Saltillo: Four Found Hanging Off Bridge

Borderland Beat

The Attorney General of the State (PGJE) reported through a press conference, that they have identified  one of the four people who were discovered hanging from a bridge of the Distributor Road El Sarape.

The identified man Carlos Omar Gonzalez Molina was 20 years of age who, according to the ongoing investigation by the authorities, was engaged in criminal activity as a “halcon” or lookout, for which cartel was not specified.

Gonzales Molina was reported missing on Dec. 6. The other three bodies have not been identified.

It was at 05:15 hrs today when the alert was triggered by a report of four dead people hanging from the Serape distributor road bridge. The deseased were four men, aged between 17 and 35 years. The bodies were hung on the inside lane from east to west. The bodies bore signs of intense torture and were wrapped from head to toe.

A few meters from the scene on Highway 57 and Juan Navarro was an abandoned Neon vehicle, gray with 9798 UCD plates and Texas license plates J31TGX.   inside the vehicle found no traces or signs of violence but there were signs of attempts  to torch the vehicle.

When the spokesman Sergio Sisbles was asked if a message accompanied the bodies, he declined to answer directly saying “a full report with details will be forthcoming”.

Right.

  1. I was that age, 17, 20, and what do we know at such a young age?! So it's very sad that they were misguided and influenced into such a lifestyle and look at them, gone forever, they've lost everything, and what remains are the family members who we don't see but suffer when one of theirs has been taken from them. I often read from Spanish Speaking blog sites 'bloggers' giving a thrashing to the parents who didn't do their duty in instilling values into their children but it's not just the parents' teachings that influences their children and a parent must give their children enough space and freedom so that their children can learn by their mistakes and also not feel like they have to watch every move they make. At a certain age a young person wants and needs privacy and to have control over their lives yet they are inexperienced still and can get themselves into bad situations.

How terribly sad it is to see such gruesome photos of youth

  2. Do you think that they have gotten smart enough to at least put cameras on the bridges that are used the most for hanging victims? Probably not, I mean if they cant figure out "surround" when it comes to El Chapo I really dont give them much hope of winning in the smarts department...

  3. The main reason i hate the mex govt is that when shit like this gpes down they have a ns reason it happened. They were halcones .. That he said she said bullshit is getting alot of innocent Mexican ppl killed. when local police don't want to investigate that's their copout. If these paisas were halcones why didn't the police arrest them? Mexico is fucked.. Ramon Ayala

It's not a question of "smarts". The police and army are on the payroll - they don't want to catch the guys doing this because they are in league with them. You assume that the authorities are out there trying the catch the bad guys. They aren't. They are the bad guys.

  5. Great point 11:22 PM, that they were look outs, halcones, could be a fabrication.

  6. My prayers for the people of Mexico ( common public & cartel members too), hope the situation improves & peace returns to this beautiful country....Too many murders have made Mexico a nightmare...God bless you all.

  7. One thing i harp about on here repeatedly is to not pass judgment on anyone other than yourself. The criminal scum deserve to die, but we dont know who is who. Information is missing, lies are told in newspapers and people are forced to do things out of fear. So when you see a body and the caption says "dead sicario," its not time to clap your hands just yet. Dead people suddenly become a lot of things according to the police.

  9. Totally off topic but wanted to share this story: my dad was gona go to mexico this december. He was going to take a family of three; the mom, and her two sons. Well the mom just called saying she wasnt going to go anymore cause her husband called saying the local cartel in town told him to be an halcon for them. I asked my dad why they chose him and he told me that the dad is a transito. well the dad said no thanks and they responded by saying since you dont want to join were going to kill your two sons once they get here from the U.S..my point is some cartel members arent in it by choice, but by force. hopefully all this ends for the good of the mexican people...

  15. all i can say if you mexicans are mental, you want the American dollar so bad you kill your own people, the american dollar is shit just like their government. This is what the Yankees want, mexicans killing each other. would it not be more profitable to join together as at this rate the only winner will be the state and you will all be in grave much sooner cause you are all divided and fighting each other. Join each other and see how you are the powerfull. Also in your murderous headchopping could you think about the innocent people who are dying for no reason but the shit bloodstained yankee dollar. No mexican Should Die Because of money.Unless They have stolen it lol
