One of ICE's Most Wanted List, Alleged Financial Officer Operative of Gulf Cartel nabbed in Guanajuato

MEXICO CITY   El Financiero reported that a joint action between local, federal and Interpol authorities, led to the arrest in Guanajuato, Ignacio Montes León, identified as one of the most wanted fugitives by US immigration authorities.

Montes Leon is identified as a financial operator of the Gulf Cartel that is  suspected of the movement of drugs from Mexico into Texas, for distribution in Pennsylvania..

 Once that narcotics were in Texas, Montes León oversaw the transportation of narcotics from Texas to the northeast, where narcotics were distributed to lower-level distributors.

 According to federal authorities, he was detained today based on a provisional arrest warrant for extradition to the United States for crimes against health, linked to the Gulf Cartel.

According to MexicoNewsDaily, Montes Leon was located and captured without a shot being fired following the 10 day investigation by local police, Mx.Federal Police, and Interpol.  He is suspected of moving cocaine from a storage facility in Texas, where it had been smuggled from Mexico, to the northeastern U.S.  

According to the ICE wanted poster Ignacio Montes Leon is known to carry a handgun and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Summary: 

In June of 2014, Ignacio Montes Leon was indicted in the Western District of Pennsylvania for Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute Cocaine. Montes Leon was part of a drug trafficking organization that was distributing large amounts of cocaine and other drugs in Pennsylvania and several other states. The organization would smuggle the narcotics into the United States from Mexico to a central storage location in Texas. Once the narcotics were in Texas, Montes Leon oversaw transportation of the narcotics from Texas to the Northeast, where the narcotics were distributed to lower level dealers. Montes Leon is known to carry a handgun and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Why don't they go after the finances rather than the players?Well I guess we all know why but whether legally or illegally robbing them blind and putting them out of business.Instead of getting a piso just take it all.The elite could be so much WEALTHIER than now.Yes it would shut them down but like the head of the snake another 1 pops up and another chance for the elites to get rich again.
