings of innocent people will not make us better people. Moreover, a country of opportunities which this was founded on.
Furthermore, Laws have to be applied to those who do not bear the same fundamental values and interests of our nation.
And yes I do feel strong of those who just continue and wish harm to our values. Stiffer sentencing guidelines and the death penalty if necessary.
Wish you well my friend. And as always, a pleasure to have a constructive perspective and opinion of the issues of interests and importance.
We both want change. Let's just hope change comes in a good way!
Saludos.

mexicans were not violating the US borders until some US masters of deceit decided drug trafficking via mexico was in the cards, because the vietnam war was getting too old and they forgot to have something to show for it, in the early 70s, but the war had been going on since before Kennedy's inauguration, with the french foreign legionnaires losing the war to Uncle Ho Chi Minh, there were even protests in mexico before tlaltelolco in 68, the mexican migration to the US had been goin on for a while, designed by AMERICANS, NOT BY MEXICANS.
Delete4:04. Amen brother! I am gradually noticing more enlightened and more well read comments here and thank you for being one to espouse them! The Mexicans have seen this for years as they bear the brunt of our drug feened society. These nitwits that talk about a Mexican revolution don't realize that the Mexicans should be revolting against America for freely selling the arms and ammo that ruin so many families just so Americans can get their recreational or addicted fix! Americans don't give a flying flip about Mexican citizens if it's gonna interrupt their American freedom to buy drugs at every corner bar in every city across the USA. Lol...these windbags talk about narcos in Mexico when there's hundreds of thousands of middle men and millions of retail distributors here in the good ole US of A (not even counting the licensed dealers aka doctors)
DeleteDwight
6:47 the arab world has been migrating the most specially to europe, and some to the US, the host countries receive them with open arms, because that helps have them hostage after destroying their cities and their economies, to keep plundering their oil and their sacred lands,
Delete--it was not the mexicans or the arabs that invented the weapons of mass distraction, so why keep blaming them and their high tech migrations?
Jalisco is a hotbed for cartel activities and investments. The Pontotoc Cartel recently setup shop there and now the US also wants to take their money and avocado farm operations they use as cover for their drug distribution network.
ReplyDeleteLooks like the nose is tightening around Mencho's neck...

ReplyDeleteLook what we have here - a different picture of el mencho with family.
These have already been uploaded in an older post. Thanks!
DeleteWhy is it that the USA always puts sanctions on criminal activities to curtail them, can't Mexico do the same thing?
ReplyDelete8:38 the mexican narco-government can not make its own life hard with more problems, but it ie easy for the US to sanction other narcos instead of their own, because "their own" give them political contributions, in mexico those are still called kickbacks, or mordidas, mexican politicians still are very innocent and ignorant.
DeleteThe Mexico government isn't going to cut off the hand that feeds them. They'd rather the US be the bad guys. The reason why Mexico has a problem with America's stance on illegal immigration is because they know if the US tightens up, it could put a dent in the cartels. There are no real men in the Mexican government. Just patsies.
Deletecia doing their work, just like in narcos
