Two narcomantas appeared
in Cd. Victoria, Tamaulipas, one at the Pedro J Mendez Primary School, the other on Tampico Street.
The message is the same in both mantas (banners), it is
addressed to authorities, Federal, State and
City, they offer 1 million pesos, (56,230 usd) in exchange for “eliminating”
any of their choice of the people whose images grace the manta.
The authors of the manta state that under the direction of
Los Zetas CDN leader “El Kiko” Trevino, there
have been countless murders and executions of innocents, and collecting quotas.
Further stating, these scum are causing
pain and panic in the city. They assert that
they don’t kill just to kill, they only for settling accounts with these scourge
and all that follow and help them.
It is signed, “Old School Zetas” and Operativo Bravo.
Juan Francisco Trevino el Quico (kiko), is the
nephew of Miguel Trevino (Z40) and Omar Trevino (Z42), the now imprisoned
premier leaders of Los Zetas.
He became the heir to the Zetas throne, once his
uncles were captured. Wanting to assure
Trevino blood took control, however, they were aware there may be issues because of the
violent, blood thirsty nature and history of their nephew. When they were in leadership, both Omar and
Miguel had to closely monitor Juan.
But Juan has created conflict and mayhem in short
order of becoming Zetas boss. The showy
executions, mantas, are back in a seemingly uncontrollable, daily
occurrence. The violence had all but
disappeared after Zetas premier leader, El Lazca was killed by Mexican forces,
and while his uncles were in control.
Juan Francisco was in custody...twice
Juan is the son of the
Trevino’s oldest brother Juan Francisco Treviño Morales, 61, known as Francisco. The younger
Juan is one of the 141 prisoners escaped the prison in Nuevo Laredo in December
16, 2010.
In June 2012, members of the State Investigation
Agency (AEI) of Nuevo Leon arrested Juan Francisco Treviño Chavez, "El
Quico" in a shopping center in Monterrey.
The report from state authorities at the time of his
arrest, highlighted the fact that the Young Trevino was considered third in
line of command of Los Zetas after his uncles, “Z40” and “Z42”.
At the time of his arrest he had in his possession
weapons exclusive to the Mexican army, in his VW Beetle.
He was transferred to the maximum security prison El
Altiplano, in the State of Mexico.
Three months later he was transferred to
a prison in Hermosillo, Sonora.
It was from there, his uncles paid for his release
a judge ordered his release.
His cousin,
Jesus Chavez Garcia, assumed responsibility for all the charges against
Juan, including the weapons.
However, no judicial authority has ever confirmed or
denied the release of Treviño Chavez.
“El Quico" is operating out of Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, cradle of the Zetas
Cartel. And his presence there is
mentioned in the narcomanta.
I thought El Quico was the nephew killed, resulting in the assasination of Moriela (nephew for nephew?)
ReplyDeleteLalo was killed in retribution for GATES killing Alejandro Treviño Chávez, in PN, he was another nephew, and son of the oldest Trevino sister
DeleteBoy is that brazen offering $$ to the authorities on a public banner. This is something that should be a 'backroom deal' and if those CDG guys disappear it sure would shed light on the authorities motive.Yikes!
ReplyDeletedo you know how to read?? They are not CDG members, they are offering money to kill the Trevino faction of the Z (CDN) and those loyal to them. The only CDG guys are the people offering the money as they are old school zetas and have an alliance with CDG.
DeleteTheyre talkin bout CDN not CDG. Cdn is what zetas are calling themselves now. I guess?
DeleteOops didn't have my reading glasses on.It says CDN not CDG.I still think it's quite ballsy to put that up.
DeleteSome of the people on here "yikes"
Deletei like how you crossed-out that statement, instead of deleting.
ReplyDeleteIf it were deleted not many would get the point...they would ACTUALLY think a judge ordered the release based on a technicality or lack of evidence instead of what PROBABLY actually happened.
DeleteThat comes out to about $57,000 US. That money will take a cop's family a long way in Mexico. Especially if he off'ed 3-4 people on that bed sheet.
ReplyDeleteNot that much money when you got what 8 of them to get rid of and a few guys with you to split with.Chunk change.
