Husband of Alan Pulido's cousin ordered the kidnapping

Lucio R. Borderland Beat
Velázquez García,
Authorities are reporting that the husband of Alan Pulido’s cousin was arrested and identified as the mastermind of the kidnapping of the player.

Osvaldo Velázquez García, 29 years old, initiated gunfire against elements of the Federal Police to avoid arrest ,that resulted in an injury to his right shoulder sustained in the confrontation.

The capture , he said, Quintanilla is the result of the investigation that was opened by the  confession of Daniel Morales, the subject who was overtaken by Pulido when they was alone in the safe house.

There has been speculation that someone at the party Piludo attended just prior to the kidnapping, alerted  kidnappers when Piludo exited the party. That person was Velázquez, who attended the same party. He alerted the abductors of the exact moment that Piludo and his girlfriend left, and the type of vehicle he was traveling in.

House Piludo was held in

Adela Micha of Imagen Radio, reports that the kidnappers demanded 6 million pesos, it had been reported that the kidnappers demanded Pulido's family a ransom of six million pesos.

Piludo’s brother Armando Pulido, also a footballer, said he was negotiating with the kidnappers after his brother Alan was kidnapped Saturday night in the outskirts of Ciudad Victoria.

  8. Ay tanta pobreza asi en Mexico que los mismos familiares hagan esto. Lo major para Mexico para combatir la corrupcion y la criminalidad seria umentarle el sueldo a todos los que tienen trabajo en el paiz.

  17. I still think this is a cover up. Is the cousin's husband in any way affiliated with a criminal organization? Most likely right?

  20. Im calling bullshit on this story. When have the cops ever told the truth in Mexico? How convinient that this case is now solved good work boys nothing more to see here lets move on. In Mexico ALL the police work for organized crime. Even if they want to or not they all work for them. See how Pulido is scared shitless thanking the police and the military for "freeing" him. There is who had him. Not his cousin or this guy he supposedly beat up. I cant beleive BB readers are still so ignorant eating up this crap story like they have so many others before. Remember when you were praising the Rurales in Michoacan. How did that turn out for us?

  22. I bet the atmosphere at family reunions will be a little "thick" , from now on . LOL
Really though this guy emphasis the crèche of a sorry brother-in-law . Hope this dont start a blood feud . I would hate to do time in a Mexican prison after doing something like this to some one with money . He might be another casualty of the Mexican style justice system . Even here in Texas I know I could reach in and "touch" somebody if I had a determined mind to . I am not connected to criminals . It could happen.

  25. I said on the original post it was probabbly some group that had nothing to do with organized crime. So i was right. This was unorganized crime. So the moral of the story once again is to trust no one in Mexico.
