US seeks "El Cuini" extradition

Federal Agents submitted and provisional order of detention with intent to extradite to USA the alleged narco trafficker from Michoacan Abigael Gonzalez Valencia "El Cuini", one of the alleged leaders of Cartel Jalisco Nuevo Generacion (CJNG).

The information was confirmed in Guadalajara, in a reunion of Federal Security Cabinet, by the Attorney General of the Republic, Arely Gomez.

The order of capture procedure was submitted for the extradition to the United States of "El Cuini" was decreed by a Judge of the 16th district of Federal Penal Processes in Federal District.

The first Attorney General reported that "after completing the precautionary measure of attachment, they executed the order of localisation of the presentation for the purpose of the extradition of Abigael Gomez. At this point this is his judicial situation.

Accomplices of Abigael Valencia, both Mexican and foreign arrested in late February in Puerto Vallarta, were held in various prisons, and have charges against them for their alleged responsibility in the commission of crimes against health, in the form of ownership of Cocaine Hydro-chloride, for the purposes of sale.

Meanwhile, in an amparo promoted by Abigael Valencia in Mexico City, a District Judge granted a definitive suspension to the alleged capo, so he could not be extradited to the United States while it resolves the trial of guarantees.

  3. Sounds like he broke from his plan of not selling to the US. I read that he only sold to Europe and Asia but if the US is seeking extradition sounds like he ran a few loads to America. I like the ideas of only dealing with Europe and Asia, why even deal to the USA the gov just extradited and locks up everyone. So what if Tyrone can't get his crack, at least no extradition

    A) incarceration in Mexico's Alto plano supermax and the fuckhead actually is locked up...

    b) extradition to EUA direct to the legal process therefore Florence Colorado


    The EUA should publically issue a ban prohibiting the bribe taking judge from entering the country. It isn't much but the publicity would enrage the pendejo. This goes for assets as well. Let the juez risk their ass with the failing Euro. Basta Ya con impunidad!

Their trying to get all these capos....... but in reality theirs kids kids already running the show they catch one, and another takes his place..... shit dont stop as long as the usa ppl keep buying drugs.... atl,chicago,ny,Texas, slums and projects ,,,... all are controlled by the mex cartels... all the drugs originate from my lovely mex smfh!!!!!!
