Sinaloa Cartel: Most wanted Sinaloa operational leader arrested

Material from; MVS

Elements of Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC) of the Attorney General's Office (PGR) arrested Luis Arellano Romero, 'El Helio' or 'El  Bichy'" in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua,  considered one of Mexico 's most wanted criminals by the DEA Agency for Drug Control of the United States of America.

The elements of the AIC, completed the arrest warrant for extradition issued against Arellano Romero for  crimes of conspiracy, organized crime, money laundering and trafficking of firearms.

Arellano Romero is considered as one of the operational leaders of the Sinaloa cartel and close aide of Joaquin El Chapo Guzman and Ismael El Mayo Zambada.

Since 27 September 2014, the accused is required by the Federal Court of Texas, USA, and was transferred to Mexico City by members of the AIC, where he will continue the proceedings against him.

"Murder, kidnapping, money laundering, and drug trafficking are the four corners of this organization's foundation," U.S. Attorney Robert Pitman said in a previous statement. "For years, their violence, ruthlessness, and complete disregard for human life and the rule of law have greatly impacted the citizens of the Republic of Mexico and the United States. They must be held accountable for their criminal actions."

  1. Looks like every new car washer "they" catch becomes a member of the most wanted list, but their name was a secreto de estado, "best they can do, but no can do"
    Pero ahi andan de calientes.

    1. Yet it was the DEA that captured this guy. One of the so called most respected authorities against narcotics in the U.S. so either they catch dishwashers or your comment is stupid.
Either way I, live across cd Juarez and things are relatively calm. With only a murder a day so far this month.

    2. I was gonna say, how many people are on the most wanted list? Seems like everyone

    3. The DEA put el bichi on their wanted list, two years ago,
--then the mexican AIC arrested him,
--AND PUT HIS NAME ON THE mexican most wanted list
--after the arrest, before that el bichi was incognito to protect his moneymaker...
--apparently new governator Javier Corral chose to follow his heart to Cd Juareeez and make other arrangements with other face and other names,
--but Lt, Col, Julian Leyzaola got fixed first, heheheee.

    6. @7:21 bro who are you? you become more and more of a bb legend by the post.

    7. Close collaborator means someone that works withing CDS or any narco group but does not work directly under the main boss and or even knows the boss personally. Like middle management in a corporation.

    8. Guys like this are the ones that keep the machine running. In the middle of shit doing the actual work. They'll miss him.not that there's probably a replacement ready to take over his job.

    10. Story from the Diaro de Juarez comming out is that another "dishwasher" for CDS got caught in Juarez today. This one says he reported directly to El Chapo this time. Either it's not true or this other dishwasher is spilling the beans on his accomplices already.

  2. Just Shorty snitching his way out of extradition.

    1. Wow do you really think he can "snitch his way out of extradition" by giving up low level guys that have 20 back up replacements for there replacements? Not gonna happen either he escapes, they say he tried to escape and is shot dead in process which will be just a cover up for killing him so can't talk, but more than likely they secured his silence by the kidnaping of his son's or he is extradited.

      Delete
    2. No that's not gona stop the extradition but he sure gona snitch on everything and everyone he can.

  5. And you still have liniero cheerleaders claiming that CDS is not operating in Chihuas.. I'm from Chihuahua my self from the city of Madera and Sinaloa has been around here since the Caro Quintero days...Gente Nueva is still very active in the state of Chihuahua.. and for the most part the locals have always preferred CDS over linieros.. linieros are just as dirty as zetas, beltranes or any of the jaliskillos pedorros

    1. Sinaloa never left Juarez entirely after all the help it got from the government and the US and all. But shut the fuck up nutthugging that everyone prefers CDS over Linea cuz they are just as bad as the Zetas. I, live in Juarez and El Paso and so far as I, can tell La Linea has gotten it's shit together and stuck to selling dope. With captures like this if true they are only bound to gain strength also for all the haters.

    2. @5:17 aver chingon. Who runs Madera? They just kidnapped 5 cops in that town. So either CDS did it or La Linea runs the town!

