  7. He was way bigger than el chapo, prob at the same level or higher than el mayo, so im guessing his "death" was his retirement , if you really think he is dead well i guess u think amado carrillo died too

  11. Azul is not dead.another dog with that bone.it is obvious cds is snitching on each other and taking each other out while fighting other enemy's.azul if I'm not mistaking has headed for a permanent residency in Guadalajara hell he's probably lending his services to the capo michoacano don mencho Oseguera of the jalisco cartel.it is been said that azul has meet up with mencho before.why not join mencho if the limelight is night shining on his cartel right? He ain't dead and he's not in no island.once your in this business your in it for life.but if I were the dea FBI or some intelligence agency I'd check Guadalajara he's joined or is about to join mencho micheladas tisico and the grand tuta to create a cartel of a big magnitude never seen before

  12. I think were missing the point.. just my two cents.. I think CDS is falling to pieces much like the CDG here. He's always been the smart one so he got out.. there's no more sugar couting it. Or corridos to make them sound invincible. Cds is going downvin flames n he got out ASAP

  16. This guy is very smart. As previous comments have said, it's strange he was already cremated. In addition it's only been reported. If it's true than it's true many people thought it was fake when reports said Chapo got caught but I think this was probably a rumor started by rivals (Z's/BLO,AFO,Juarez, etc) in order to create as much confusion within CDS as possible.

  22. I hope this is false news. El Azul was about good business and that means tranquil plazas, no extortion and no sequestedores. If it's true RIP Señor Azul.

  24. my dos centavos...

While I agree it looks mighty suspicious. and my first thought was, yeah right. BUT the timing is way wrong. He is a professional, level headed go to guy for issues of conflict, negotiation and the calming force...by all accounts.

So anyone who owns a business will agree, since SInaloa is still in transition from chapos capture, for Azul to walk away and not wait at least a year to oversee the operation, that doesn't ring true with me. Unless he was really messed up in the car accident, I don't know ...just thinking

    1. @ Chivas
Well don't you think it was a perfect time then to leave? I don't he cares about any transition. He sees that cds is going down so he bailed out at the right time.

  25. maybe chapos capture was the last step in the transition and not the first.

    1. 12:24pm: interesting. And what would you base this opinion of yours on?

No doubt Esparragoza had exceptional strategic skills and an ability to stay off the radar with his very loyal people, however; there's nothing to suggest he controls a larger infrastructure of plazas and routes than Chapo or Mayo.

they gave chapo a free pass by getting a double now their giving this guy a free pass. period.

  36. Well, if you want to think about anything from the point of what makes sense, everything will not make sense. Older men die, that's how it goes. none of us are getting out alive. however, Azul is smart. And everyone that believes that CDS is falling apart, think again. They are still the powerhouse in Mexico. What you are seeing down there is a cleansing. Although it is true that BLO and others are starting to take more shots in strongholds areas like Sonora, you will see that CDS is still very much in charge. Did Azul fake his death? Maybe. Considering the events of the last six months, I think that the next in line will shine right now. There are other powerful younger people in CDS that will shine. On top of that, remember that Don Neto and Caro Quintero are still MIA. And lets face it, Mayo Zambada is still very active. He is laying lo, but he is very much in charge. Do you think that Mayo is just laying down. He can't. He needs to fight harder than ever just so he stays alive. Those pay-offs have to keep rolling in. Azul and mayo are smart. Everything for a reason. But is it possible that Azul is dead? Well, hell yes. Running a multi billion dollar business has a public relations side. Almost like having a publicist. Someone has to do damage control. Once the cleansing is done, the intellect will show its face.

Furthermore, the word running through the narco community is that Mr.Blue has actually passed. People are paying their respects from far and wide.
