MEXICO, D.F. (proceso.com.mx) 8-20-20120.  2011 has been the year with the most homicides in this country, according to reports from the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (Inegi). According to the organization, last year there were 27,199 homicides in Mexico, while in 2010, the number reached 25,757.

  5. Mexico is only reporting and is being held accountable for ONLY one third of their missing persons and homicides. Where are the other 150,000 that are still missing??????? I lost two and not one government official would help me while in Mexico!!! Ask any Mexican citizen if they know or have someone that has been hurt due to drug or kidnapped (for ransom, usually working class citizens) violence and almost every citizen will tell you they do.

  7. WIth a population of 115 million, it's going to take a long time to "depopulate" Mexico.

  8. Huge surge in murders in San Jose, California. Large Hispanic population. Narco/gang links?
