15 Kilos of cocaine fall
Apparently, members of Los PEP, (State Preventative Police) who have seized over 1,000 kilos of crystal, cocaine, and heroin in recent weeks, were conducting surveillance in Colinas, Aguas Calientes, when they stopped a man for speeding.
The man was Francisco Conteras Galvan, driving a Jeep Patriot, who had been stopped similarly in 2012, in Colonia Matamoros with 12 kilos of crystal. Galvan, at the time was allegedly linked to La Familia Michoacana, who even in 2012 were crumbling.
Operation Knight Stalker, concluded in December 2012 was a 3 year, long term investigation of La Familia and Caballeros Templarios, operating in San Diego, and areas like Carlsbad, through Los Angeles.
Galvan, free and active, was arrested with 15 kilos of cocaine, this time. The kilos bore the marking of M, and nothing was noted or reported regarding their ownership, or his affiliation. Assumedly, they were being prepared to be broken down in smaller loads to take across the border, or crossed as one, in another vehicle.
The price in Tijuana would be roughly 24,000 per kilo, putting the loss at around 360,000 loss, to the owner, or owners.

Let's see what head rolls after this bust.
ReplyDeleteThis guy's days are numbered unfortunately for him. The stupidest thing you can do in the drug game is loose a load by being reckeless. Perhaps if the load was from the heavenly angels of the CDS they might let this guy live and perhaps work to pay off his debt (because an idiot that allows himself to be captured for a stupid thing such as speeding I doubt has the money to own that amount of drugs), if not may he RIP in the very near future.
ReplyDeleteThey just say they stopped him for speeding. I bet there is informant behind this bust too and they try not to expose him yet.
DeleteThe cartels dont wanna kill you if you owe 15keys they want you to pay them back work it off most cartels not just cds...you cds nuthugger^^

Thanks for the info, but don't you think the word fall is used in the wrong way here? What about sized?
ReplyDeleteSeized* not sized lol
Delete6:55PM
DeleteThe word "fall" is being used perfectly here. You seem to be confusing grammar with a stylistic writing issue.
The grammar police are out on high alert!
DeleteAnon 12:09 AM it is funny because I have never seen any U.S news source to use that term when it comes to confiscated drugs, but I have only live in the U.S for 30 years.
Delete7:40pm
DeleteMost likely because in print U.S. news sources can't be to informal with style but the usage was grammatically correct here. For English usage you should not be taking as authority the news. I have lived in the states for 40 years.
It has nothing to do with grammar. It is about the message.
DeleteIf I see 15 kilos fall I will ask myself fall from where? The sky or from a car in motion?
7:19am
DeleteIf you *see*, but what if you *read* kilos fall in a particular context? Agan, you seem unable to get past the stylistic issue. Maybe you'll have the same issue with Gibbon's Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire or with Durant's mention that several philosophies "fell" in a single paragraph of Hume's writing. Both of them were noted English prose stylist. You're most likely not an avid reader of the English language.
A lite bit unusual use of the word fall, get used to it...
DeleteIt is like when perps get cogidos, it is a very unusual translation for aprehended, or caught, but it is 👌 a OK 👌
perfect.
12:07 It's not unusual at all.
DeleteWhat happens when u don't pay the owners of the plaza... Caf
ReplyDeleteThey snitch on you !!!!!
Delete8:55 ...and then you get cogido...
DeleteTijuana sure is busy!! Michoacano's favorite crossing point. Specially now that they don't have to pay piso to CAF
ReplyDeleteYou mean to la CAFetera!lol
DeleteCjng going down left and right
ReplyDeleteIs that roughly 24,000 per kilo. Based on Small scale wholsale like someone buying one locally. Or is that the price for say mid level disrupters that would be buying the entire amount, and than breaking down into one at a time for there customers?
ReplyDelete24 000.00 pesos or dollars? 'brase visto como hay pendejos...
Delete--I get high when chivis posts.
--you get to see baby back, and it is free.
--not when she uses hat and wishers of Dr Mireles...
I was told I could buy coke for 15K per kilo delivered to my door in California or Arizona. Not true? Sincerely, Curtis A. Olson.
ReplyDelete11:12 maybe if you order from the poolice, they always looking for big cash wholesale customers, you may even get to pay later, if the FBI don't catch you, or the DEA or the CIA, THEY LOVE TO BUST OUT OTHER PEOPLE'S CUSTOMERS...AND SE THEIR SHIT TOO...
DeleteDefinitely not true! Unless it has been diluted.
DeleteI need your ppl to contact me in nyc...lol.
DeleteWhoever told u that is a cop
DeleteWhat in the world are you taking about? Was that supposed to be sarcasim?
DeleteWhat's a k of coke actually worth?
DeleteYou are better off buying 1/4 kilo for $15K than buying a swollen kilo for $15K that's 85% cut
Delete20k a kilo here in tj 93-95% coke
DeleteAll the comments saying guy is stupid etc etc. So if know so well. Than what is the actual price?