DeleteErr,,,thats chump change
DeleteGet on that bike and right the world
Deleteles dije que los lazcas le andan asiendo la limpia a los 40s imbeciles
ReplyDeleteAtten. P@RR@ND3RO
What Lazcas... those ain't lazcanos people, they work for z40 .... the majority of the zeta cartel are still behind the Treviños those people talking shit are just some small group from Victoria that switched over to cdg...
Delete12:28 pura perra maricona, Ora con la vara que midieron seran medidos, double agents against double double and tripple agents, while their handlers high in government laugh their asses off on the way to the banks.
DeleteLos politicos, militares y Padrecitos que compraron Ora los andan vendiendo a la verga por chafaz.
Miguel Angel Osorio Chong can only prove that el lazca is dead if he dies from waterboarding or la chicharra en el jundillo without confessing el lazca's whereabouts, I approve that cardinal nolberto rivera gets genghis chong canonizado en el baticano, la baticueva de los baticorruptos for his martyrdom...
Z-40 and 42 had to closely monitor this kiko guy .. wow he must be violent asfk. Any stories on this guy ?
ReplyDelete12:15 Actually 40 had to be closely monitored
DeleteYa must funny to be told to tone the violence down by a guy with a penchant for burning people alive.
Delete40 is a narcissist. He did'nt want anybody else stealing his spotlight. Most people in power are like this. - El Sol Perdido

DeleteTread lightly and recognize your capabilities and achievements...
Know thy self and know thy enemy ...
If they are narcissistic they won't tread lightly . :)
Every one else will know their capabilities and achievements. narcissist want attention and that brings heat. All eyes on the target If you will :)
Lol. Please some one let me know when "Sun Tzu" returned from the grave! @10:44 lmao
DeleteSun Tzu and his jotadas never could beat the brittish and their weapons and ships, but beating their kickbacks and their tea was the worst problem, while sun tzu kept dreaming of the karate kid...
DeleteBut he sounds so oooh, me voy o me vengo a rentar otra movie del Bruce Lee.
so Cdn remains a mystery to me . In zacatecas they are fighting Cdg. that is all i had heard so far.
ReplyDeleteIn texas alot of people work with Cdg and Zetas same cloth different name lets not forget los Ct paisas them fools are crazy
Delete9:28
DeleteMost of Texas is CDG or Z.
I've.met both CDG and Z that where 100 mafia and about money nothing else and I've met CDG and Z that are 100 pieces of shit so in my experience I can't say positives about any one in particular.
But their is alot of Texas and cartels love this place. CDJ is in Texas too.
That's not including the cartels like CDS/BLO and LFM/CT and AFO/CJNG that are here too. It's like Mexico in Texas, they have shoot outs here. The "ajuste de cuentas" shoot outs for failure to pay piso or for invading "their" plaza.
@12:30 family from Zacatecas say the CDG leaves them alone.
But CDN~Z lost Zacatecas and want it back badly. From Zacatecas you can get any where. Coahuila Durango Jalisco to name few places. It's a very strategic state to keep. If CDG isn't doing what CDN-Z was doing to the people then Zacatecas should be ok.
cool article lucio!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if when they caught him in 2012 he cried like his fat ass uncle Omama...
ReplyDeleteThat's what you get Treviños for being backstabbing bastards, they wanted to put there own people from Nuevo Laredo (CDN) in charged in other plazas like Monterrey and Ciudad Victoria that's why the old school Zetas got pissed. Also since Rex, Rojo, Licenciado, Chelelo and others got out of prison they didn't like the Treviños nor there idea of creating there own mini Cartel aka Cartel Del Noreste.
ReplyDeleteChelelo got out of prison and hes been collared again
DeleteSounds like they are desperate
ReplyDeleteCan you please translate the manta? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteIf you need it translated you should move on over to CNN or fox news..
DeleteWhat does language have todo with news? Teach a man to fish he'll feed a village

DeleteIts an English speaking blog,i know that pains you big time, but its about letting non Spanish speaking people know whats goin on seeing as Mexicans can generally speak Spanish they already know.He was asking a perfectly acceptable question and look at the answer you gave, class dude, your class.
News matter, and they are conveyed in words, in one language or another, unless you wanna move to the GORE blog and see photos only, part of the fun here is making people feel like pendejos and crush their egos, and making them run crying to their mamas and high class aunts...that's mexican to you!!