    3. Cartels are in many cities but doesn't mean they control that plaza. Just like cjng is in tamaulipas and nuevo Leon but don't control those plazas. Cds might have a few people there but that's it..Chihuahua is Juares cartel plaza don't lie to yourselfers...

    4. Madera was made famous for the assault to the military quarters there, on septemper 23 of X year by some guerrilla wannabes, later the name was taken to name the Journal of the Liga Comunista 23 de Septiembre, you can find some reports in the web, they may have even started reporting again, but there were TOO MANY GOVERNMENT INFILTRATORS, from the policia judicial federal to the DFS, paid directly by the corporations from their car theft, drug trafficking, bank robberies, kidnappings for ransom, just following Stalin's "method"....
--DFS boss Fernando Gutierrez Barrios himself was kidnapped, and his achichincle Miguel Nazar Haro a car theft and torture specialist was blamed, but he was never arrested, they had a "gentlemen's agreement"

    5. The linieros make a lot of money selling their little cut up gramos y pellizquitos de a peso, it is like the illegal pirate cigarette street dealers, but riskier and pays about the same, ---who wants one more millionaire car washing liniero in cd Juareeez?

    6. a lot of the gente nueva people are from Durango, Chihuahua, Tijuana, and Sinaloa. Jalisco is recruiting michocanos and sending them to their deaths. If I was michocano I would never fight for a damn Jalisco cartel Jalisco people think they are superior.

    10. CDS may have a presence but they don't run nada!! They hide like cockroaches because they know Los Linces would come looking for that ass and then the massacre is on just like what happened to the group at the motel in Ciudad Chihuahua. All the major cartels has some sort of presence in every Mexican state so CDS's presence in Chihuas doesn't mean squat. And 5:17 I find it hard to believe the locals prefer GN over La Linea. NCDJ and La Linea have cleansed their ranks of the majority of the unsanctioned extortionists. The same can't be said for CDS though. My guess is this CDS capo was not playing by the rules and got targeted by the government.

  6. Can we get names of the politicians that this guy bribed? They are just as guilty.

  7. Just a note, the El Paso fugitive photo from the DEA shows the brother of "el Bichy" who was captured a few years ago. His name is Fernando Arellano Romero and was known as "el Gama" or "The Blue Demon".

  8. Mexico by this time should have over populated prisons.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Mexico has overpopulated prisons, what is needed there is private prisons for profit, corporate corrections of america may even send some of its prisoners to mexico it costs there about 10 cents of a dollar to feed them, and no soap needed, they just spit on it...
--they can pay them prisoners even less money than on the US.

  9. Here comes the sinaloa cheerleaders thinking sinaloa controls chihuahua. NCDJ controls chihuahua but there is still a war there

    1. I, said once before. It is almost impossible to get rid of roaches like the CDS! The same will happen in TJ.

    2. You got that right 10:38. The one thing I notice is CDS has a lot bandwagon fans. When CDS is getting their asses kicked in the trenches you don't here from them. But then all of sudden when GN or Antrax win a fire fight they come out of the wood work hootin and hollerin. It reminds me of the fair weather Dallas Cowboy fans.

      Delete
    3. @8:33 There is no such thing as a "fair weather" Dallas Cowboy fan. We are there through rain sleet or snow.

    4. DD don't get me wrong I am a Cowboy fan thru and thru. I've been a fan since the 70's but you have to admit when they are winning there tends to be an over abundance of Cowboys jerseys being worn. True fans are ride or die to the end. As a youngster I was all about the "Doomsday Defense" and Tony Dorsette.

    5. Lol u doin the same thing. Just cus the cowboys doing good this year you come out and talk bout them. How bout last year. Nobody commented anythin bout them on here. Just sayin but u sound like a "fair weather fan"

FORGETABOUT the circus ELEPHANTS HOLDING EACH OTHER'S TAILS

    7. @7:06 There were no football stories here last year. If there had been I would have commented.

    8. 7:05 you read into my comment too much. And 8:46 why creep on the beauties you could never obtain? If it weren't for the elephants there would be no mamacitas on the sidelines. Do you catch my drift? You need to stick with the hometown bar flies. How bout them Cowboys 7:05!!!