DeleteIf 20k a kilo in tj. How much does it cost per to have crossed?
Delete4:37 ask your nearest US aduanero border customs agent, they are never happy with their $100.00 usd dollars an hour or more slalary, free paid days off, vacations, bonuses, payrises...
DeleteSo is this guy running drugs all the time and getting rich by American standards, or just every time he's busted and making a decent wage by Mexican standards?
ReplyDeleteAn occasional mule might not have a cartel affiliation, even if the drugs do.
I think this guy came in the el chapo documentary were he was placing the drugs in the car at a garage his a CDS man
ReplyDeleteLooks like him that blue truck
DeleteWhere do these guys see that he's cds? It would help if you read it. It clearly reads that he was liked to familia michoacana! Damn chapo groopies lol
ReplyDeleteas someone who lives in TJ damn how fast must have he been driving to get stopped for speeding? No one gets stopped for speeding.
ReplyDeletei also live in tj... "speeding" was probably the excuse of the mexican police officers to stop what they consider a "suspicious vehicle"....
DeleteOK the big question that needs to be answered is: 4 years ago he got arrested with 12 Kilos of crystal, WTF happened to him after that bust?
ReplyDelete"Heads are going to roll." I hate people who always say this shit. Just read the damn article and stfu
ReplyDelete9:51 heads are going to roll...
Delete9:51 heads are going to roll, stfu.
DeletePersonal use by CDG standards
ReplyDeleteProbably for a birthday party
How much is a k of coke really really cost? How much does it actually cost the cartel or individuals that ship it to the US. How much actual capital do they lose with a bust like this? Not the estimated or guessed price for end buyer. But what it actually cost whoever owned it? If it's said they can buy kilos in South America for 1500 than even huge bust can't hurt them. At that price this bust would cost the owner 22g's and be worth if sold 360 g's. I'm assuming it's not that black and white. So who knows how much really in capital these guy are risking?
ReplyDeleteyes, I'd like to see article on BB about questions like these. What is the net loss when a load goes down? Does this guy have to pay or his familly? How do middle men test multiple k's throughout for quality? Has anyone done a scientific survey of types of coke quality across markets in the USA? Is quality subjective?
DeleteYou have to look at potential profit loss[like any business].If something cost $20,000 but potential profit loss might be $100,000.You also may lose that transaction to someone else if you cannot supply rapido.Your customer will buy from someone else that transanction so there is also a potential customer base loss at stake too.
ReplyDeletedirect from columbia or peru before transport is about 1300-1500, once into mexico and into the hands it goes to aboout 10-11 depend on quality. once into arizona it goes to around 20, into the rest of the US it gets more on eastcoast and canada around 30's when you have a thousands of blocks a few go missing is not a big problem. if you have family and a good path into US u can get them for 15 if you take 20-30 at a time. Attn: BIG RIG
ReplyDeleteThe police base the value on what they get their pushers to kick back to them when they distribute it, forgettaboutthepensionzzz.
DeleteHeyyyyy
DeleteBig Rig para presidente municipal :)
Kinda off base. But if all the h is coming from Mexico how come there is no powder h on west coast only on east coast how come if something gets crossed at border in Cali all powder dope heads only east and tar heads up I-5?
DeleteOk so if the police base it on what they get (kicked back) you say. What is the price than per k in San Diego??
DeleteGood question 4:38.Why is it more popular H on eastern seaboard than west coast beside selling for more $ and in Canada why is H more popular on west coast than eastern seaboard just the opposite?
ReplyDeleteThe tar in the westcoast is from mexico and the powder in the east is from south america its both of them are here if you know where to look at but people have been doing it for long they are used to the type they get. all of the black is made in mexico and stays at the entry points AZ CA TX and up north to seattle and portland then shoots across untill it fades out into south americans areas they bring it in (airport) and keep in it NJ NY CN and that areas. Attn: BIG RIG
ReplyDeleteBut from what's been being said is that Mexico is now producing high quality powder themselves. So both tar and actual powder not the gun powder that's really a from of tar but actual powder are being produced in Mexico. But since west coast has always been tar they kept it like that and only ship the powder to the east coast where powder has been what's expected since way back in the 60's and 70's and probably before than. So have to provide purer powder to competed and overtake the South American Asian afghan dealers.
ReplyDeleteMexican high quality powders is all meth, high Q H is all a chinese business, but they process the afghanis, the Asians and the turkeys among other good customers, don't ever never trust mexican criminals, they will always stab you on the back...
ReplyDeletei dont do dope, but ive never ever heard of or seen tar here in NYC. on the west coast in places like Seattle, portland and SF its all tar, and people move there just to have the steady supply. It doesnt make sense to me how these markets could be so purely one product for so long. I think powder is crazy as a product because how do you know if its brick dust, fentanyl or whatever mixed in?
ReplyDeleteThe experts need one look, less gifted vicious looking for a freebie must taste a sample, there are several "shades of everything there", I don't know, really, a friend told me...
